빌딩골조 구조물의 구조설계는 시스템, 서브시스템, 기본 부재의 여러 설계 단계에 걸쳐서 복잡하게 진행된다. 여러 가지 설계 대안들을 고려하고 비교하여 선택하는 작업을 설계과정에서 행하게 되고, 최종적으로 한 가지의 구조시스템과 이와 관련한 서브시스템 및 기본 부재들을 결정해야 한다. 빌딩골조 구조물을 위한 컴퓨터 통합시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 이러한 설계과정을 정형화하여 표현하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 시스템, 서브시스템, 기본 부재 단계에서의 설계과정을 표현하기 위한 개체형 통합설계모델의 프로세스 개체들을 소개한 후에 각각의 프로세스개체 내의 설계흐름을 기술하였고, 세 가지 설계 단계에 걸쳐 있는 많은 프로세스 개체간의 설계흐름을 제어를 하기 위한 개념을 설명하고 있다. 프로세스 개체간의 제어는 어떠한 개체내의 프로세스가 끝났는가를 파악하여 구조설계를 완료하는데 필요한 모든 개체의 프로세스가 끝났는가를 확인하기 위함이다. 이러한 프로세스 제어의 개념은 빌딩골조의 구조물을 위한 컴퓨터 통합시스템의 개발에 이용될 수 있다.

The existent system of management for Measurement of Safety Cost are not effective because of the data loss and time loss and occurrence of errors through manual calculation. Therefore, tile development of the software for measurement of safety cost can solve the problem through the systematic calculation for safety cost and converting the related data to database, and also can build the strategy of the investment of Safety cost through analysing and comparing with the past data in the database. As a part of development of the software of Measurement of Safety Cost which is appropriate for the domestic environment, this study is developing a software based on Noguji method, which is one of the methods of Measurement of Safety Cost, and to appraise the efficiency of the management of Measurement of Safety Cost we will implement and improve the software in the case of the domestic enterprises.

본 논문에서 취급한 계산모델 및 계산조건하에서 얻어진 주요한 결론은 다음과 같다. (1) 다방향 불규칙파중에서 TLP에 작용하는 파강제력 및 정상표류력의 유의치를 구할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. (2) 한방향파중에서 파강제력 및 정상표류력이 큰 모-드에 대해서는 다방향파의 영향으로 감소하는 경향을 보이고, 한방향파중에서 작은 모-드에 대해서는 다방향파의 영향이 무시할 수 없을 정도로 나타났다. (3) 다방향파의 상호작용에 의해 실해역을 재현할 수 있으며, 다방향파의 영향으로 최대 파강제력 및 정상표류력의 크기가 감소한다는 결과에 따라 다방향파의 영향을 고려하면 보다 현실적인 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

가상 커뮤니티는 짧은 기간에 많은 사용자들을 불러모으면서 대량의 트래픽을 발생시킬 수 있기 때문에 비즈니스적 기회를 창출할 기회가 빨리 다가온다. 하지만 많은 사용자들을 확보하는 것이 이러한 사용자들을 대상으로 수익모델을 창출하는 것을 의미하지는 않으므로 많은 운영자들이 경제적 면에서 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그래서 가상 커뮤니티에서 수익을 이끌어내기 위해서는 커뮤니티 운영자의 체계적인 경영전략이 뒤따라야 하며, 회원들이 거부감을 느끼지 않도록 자연스럽게 수익모델로 연결시켜야 한다는 힘겨운 과제가 놓여있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 가상 커뮤니티의 전략적 구축, 운영 및 성장 방법에 대해서 분석하고 커뮤니티의 특성에 맞는 다양한 수익모델들을 제시하여 이를 바탕으로 사례에 대한 적용안을 마련해 본다.

컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 인터넷 사용자의 증가로 인터넷이 취업의 중요한 통로로 이용되고 있다. 하지만 지금까지 인터넷상에서 운영되고 있는 구인·구직 사이트의 대부분은 단순한 정보조회수준에 그치고 있다. [4,5,6] 본 연구에서는 기업의 전체적인 채용프로세스 중에서 면접과정을 온라인으로 지원하여 오프라인채용의 시간과 공간의 제한을 극복함으로써 보다 효율적인 인재채용과 구직이 이루어지게 온라인 면접 웹사이트를 구축하고자 한다.

