현재의 다문화교육은 이주민들이 가지고 있는 개인적 역량을 자본화시켜 그들을 이 사회의 인적자원으로 활용하고 있지 못하다. 이는 현행 다문화교육정책의 세 가지 문제점(동화주의 다문화교육정책, 결혼이 주민 위주의 다문화교육정책, 치료중심의 다문화교육정책)에 크게 기인한다. 따라서 현재의 다문화교육은 이주민들의 교육활동을 자본화시킬 수 있는 교육 자본화 패러다임이 요구되는 것이다. 이를 위해 다문화교육의 공간, 관계 및 활동의 교육 자본화를 통해, 다문화교육의 교육 자본화가 요구된다. 또한, 다문화교육 정책은 오아시스(OASIS)의 원칙에 따라, 다문화 배움망(Multicultural Erudition Web)의 건설을 통한 이주민들의 배움의 활성화를 위해 역할 해야 한다는 것이다. 다문화 배움망을 통해, 이주민들은 자신들의 생활조직을 배움의 조직으로 발전시킬 수 있으며, 지역민들과 더불어 배울 수 있을 것이다.

The research issues of this study were answered for future society as a multicultural world. The results of this study and the study's conclusions and proposals drawn are as followed: First, there have been widespread demands. Also, the supported multicultural children's education is one of the South Koreans were brought to the fairy tale week policy. All our multicultural education policies targeted, should have been transformed into a erudition policy for multiculturalism. This is the correct interpretation for multiculturalism, for required and necessary for the participation of multiculturalism. Secondly, the current policy towards the current residents of the marriage-oriented erudition policy should be discarded. 80 percent of the overall budget is been structured to be used in a small number of the current multicultural education policy for migrants wives. This is bound to be a waste of the national budget. To address these issues, the marriage is freely put to the people of multicultural education in the budget towards individuals or small groups or even NGOs dividing implementation of multicultural education in a way that it's worth thinking about. Third, the current multicultural children as a multicultural education that targets the NGO is more effective in the implementation of the multicultural education in order to be helpful. To do this, the teachers of cultural sensitivities should provide a support system. This is a four-step approach for teachers is available through the institutionalization.
