목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료학과 학생을 대상으로 젓가락 집기 패턴과 기술에 따른 손의 기민성 차이를 알아봄으로써, 젓가락 기술과 관련 있는 요소를 파악하고 향후 관련 연구의 자료를 제공하고자 하였다.
연구방법 : B대학교 작업치료학과에 재학 중인 대학생 72명을 대상으로 2017년 3월부터 4월까지 Chopstick Manipulation Test(CMT)와 퍼듀페그보드 검사를 실시하였다.
결과 : 젓가락 집기 패턴에 따른 젓가락 기술에는 차이가 없었으나, 일반적 특성 중 성별에 따라 젓가락 기술의 차이가 나 타났으며, 젓가락 집기 패턴에 따라 퍼듀페그보드 조립 항목은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
결론 : 본 연구를 통해 젓가락 집기 패턴과 젓가락 기술에 따른 손가락 기민성 차이에 대해 파악할 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 젓가락 기술 관련 훈련 및 평가 도구 개발에 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the differences in dexterity of the hand according to the pattern and technique of chopsticks, to identify the factors associated with chopsticks technology, and provide data for future studies.
Methods : 72 students in the Department of Occupational Therapy at B University conducted the Chopstick Manipulation Test (CMT) and Purdue pegboard examination from March to April 2017. Results : There were no differences in chopstick technique according to the chopstick pattern, but differences in chopstick technique were seen between gender, and the assembly items of the Purdue Pegboard Test score differed according to the chopstick pattern.
Conclusions : Through this study, we were able to understand the relationship between chopstick technique and finger dexterity, which could be used to learn and train chopsticks skills.
