현재 시중에서 유통되고 있는 색각보정 렌즈의 색인식 능력 향상 효과를 분석하였 다. 성남 00 초둥학교에 재학하고 있는 색각이상 남학생 21 명 (7-13세)을 대상으로 이시하라 색각검사 및 한식 색각검사를 실시하여 색각이상 유형올 분류， 비교하였으 며， 가장 적합한 보정 렌즈를 착용한 상태에서 이시하라 색각검사 시표의 해석 능력 을 평가하였다. 검사 전 알레르기 여부， 후천적 색각이상을 나타낼 수 있는 질환력， 가족 중 색각이상자가 있는지 확인하고 양안 교정시력이 1.0 이 되는지 확인하였다. 여 러 가지 보정 렌즈 가운데 Pink, Orange, Magenta 렌즈를 착용했을 때 보정 효과가 가장 높았으며， 이들 중 두 가지 렌즈에서 보정효과가 비슷한 경우도 있었다.
In order to analyze the color vision enhancement with enhanced color vision lenses on the market, Ishihara's and Hahn’ s color vision tests were undertaken for the healthy 21 male students between the ages of 7 and 13 in SeongNam who have color vision deficiency. The results were classified, compared two color vision tests, and evaluated of color vision enhancement wearing the most suitable enhanced color vision lenses by using Ishihara color vision test. Before the tests, we checked the subjects whether they had allergy and ocular diseases resulted in acquired color deficiency, family history and visual correction of l.0. Pink, Orange and Magenta lenses were the best among various diagnostic enhanced color lenses. In some cases, we found that the color vision enhancement was much the same in two lenses among Pink, Orange and Magenta lenses.
