준고냉지 안개초 가을 절화 재배에서 GA3와 BA 엽면살포가 생장 및 로젯트 발생에 미치는 영향을 조 사하였다. GA3 처리농도가 높을수록, 그리고 1회보다 2회 처리에서 출뢰가 촉진되었고, 화경장, 경경 및 측 지수가 증가하였다. 100mg·L-1 2회 처리에서 로젯트 발생이 77% 억제되었고, 비정상 생육과 도복률이 낮 았으며, 절화량도 2,657속/10a로 많았다. 단일조건에서 의 BA 엽면살포는 잎 분화를 증가시켰고, 비원추화서 와 로젯트가 증가하여 무처리에 비해 출뢰율을 감소시켰다.
Studies were carried out to investigate the effect of once or twice foliar application of GA3 and BA at 100, 200, or 400 mg·L-1 on growth and rosette formation of Gypsophila paniculata in autumn cultivation in the subalpine area. As GA3 concentration increased and as application increased to twice, flower budding was prompted, and flower stalk length, stem diameter and no. of primary branches were increased. Two applications of 100 mg·L-1 GA3 resulted in the inhibition of rosette formation and lowered the abnormal growth and lodging, and increased the yield of cut flowers to 2,657 bundles per 10a. In a short day condition, a foliar application of BA promoted leaf differentiation, and showed nonparticulate inflorescence and rosette formation, lowering the percentage of flower budding.
