본 연구는 예비체육교사의 기본적 심리욕구가 체조학습 내적동기 및 목표성향에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 J시에 거주하는 사범대학생과 임용고사를 준비하는 체육대학 학생으로 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 184부를 연구목적에 맞게 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석으로 통계처리 하였으며, 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기본적 심리욕구의 하위요인인 자율성, 유능성, 관계성은 체조학습 내적동기의 흥미와 노력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체조학습 내적동기의 하위요인인 흥미, 노력은 목표성향의 과제성향과 자기성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기본적 심리욕구 하위요인인 자율성, 유능성, 관계성은 목표성향의 과제성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 탐색되었다.

This study looked into how the basic psychological needs of pre-service Physical Education teachers would affect the intrinsic motivations and the goal orientations in connection with the gymnastics learning. In the light of the research goal and the research scope, the study used the convenience sampling to conduct a survey targeting students from a teacher’s college and a college of Physical Education as well who were residing in City J. As trying not to stray from the research goal, the study carried out the frequency analysis, the factor analysis, the reliability analysis and the multiple regression analysis for the statistical process on a total of 184 copies of the survey. What the study has learned from the analyses is summarized as follows. First, of the sub-factors of the basic psychological needs, the autonomy, the competence and the relationship appeared to have an influence on the interest and the effort in relation to the intrinsic motivations for the gymnastics learning. Second, it was observed that the interest and the attempt, the sub-factors of the intrinsic motivations for the gymnastics learning, are related to the task orientation and the self orientation of the goal orientations. Third, the autonomy, the competence and the relationship which are the sub-factors of the basic psychological needs were confirmed to affect the task orientation of the goal orientations. This study, now, expects to see if its findings are still supported when any following researches apply them gained through the investigation on the gymnastics class of the pre-service Physical Education teachers to these other situations such as different sports and exercises.
