It is trend of professional company that outsource to be considered of the efficiency and cost effective, except that you can handle the core business of the enterprise, This is important for the secured management and supervision of critical information entrusted with outsourcing In this paper, I reviewed the management oversight of the fiduciary partner under Information Security Management System and analyzed the expert opinion through the survey. It can be used as a basis for management and oversight provided by the trustee company.
