Abstract
하천, 호수, 연안 양식장에서 대량 발생하는 유해미생물을 제거하기 위해 2013년 12월부터 2014년 11월 까지 스크루브러쉬 콘 필형 여과장치를 개발하여 전남 광양시 진월면 차사저수지의 현장에서 대량 발생한 미생물의 제거율을 측정 평가하였다. 아울러 개발된 장치의 경제성 및 현장 적용성의 문제점과 개선책을 제시하였다.
