유엔해양법협약의 발효 이후 국제교통로로서 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 국제해협에는 기존의 무해통항제도 보다 더 자유로운 통항이 보장되는 통과통항제도가 확립되었다. 그러나 아직도 해협 통항과 관련하여 해협이용국과 해협연안국 간에 많은 이해관계가 충돌하고 있다. 또한 일부 해협연안국은 영해범위의 확대 또는 자국 안보 및 환경오염의 우려 등을 이유로 국제해협을 봉쇄하거나 선박의 통항을 규제 또는 제한하려는 경향을 보이고 있어 해협 통항문제의 심각성을 더하고 있다. 특히 최근에는 해협연안국인 이란이 전 세계 원유 해상수송량의 35～40%가 통과하는 페르시아 만의 주요 원유 수송로인 호르무즈 해협을 봉쇄하겠다고 위협하고 있어 우리나라뿐만 아니라 전 세계 경제에 큰 충격을 주고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 국제해협의 통과통항제도와 최근에 심각한 문제가 되고 있는 호르무즈 해협의 봉쇄 위협에 대한 주요 법적 쟁점사항을 고찰하고자 한다.

It is commonly recognized that railway is one of the representative transportation and it offers public service based on strategies for being rapid, automation, safety. Since the opening of high speed railway, 3-hundred-million people have used it and acknowledged its efficiency. However, derailed accident at Kwangmyeong station in February, 2011, frequent malfunction of KTX-Sancheon, and accidents by engineer's careless fault damaged on credibility of safety, Especially, spreaded accidents through social networking service by cell phones amplified anxiety of public, being criticized by the press. This study analyzed statistics of past accident and cases of passing-by accident, and surveyed 152 KTX captain engineers about their recognition of the accident by careless fault and experiences of possibility of occurrence for preventing engineer's careless fault and restoring trust According to the analysis, engineers worry about responsibility and disadvantages related to the accidents for the most, and they are nervous about malfunction for the second most. This study presents prevention methods regarding the result. First, it is required to improve mental stability and concentration on their work, secondly, advanced ability to cope with malfunction or error through repetitive education and training are required to increase confidence, and for the last, improvement of operational supporting system such as ATP, GPS to prevent errors by human factors. Improvement of the system is expected to lead engineers to prevent careless fault and regain the reputation of railway.

지중구조물 주위는 다짐이 잘 되지 않아 지반이 장기 침하하므로 콘크리트 포장 하부에 공동이 발생하기 쉬우며, 이로 인해 지지력이 저하되기 쉽다. 여기에 하중이 가해지면 설계 시 기대한 것보다 큰 응력이 도입되어 포장에 파손이 발생하고 수명이 감소하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 한국도로공사 시험도로의 박스형 암거 상부 콘크리트 포장 슬래브의 파손을 조사하였다. 토피고가 다른 상행선과 하행선의 암거 위치에 발생한 슬래브의 횡방향 균열을 비교하였다. 시험도로의 횡방향 균열을 검증하기 위해 토피고가 없는 박스형 암거와 콘크리트 포장을 유한요소 방법으로 모형화하고 해석하였다. 포장의 자중을 고려하고 시험도로가 위치한 경기도 여주 지역 콘크리트 슬래브의 온도구배를 적용한 후 윤하중을 재하하였다. 각 하중조합에 대해 최대인장 응력이 발생하는 위치와 이때의 윤하중 위치를 찾아냈다. 이를 통해 최대인장응력을 감소시킬 수 있는 줄눈 위치를 찾아내고 암거 크기 별로 상부에 위치하는 슬래브의 적정 길이를 제안하였다.

공항철도 1단계 개통 전 시운전 중 직통열차가 무정차 정거장인 화물청사역을 통과할때 발생된 열차풍으로 인하여 마감재인 천장판이 마치 파도처럼 출렁이다가 떨어지는 현상이 발생되었다. 이 현상을 처리하기 위해 화물청사역에 풍압 및 풍속에 대한 측정시험을 실시하여 직통열차 무정차 통과로 발생된 열차풍이 건축마감재에 미치는 현상을 조사하고 발생된 열차풍에 대한 지하정거장내 이동 경로를 파악하였다. 또한 홍대입구정거장 축소모형을 제작하여 모형열차를 운행 열차주행실험을 실시하였다. 이 결과를 분석 종합 평가하여 공항철도 2단계 지하역사에 반영하여 쾌적한 지하 환경을 조성하고 앞으로 직통열차가 계획되거나 계획 예정인 지하정거장에 적용하여 직통열차 통과로 발생된 열차풍을 최소화하는 방안을 제시하였다.

