본(本) 시험(試驗)은 생장조정제(生長調整劑) CM 액제(液劑)를 60, 70, 80배액(倍液)으로 희석(稀釋)하여 황기 본엽(本葉) 3~4매때 지상(地上) 생장부위(生長部位)에 전면(全面) 살포후(撒布後) 지상부(地上部)와 지하근부(地下根部) 생육(生育)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 구명(究明)코자 시험(試驗)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 유묘기(幼苗期) CM 처리후(處理後) 개화기(開花期)는 처리농도(處理濃度)가 높아질수록 점차(漸次) 늦어졌으며 무처리(無處理) 8월(月) 13일(日) 에 비(比)하여 25~35 일(日) 지연 개화(開花)되었다. 2. 개화후(開花後) 결실협(結實莢)은 처리농도(處理濃度)가 높아질수록 주당(株當) 착협수(着莢數)가 현저(顯著)히 멸소(滅少)되는 경향(傾向)으로 무처리(無處理) 93.2협(莢)에 비(比)하여 처리구(處理區)에서 50.6~76.1협(莢)이 감소(減少)되는 효과(效果)를 나타내었다. 3. 생장조정제(生長調整劑) CM 처리후(處理後) 초장(草長)은 처리농도(處理濃度)가 높아질수록 짧아지는 경향(傾向)이 뚜렷하였으며 무처리(無處理) 70.9cm에 비(比)하여 처리구(處理區)에서 7.6~18.9 cm가 더 짧아지는 경향(傾向)이었다. 4. 주당(株當) 건근중(乾根重)에서 는 70배액(倍液) 처리(處理)에서 13.2g로 무처리(無處理) 10.2g에 비(比)하여 29%가 더 무거웠으며 60배(倍), 80배(倍) 처리(處理)에서도 다소(多少) 증가(增加)되는 경향(傾向)이 있었다. 또한 주당생근중(株當生根重)에서도 같은 경향(傾向)을 보였다. 5. 건근수량(乾根收量)에서는 70배액(倍液) 처리(處理)에서 10a당(當) 292.4kg로 무처리(無處理) 229.1kg보다 63.3kg 더 무거운 28%의 증수(增收) 효과(效果)를 나타냈으며 60배(倍), 80배(倍), 처리시(處理時)에도 각각(各各) 6%, 3% 증수(增收)되었다.

This experiment was conducted to evaluated the effect of CM (plant growth regulator) treatment on flowering, pod maturing and root yield components of Astragalus membramaceus Bunge. Three dilution rates (60, 70 and 80 times) were sprayed at 3~4 leave stage. As the results, flowering was delayed 25~35 days than August 13 of control and higher dilution rates was more effective to delay flowering. At the havesting time, be compared with non-treatment, plant height reduced 7.6~18.9 cm and number of matured pods were decreased 50.6~76.1 by increasing dilution rates. However, weight of dry root per plant was increased to 29% and dry root yield per 10a was increased to 28% in dilution rates 70 compared with non-treatment.
