초록

In this study, we have devised an effective cleaning method of metal objects to be cleaned. The experimental setup of cleaning system was designed to adopt environmentally friendly cleaning agent, vacuum ultrasonic technology, micro-bubbles generator and vacuum drying technology. In order to maximize the cleaning effect, cleaning parameter’s conditions that can affect the strength of the cavitation are suggested. The effectiveness of the cleaning system using an alternative cleaning agent was verified by testing under the specified conditions.