This study aimed to evaluate factors related to the ability of ambulatory patients with cerebral palsy (CP) to walk over vertical and horizontal obstacles. Twenty patients with spastic CP who were able to walk independently for at least 10 m with or without walking devices were recruited for the study. Participants were required to walk over small obstacles (1, 4, and 8 cm in height or width; total of 6 conditions). A 'fail' was recorded when either the lower limbs or the walking device contacted the obstacle. Linear regression analyses were used to determine the effects of age, sex, walking devices, eyeglasses, subtype (hemiplegia or diplegia), ankle foot orthoses, functional level, and score of body mass index on the ability of obstacle crossing. Fifteen participants (75%) failed to adequately clear the foot or walking device over obstacles in at least 1 condition. The chance of failure in crossing vertical obstacle was affected by the use of ankle foot orthoses, eyeglasses, gender, and CP subtype (p<.05). The failure rate crossing horizontal obstacle was affected by CP subtype. These findings suggest that rehabilitation procedures should (1) consider the clinical characteristics of patients in order to prepare them to be more independent while performing daily activities, and (2) incorporate environmental conditions that patients encounter at home and in the community.

Fuel Test Loop(FTL) is a facility which could conduct a fuel irradiation test at HANARO (High-flux Advanced Neutron Application Reactor). FTL simulates commercial NPP’s operating conditions such as the pressure, temperature and neutron flux levels to conduct the irradiation and thermo- hydraulic tests. The In-Pile Test Section(IPS) installed in HANARO FTL is designed as a pressure vessel design conditions of 350℃, 17.5MPa. The instrumentation MI-cables for thermocouples, SPND and LVDT are passed through the sealing plug, which is in the pressure boundary region and is a part of instrumentation feedthrough of MI-cable. In this study, the brazing method and performance test results are introduced to the sealing plug with BNi-2 filler metal, which is selected with consideration of the compatibility for the coolant. The performance was verified through the insulation resistance test, hydrostatic test, and helium leak test.

신라왕조의 석축 산성에서 조사된 성벽을 관통하는 배수장치에 대한 기왕의 연구를 보충하였다. 조사된 사례가 3개소에서 12개소 이상으로 증가된 고고학적 발굴조사 성과를 반영하여 형식적 구분을 다시 하였다. 성곽에서의 배수장치로서의 수문은 교량형(橋梁形)과 암거형(暗渠形), 누조(漏槽) 등으로 크게 구분된다. 이글에서는 특히 성벽 통과형 암거형식을 다루고, 그 시설된 숫자에 따라 단구식(單口式)과 다구식(多口式)을 구분하였다. 다구식은 성내의 수위 변화에 대비하여 수위(水位)에 따른 배수가 가능하게 만든 것들이다. 종래 출수구(出水口) 외면의 형태에 따라 형태를 구분하였던 점을 고쳐서 입수구와 출수구를 잇는 수로의 횡단면 형태에 따라 오각형, 사다리꼴, 사각형에 추가하여 삼각형의 유형이 있음을 새로 추가하였다. 이중 가장 보편적인 사례는 방형 단면의 것들이며, 이런 형태는 신라 하대에서 고려를 거쳐 조선시대 후기까지도 그 사례를 찾을 수 있는 반면, 나머지 형태는 신라의 5세기 후반에서 7세기에 걸쳐 다양하게 축조되었다. 이들 여러 형태 가운데 단면 사각형은 중세와 근세의 산성까지 가장 오랫동안 시설되었다.

