초록
Round bale silage offers an alternative to the production of hay for feeding livestock. Baled silage can be produced using mainly equipment used in hay production. Well-preserved silage stored will and provided high quality, palatable forage. Poorly preserved silage, with damaged plastic film for example, suffers reduced quality and lower voluntary intakes by livestock.
