Abstract
우리나라 인근해역에서 발생할 수 있는 재난적 대형오염사고에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서 국내 방제조치기관들에 대한 평가제도의 도입에 대한 필요성이 대두됨에 따라 국내외 재난대응 기관들의 평가시스템의 현황을 분석하고 평가도구의 모델 을 제시하여 이를 활용한 방제조치기관의 대응태세에 대한 시범조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 향후의 발전방안을 제시하였다.
As emerging the necessary of introduction for Assessment Measurement of Marine Pollution Preparedness & Response for effective response for the sinificant oil spill incidents on the water of ROK, this paper tries to contribute to improve the this Assessment Measurement through the analysis of the domestic and foreign Assessment system, development on the models of assessment tool and conducting the assessment measurement on the trial basis
