Abstract
국내에서는 해양오염방지법이 폐지되고 해양환경관리법(법률 제8260호, 2007년 1월 19일 제정)이 2008년 1월 20일부터 시행으로 됨으 로써 국내의 해양시설을 국토해양부에 신고해야 한다. 2008년과 2009년에 신고한 국내의 해양시설 현황을 지역별로 분석하여 정리하였다.
As a new 「marine environment management act」replacing an old 「marine pollution prevention act」had entered into force from January 20, 2008, the owners of marine facilities should report the details of marine facilities to Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs{MLTM}. Present state of domestic marine facilities reported to MLTM in Korea for two years of 2008 and 2009 was presented in this study.
