본 연구는 아동의 자기주도 학습능력 및 학업 성취도를 향상시키는 학습코칭프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 학습코칭프로그램의 현황을 살펴보고 실행방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 현재 학습코칭 프로그램은 대부분 자기주도 학습의 세 영역인 동기영역, 인지영역, 행동영역으로 구성되어 있다는 것을 보여준다. 학습코칭프로그램의 개발과 실행방향은 다음과 같다. 아동의 성격, 학습태도 등 아동의 특성을 적용한 학습코칭프로그램과 코칭 모델과 코칭기술을 적용한 학습코칭프로그램이 개발되고 실행되어야 한다. 또한 학습우수아, 학습정상아, 학습부진아 등 학습자의 학습능력수준에 따른 학습코칭 프로그램과 학년, 성별 등에 따른 프로그램 또는 다문화, 새터민 등이나 특정한 장애를 지닌 집단 등에 따른 학습코칭 프로그램이 개발되고 실시되어야 한다. 또한 자신감, 내재적 동기와 자기이해, 꿈과 목표설정에 탁월한 NLP기법을 학습코칭프로그램에 적용하여야 한다.

This study provides basic data that improve self-directed learning and academicnachievement of child. To do this, we examine the current status of learning coachingnprograms and provide directions for improving the programs. Most of the learning coachingnprograms consist of three areas ; motive domain, cognitive domain and behavioral domain.nThese three areas were based on the self-directed learning.nThe directions of the development and implementation of learning coaching program arenas follows. The learning coaching programs should be developed and implemented to reflectnthe characteristics of the child such as children's personality and attitude. It also should benapplied for coaching model and coaching techniques. Futhermore, the characteristics of thenparticipants should be taken into account for learning coaching programs. Specially, thenlearning ability level of students, grade, gende, and specific groups such as multiculturalismnand disability should be considered for the programs. The learning coaching programs neednto be applied with NLP techniques that have the merits of self-confidence, intrinsicnmotivation, self-understanding and goal setting.