The purpose of this study was to survey public preferences for dining space image styles depending on the types of passage rites in Korea and to determine potential differences in public preferences for dining space image styles depending on the types of passage rites in terms of various general characteristics such as gender, age, family type, and preference for the image and color styles of the dining space. As a result, this study determined the following: According to a public preference survey of dining space image styles depending on the type of passage rites, our respondents showed the highest preference for casual images (27.1%) at a party for a 100-day-old baby. Additionally, our respondents showed the highest preference for casual images (27.4%) when celebrating a baby's first birthday but showed the highest preference for romantic images (35.8%) when celebrating a baby girl's first birthday. Our respondents showed the highest preference for casual images (21.4%) for graduation ceremonies. Our respondents showed the highest preference for classic images (21.7%) at coming-of-age ceremonies for new adult men, but also showed highest preference for elegant images (26.2%) at coming-of-age ceremonies for new adult women. Moreover, the respondents showed highest preference for classic images (41.0%) at traditional wedding ceremonies but elegant images (24.1%) at modern wedding ceremonies. In contrast, the respondents showed highest preference for classic images (31.3%) for a 60th birthday party. The highest preference for classic images (28.9%) was found for a diamond wedding ceremony. Respondents showed highest preference for classic images (30.4%) for a funeral ceremony Finally, our respondents showed highest preference for classic images (32.5%) at memorial services (religious ceremonies).

본 연구는 2010년 1월 현재 평가인증시설의 보육시설 종사자를 대상으로 보육시설의 평가 인증제도에 대한 인식과 사후관리에 대한 전반적인 실태를 조사하여 평가인증시설의 요구에 따른 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 보육시설 평가인증제에 따른 사후유지관리 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 첫째, 시설규모에 따라 보육시설 종사자의 평가 인증 통과 후 인식은 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 평가인증 후 사후관리에 대한 질 평가는 대체적으로 모든 평가인증 영역에 걸쳐 향상되었다고 볼 수 있으나 시설들 간의 차이를 보이고 있는점은 각각의 상황이 다른 상태에서 실시되어 각 기관의 평가결과가 다른 것으로 유추 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 시설규모에 따른 보육시설 종사자의 평가인증 통과 인식과 사후유지관리는 어떠한 관계가 있는지 살펴 본 결과 인식수준이 높을수록 사후유지관리가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 토대로 앞으로 보육시설의 종사자인 보육교사는 보육의 질을 향상시키는데 핵심요소이기 때문에 보육교사들이 인증의 과정을 통해 스스로 성숙하는 매우 중요한 과정임을 인식하도록 해야 하겠다. 이러한 보육교사들이 평가인증에 대한 “긍정적인 인식”을 형성하도록 하는 과정은 평가인증제의 영유아에게 질적으로 우수한 보육서비스를 제공하는데 전제가 될 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, we attempted to elucidate the cultural characteristics of Korean food based on a traditional understanding on the Korean novel. To achieve this, food characteristics related to 'rites of passage' were analyzed in the representative Korean literary work "Hon-bool", which describes the life of a first-son's wife every three generations in the going to ruin but historic 'Lee's family of Maean district' family and the life of the common 'Geomeong-gul' people who lived with farming on the Lee's land at Namwon of Junbook province in the 1930~1940s, during the Japanese Colonial rule. Every nation possesses rites of passage at important points in life, such as at birth, age of majority, wedding and death. Korean culture, in particular, has several memorial rites relating to birth, death and passage into the afterlife in which special foods are prepared. In this manner, ceremonial foods represent the Korean peoples' traditional vision of the universe and life. The book "Hon-bool" describes these traditions. Especially, the book describes the table-settings related to the main character's childbirth, first birthday, wedding and death. Therefore "Hon-bool" represents a living history of Korean traditional food and the work of storytelling through the traditional understanding is expected that perform an important role in making of cultural contents of Korean foods.

