13세미만을 대상으로 한 아동유괴 및 성폭력범죄와 청소년 대상 성폭력범죄의 발생원인 등을 공식통계인 2016년 경찰청 통계연보와 대검찰청 범죄분석 자료를 근거로 구체적이고 세부적인 분석 후 성폭력 범죄의 예방과 피해자 보호를 위한 방법을 제시하였다.

This study was conducted on crimes with victims younger than age 13 (crimes against children or the youth and crimes classified as sexual violence cases under the penal code on sexual violence). Using the 2016 crime analysis data from the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office and 2016 Annual Statistics Data, the time of occurrence, location of crime, age of the victims, whether there was an accomplice and relations between the offender and victim were reviewed and analyzed using statistics to present measures to help prevent sexual violence crimes against or kidnapping of children and the youth and protect victims.
