본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 인터넷 활용을 포함하는 정보활용 환경요인과 자기효능감, 사회적 유능감 간에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지를 구명하는데 있다. 본 연구는 유의표집 방법으로 표집하였으며, 경기도에 소재한 초등학교 2개교, 중학교 2개교 학생 719명 이다. 설정된 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 SPSS/PC Win(ver. 20.0)과 AMOS 20.0을 프로 그램을 이용하여 설문 문항의 내적 신뢰도(Cronbach α), 상관관계분석, 및 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 자기효능감에는 교우관계, 교사관계, 인터넷활용이 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 사회적 유능감에는 교우관계, 인터넷 활용이 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 청소년의 교우관계, 교사관계, 인터넷활용, 자기효능감, 사회적유능감 간에는 직간접적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 자기효능감은 교우관계, 교사관계, 인터넷 환경, 자기 효능감, 사회적유능감 간에 매개역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 미래의 잠재적 일에 대한 개인들의 동기 수준은 진로와 관련된 개인들의 능력에 대한 믿음의 수준을 결정하는 중요한 변인이 된다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is looking into the correlation among information use environmental factor, self-efficacy, and social competency encompassing adolescents' use of the Internet. This study conducted sampling based on purposeful sampling method and the samples were 719 students of two elementary schools and two middle schools in Gyeonggi Province. In order to validate the established study questions, internal reliability (Cronbach α), correlation analysis, and path analysis of survey items were conducted by using SPSS/PC Win(ver. 20.0) and AMOS 20.0. The following is the summary of the study results. Firstly, relationship with friends, relationship with teachers, and Internet environment influenced adolescents' self-efficacy and relationship with friends and Internet environment had direct influence on social competency. Secondly, it has been identified that there were direct or indirect influences among adolescents' relationship with friends, relationship with teachers, Internet environment, and social competency and self-efficacy played mediating role among relationship with friends, relationship with teachers, Internet environment, self-efficacy, and social competency. Therefore, individual motivation level toward future potential circumstances becomes an important variable determining level of belief toward personal skills related to career.