본 연구는 Duncan-Johnson과 Donchin(1979)과 Soskins, Rosenfeld와 Niendam(2001)의 연구를 부분적으로 확장한 것으로, EEG를 측정할 때 사용하는 고역통과필터의 값이 P300의 파형에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 시각자극을 이용한 세자극 오드볼 과제를 수행하는 동안 뇌파를 측정하였으며, Fz와 Pz에서 측정한 뇌파를 0.01Hz, 0.3Hz와 1.0Hz의 고역통과필터를 사용하여 여과시켰다. 0.3Hz의 고역통과필터를 사용한 경우에는 P300 진폭이 크게 감소하지 않았지만, 1.0Hz의 고역통과필터는 P300의 진폭을 크게 감소시켰다. 0.01Hz의 고역통과 필터를 사용한 경우에는 P300 이후 부적 정점이 나타나지 않았으며, 0.3Hz와 1.0Hz의 고역통과필터를 사용한 경우에는 P300 이후 부적 정점이 관찰되었다. 비목표자극과 표준자극에 대한 P300의 진폭을 변별할 때에는 0.3Hz 고역통과필터와 정점-정점 P300 측정치를 사용하는 것이 0.01Hz나 0.3Hz, 1.0Hz 고역통과필터와 기저선-정점 측정치를 사용하는 것보다 더 효율적인 경향이 있었으며, 1.0Hz의 고역통과필터를 사용한 경우에는 정점-정점 P300 측정치가 기저선-정점 P300 측정치보다 더 유용한 경향이 있었다.

본 연구는 2005년 9월부터 2007년 10월까지 3년간 봄과 가을에 전남 홍도를 통과하는 벌매(Pernis ptilorhynchus)의 이동 규모를 조사함으로써, 기상에 따른 이동의 영향을 분석하고, 벌매의 이동생태에 대한 특성을 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 홍도에서 기록되어진 벌매의 개체수를 살펴보면 2005년 702개체, 2006년 404개체, 2007년 659개체로 나타났고, 이중 봄철에 관찰된 개체수는 2006년 2개체, 2007년 8개체에 불과하여 홍도는 벌매의 가을철 이동경로 상에 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 9월 20일에서 10월 5일 사이에 많은 이동이 확인되었다. 벌매는 2007년 가을 시간대별로 조사된 538개체의 벌매 중에서는216개체(40.1%)가오전 7시에서 8시 사이에 이동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이동시 풍향 선호도는 이동 방향의 오른쪽 뒤쪽에서 불어오는 북서풍을 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며, 풍속이 5m/s 미만일 때 벌매의 이동이 더 활발하였지만, 5m/s 이상의 강한 바람일 경우에는 이동의 수가 감소하였다. 따라서 풍속과 풍향은 벌매의 이동에 있어서 중요한 영향을 주는 요소라고 판단된다. 한반도의 벌매 이동경로를 파악하기 위해서는 각 지역별로 지속적인 이동 개체군의 규모 파악이 선행되어야 할 것이며, 특히 자료 부족으로 인하여 국내 가을철 이동 집단의 이동경로를 예측하기 어렵기 때문에 향후 국내 위성추적을 통한 이동경로 연구가 병행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

The ambient heavy metals data measured at major 7 cities (Seoul, Busan and Incheon et al) in Korea were used to explain the composition and general features of Asian Dust observed during 2002~2006. Generally heavy metal concentrations during the Asian Dust episodes had tendency of showing higher values at sites in west-north side than east-south side of Korea, which can be explained by the effect of diffusion and deposition. But in the result of this study, some heavy metals as chrome and nickel had shown more higher concentrations in east-south site and in case of copper at the west-south site of Korea. These features were influenced by the weather conditions, topography factors or characteristics of soil composition in each sources. And the concentration of heavy metals makes increase every year in proportioned with the industrial growth of source areas. Futhermore, the study will be continue to search minutely the relation with weather and topography factors.

본 연구에서는 교량을 통과하는 차량의 주행안정성확보를 위하여 기존의 강성방호책 상면에 부착 가능한 방풍펜스를 고안하여 풍동실험을 통하여 그 유효성을 검증하였다. 실험결과로서, 경사판을 경사도 1:0.5로 하향으로 설치한 방풍펜스 F3(-)가 1차로에서 가장 효과적이며 영각 0o 및 5o에서 50%이상의 횡력 및 전도모멘트의 감소효과가 있었으며 -5o에서는 20%내외의 감소효과가 있었다. 2차로에서는 경사도 1:0.5로 상향으로 설치한 F3(+)가 F3(-)에 비하여 풍력 저감효과가 더 크게 나타났으나, 차량에 작용하는 풍력은 풍하측으로 갈수록 그 크기가 감소하는 면에서 볼 때, 방풍펜스 F3(-)를 대안으로 제시 한다.
