본 연구는 청주읍성과 주변 문화재의 역사적 가치 재조명을 위해 대표적인 역사문화자원을 추출하고, 관련학과 대학생을 대상으로 역사문화경관에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 얻은 결과는 첫째, 청주의 대표적인 역사경관자원을 선정하여 역사문화자원으로서의 인지성을 추출하였다. 둘째, 역사문화경관의 중점경관 관리지표인 장소성, 조망성, 일체성, 왜소성에 대해 중요도와 만족도의 우선순위를 도출하였다. 연구 결과로 대표적인 역사문화자원의 인지와 가치 기준에 대한 우선순위를 도출하고, 요인별로 계획 및 보존관리에 대한 해결방안을 제안하였다.

This study was conducted to extract representative historical and cultural resources and to analyze the perception of historical and cultural landscapes of university students related to Cheongju Castle Areas and surrounding cultural properties. First, the representative historical landscape resources of Cheongju were selected to extract the perception as historical and cultural resources. Second, the priority of the importance and satisfaction of the place, the viewability, the integrity, and the plasticity which are the value standards of historical and cultural scenery were derived.
