초록

Beam hardening artifact can be caused by metal material when performing PET exam. Therefore, we studied a solution decreasing artifact caused by metallic dental implant. The higher voltage, the lesser artifact in CT exam. But Higher voltage dosen't affect PET exam. The thicker silicon the lesser artifact in CT&PET exam. Both methods make less artifact in CT&PET exam. But considering safety of patient, the way of using Silicon is better.
