노지와 옥상 화분 재배에서 화단용 국화 플러그 삽목묘와 매트 삽목묘의 생육 및 개화 특성 Growth and Flowering on Garden Chrysanthemum Plug and Mat Rooted Cuttings in Field and Rooftop Container Cultivation

초록

화단용 국화 계통 ‘09-19-49’는 옥상 비닐하우스에서 화분에 재배한 것이 노지에서 재배하거나 옥상 공간에서 화분에 재배한 것보다 생육이 월등히 촉진되었다. 옥상 공간에서 재배한 경우 매트 삽목묘는 플러그 삽목묘에 비해 초폭, 피복율 그리고 건물 중과 생체중에서 유의성 있게 생육이 촉진되었다. 노지 재배와 옥상 공간에서 화분에 재배한 경우 피복율은 64.3~71.8%이었으 나, 옥상 비닐하우스에서 화분에 재배한 경우 피복율은 101.4~114.9%로 크게 높아졌다. 화단용 국화 계통 ‘09-09-51’ 도 옥상 공간보다는 옥상 비닐하우스에서 전반적으로 생육이 우 수한 것으로 나타났으며 착화수도 증가하여 옥상 비닐하우스에서 재배한 경우 무려 854.3개로 옥상 화분 재배의 567.3개 보다 월등히 많았다. 노지 재배에서 화단용 국화 계통 ‘09-76-03’의 착화수는 플러그 삽목묘가 332.5개로 매트 삽목묘의 253.8개에 비해 월등히 많았고, 피복율은 플러그 삽목묘가 102.2%로 매트 삽목묘의 96.2% 보다 높았다.

The line ‘09-19-49’ planted in a container in the rooftop plastic house has significantly further proceeded than the ones cultivated on the field and in a container on the rooftop. For circumstances of the cultivation in a container on the rooftop, mat rooted cuttings cultivation has showed a significant distinction from plug rooted cuttings cultivation in terms of plant width, coverage, fresh weight, and dry weight. The percentage of coverage of plantings on fields and in a container on the rooftop has turned up to be 64.3~71.8%; however, the rooftop plastic house container cultivation has significantly increased with a percentage of 101.4~114.9%. It has appeared that overall, the growth of the garden mum line ‘09-09-51’ is superior in the plastic house of a rooftop than in the rooftop space. Moreover, there is an increase in the number of flowers that the cultivation in rooftop plastic house container has with a number of 854.3 flowers significantly more than the cultivation in a container on the rooftop which had 567.3. The characteristics of growth of the garden mum line ‘09-76-03’ by planting its plug cuttings and mat cuttings on the field, it is found that there was a difference in the number of flowers that the plug cuttings, with a number of 332.5, had significantly more than the mat cuttings which resulted in 253.8 of flowers. The coverage for plantings of ‘09-76-03’ has significantly increased with a percentage of 102.2% than 96.2% of mat cuttings on the field.
