최근 아동학대 등 인성 부재로 인한 사회문제가 대두되면서 인성교육이 사회적인 화두가 되고 있다. 그 문제의 해법을 제도적인 차원에서 뿐만 아니라 연구적인 차원에서 찾고자 노력 하고 있다. 연구적인 차원에서는 주로 인성교육에 대한 현황과 실태조사가 이루어지고 있다. 그런 반면, 코칭을 적용하여 대학생들의 인성을 함양시키는 연구는 거의 전무한 상태이다.
이에 본 연구는 예비사회복지사들의 인성발달에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 인성교육의 실천을 돕기 위해 인성코칭 학습프로그램의 모형을 개발하였다. 또한 이를 학습에 적용해 봄으로써 인성을 함양하여 대학생활에 잘 적응할 수 있게 하였다. 이는 인성교육의 분석과 인성코칭의 이해, 그리고 사회복지기관 종사자와 사회복지과 학생들을 대상으로 반구조화된 인터뷰를 통 한 요구도 조사를 바탕으로 인성코칭 학습프로그램 모형을 개발하였다. 연구결과, 이 모형은 범주, 영역, 구성요인, 하위내용으로 구성되었다. 범주는 크게 ‘개인적 인성코칭-관계적 인성코 칭-공동체적 인성코칭’ 세 가지 핵심코칭으로, 영역은 ‘나-너-우리-세계’로 구성되었다. 이 네 가지 영역은 14개의 구성요인 항목으로 구성되었으며, 이를 세분화하여 하위내용으로 정리하 였다.

Recently, there is a growing need for humanity education because child abuse has become a major social issue. The present status and conditions of this issue have been studied. However, there are no studies on building humanity education for university students.
This paper suggests supporting a humanity coaching program that focuses on humanistic education for social workers. To apply this humanity program, all students can adjust to the school well, which can lead to improve social welfare-related skills. The humanity coaching program is developed by an analysis of humanity education, an understanding of humanity coaching, and semi-structured interviews given to the workers at social welfare facilities and to the students of social work at various universities. The study shows that this model is structured on a data table that contains category, domain, component, and subdivided content. The content is categorized as personal, relational, and communal humanity coaching, which is based on four domains: first person, second person, third person, and the entire global population. The four domains have fourteen different components with subdivided contents.
