본 연구는 NLP이론에서 제시한 표상체계에 대한 내용을 기반으로 성인의 선호표상체계를 효율적으로 확인할 수 있는 검사 도구 개발 연구이다. 이는 아동복지실천에 있어 아동에게 의미 있는 성인인 부모 또는 교사가 양육 및보육 의상황에서 신속하고 객관적으로 자신의 선호표상체계를 확인함으로써 자신과 아동을 비롯한 타인의 선호표상체계를 이해하게 한다. 나아가 서로가 적합한 상호작용을 함으로써 상호이해와 교감을 증진시키는데 의의가 있다. 이를 위하여 본연구에서는개발연구(developmental research)의방법을 적용하였다. 연구 절차에 따라 분석 단계에서는 선행연구 분석을 시행하였으며, 설계 단계에서는선호표상체계를 확인 할 수 검사도구의 구성과 검사 문장 및 이미지를 개발 하였다. 또한 개발 단계에서는 검사도구 1차설계안에 대하여 전문가 검토를 실시하였고, 연구대상 성인 21명에게 2차 설계안에 대하여 파일럿 검사 1차로 검사 도구를 활용하게 한 후, 워크샵을 진행하여 발견된 수정 및 보완 요소를 수정・보완 하여 개발을 하였다. 이후, 성인50명에게 파일럿 검사2차로 검사 도구를 활용하게 한 후, 워크샵을 진행하였다. 마지막으로 발견된 수정 및 보완 요소를 반영하여 최종 검사 도구를 개발하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develop a test tool that can effectively identify the preference representation system of adults based on the contents of the representation system presented in the NLP theory. This is because parents or teachers who are meaningful to children in the practice of child welfare can understand their preference representation system quickly and objectively in the context of parenting and child care and understand their own understanding and system of preference representation of others including children It is meaningful to promote mutual understanding and sympathy through appropriate interactions. In this study, the method of developmental research was applied to analyze the precedent research in the analysis step according to the research procedure, and the composition of the test tool to check the preferential representation system in the design stage and the test sentence and image were developed Respectively. In the development stage, a special review was conducted on the first design of the test tool, and the first 21 pilot test specimens were used for the pilot design. Then, And developed it. After that, we conducted a pilot workshop with 50 adult test takers and developed a final test tool reflecting the revised and complementary factors.
