최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 인터넷을 이용한 무역이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 합리적 행위이론, 기술 수용모델 및 정보기술이용 관련 실증연구를 기초로 무역포탈사이트이용자의 무역포탈사이트 이용행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 구조방정식모델을 이용한 실증분석 결과, 무역포탈사이트이용에 대한 태도와 사회적 영향은 무역포탈사이트이용의도에 영향을 미치고, 무역포탈사이트에 대한 지각된 이용의 용이성과 지각된 보안 및 신뢰성은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치며, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용의 용이성은 무역포탈사이트이용에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구결과는 무역포탈사이트이용자에게 보다 적합한 무역포탈사이트를 구축하려는 기업에게 유용한 정보가 될 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to examine major determinants affecting the usage of Trade Portal Sites(TPS). The development of our research model is based on the theory of reasoned action, the technology acceptance model and other empirical studies on information technology usage. With the help of a LISREL-based structural model, eight hypotheses are developed and tested. The results of the structural model suggested that intention to use TPS is enhanced by attitude toward using TPS and social pressure. In addition, attitude toward using TPS is affected by perceived usefulness and ease of use of TPS. Finally, perceived usefulness is affected by perceived ease of use and perceived reliability. Our findings will be useful, especially for those who are planning to build user-friendly TPS.
