대만 스이린(施懿琳) 교수는 대만 문사에 대한 초탐 ― 1919-1923년 대만문예총지를 대 상으로(台灣文社初探―以1919-1923台灣文藝叢誌為對象) 라는 글에서 “대만문예총지(1921. 03.15.) 제3년 제3호에 게재된 堅忍論(二) 와 史前人類論(續) 이라는 두 편의 글을 쓴 사람 은 박윤원인데, 그는 아마도 한국 사람인 듯하다.”라고 의혹을 제기한 바 있다. 스이린 교수 가 추정한데로 박윤원(朴潤元)은 한국 사람이다. 박윤원은 기자 출신이다. 그는 1919년부터 1 921년까지 약 3년간 대만에 체류한 바 있다. 박윤원은 대만에 있을 때 대만 ‘문사(文社)’ 잡지 인 대만문예총지(台灣文藝叢誌)와 숭문사문집(崇文社文集)에 세 편의 글을 기고했다. 또 한 그는 조선 계몽잡지인 개벽과 동아일보에 대만과 관련된 글을 기고하였다. 이 글의 목적은 1920년대 조선과 대만을 무대로 창작 활동을 전개한 박윤원이라는 인물 발굴과 그가 조선에서 기고한 글에 나타난 대만에 관한 인식을 고찰하는 데 있다.

In the Year 3 Issue 3 of “Collection of Taiwan Literature and Arts” printed in March 1921 were two works : ‘An essay on perseverance(2)’ and ‘An essay on prehistory mankind(sequel)’. Professor Shih, Yi Lin presumed that the two works were written by a Korean named Park, Yun-won(박윤원). This article takes ‘An essay on perseverance’ and ‘An essay on prehistory mankind’ as the object of study and then, reviews whether Park, Yun-won is a Korean, what kind of works these two essays on the “Collection of Taiwan Literature and Arts” are, and whether these works were written by Park, Yun-won himself. At the same time, the contents of ‘An essay on perseverance’, ‘An essay on prehistory mankind’, ‘Established religion and Religion Argument’, ‘Dae Yoo Job Gam’, ‘The living condition of our compatriots in Taiwan’, ‘Taiwanese aborigines and Joseon’ and are introduced.