인천항은 우리나라 제 2의 수,출입항임에도 불구하고 지리적, 자연적 특성상 갑문이라는 조수간만의 차를 극복하기 위한 시설과 매우 다양한 화물의 취급으로 만성적인 체선·체화의 문제를 안고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 인천항을 대상으로 항만운영의 기본인 선석배정문제를 기존 연구를 바탕으로 실제 인천항 운영에 있어서 행해지고 있는 선석의 연속관리측면과 전문가의 경험으로 축적된 비공식적인 규칙을 보다 면밀히 조사하여, 공식적인 인천항 배정규칙과 더불어 개선된 실시간 의사결정지원시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 특히 동일 하역사의 이웃한 선석을 하나의 선석군으로 묶어 연속으로 선박을 접안하는 사항과 사용자의 임의수정사항과 동적인 상황을 시스템에 반영함에 있어서 사용자 인터페이스를 강화하여 구축, 개발하였다.

본 연구는 우편물의 효율적인 수송을 위해 복합연계수송 개념을 도입한 Multi-commodity, Multi-modal Network Model과 이를 토대로 정식화하고 이를 적용 한 LHGO programming Model를 제안하고자 한다. 구축된 LINGO Model은 응용 Application내에 장착되어지는 Module로 구성가능하며 이를 GIS Tool인 GEOmania를 이용한 우편물 수송 DSS을 위한 Application 개발에 활용하고자 한다.

The domestic ports become less competitive for the out of dated equipments and inefficient information system. Specially, Inchon Port, which is the second largest port of Korea, has the point at issue such as the excessive logistics cost because of the limit of handling capacity and the chronic demurrage. In this paper to develope the simulation programs the basic input parameters such as arrival intervals, cargo tons, service rates are analyzed and the probability density functions for there variable are estimated. Also to perform the conception of continuous berth utilization, the berth and cargo classification is reconstructed. And the more actual simulation is realized by using more detailed depth representation of water The simulation model is executed based on the knowledge base and database, and is constructed using Visual Basic and Access database. Simulation results reveal that this study suitably reflect the real berth operation and waiting time of ships is shortened.

본 연구에서는 차량용량이 같지 않은 복수의 다른 종류의 차량을 고려하여, 차량이 이동하면서 배달과 수거를 동시에 수행하고 수거지점으로부터 화물을 수거하여 차고지로 운송하는 귀로 화물(Backhauls)을 갖는 PDP(Pickup and Delivery Problem)문제를 그 연구 대상으로 한다. 동시에 차량을 통해 이동되는 품목이 단일 품목이 아니고, 배달 및 수거시간제약조건을 갖는 다품목 시간제약 수송차량 배차문제를 Time-space network를 이용하여 정수선형계획문제로 정식화한다. 이를 최적화 S/W LINGO를 이용하여 위의 모든 제약조건을 만족하면서 운용되는 차량수와 차량의 이동경로를 최소화하는 해를 구하고, 분석한 내용을 보여주고자 한다. 덧붙여 위 문제의 입·출력자료를 데이터베이스화하여 지리정보시스템(Geographic Information System : GIS)과 통합한 차량운행경로결정 지원시스템을 구축하기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

A company needs low cost and high efficient S/W tools to improve the white color productivity in daily operation, These needs may be satisfied by end-user knowledge management system to be suggested in this paper. We suggest that the end-user knowledge management is not made by specialized developer but directly made by end-users of some related managers using company-wide DB and department DB. We expect that this end-user knowledge management system will increase the efficiency of end-user daily operation and minimize the total life cycle cost of end-user computing system in industry. The suggested end-user knowledge management system has been tested in some companies through the training course.

Many enterprises are performing the effective database applications with VAN(Value Added Network) or WAN(Web Added Network) . But it is very difficult and expensive. So we suggest low-cost database system within long distance area through personal computers. This system is very powerful for flexibility. It may be estimated it's value highly because they develop the program without high programming skill. This study would be used between company with company and/or between branch with branch, for example, customer claim information, inventory information, product order etc. It is important not importing document but importing data in document. Then end-user can accomplish analysis and decision-making with their own database. It would enhance productivity in many enterprises.

The purpose of this paper is to develop the simulation program as a long-term strategic support tool, considering the dual dock system and the TOC(Terminal Operation Company) system executed since March, 1997 in Inchon Port. The basic input parameters such as arrival intervals, cargo tons, service rates are analyzed and the probability density functions for these parameters are estimated. From the simulation model, it is possible to estimate the demurrage status through analyzing various scenarios and to establish the long-term port strategic plan.

Port Simulation 문제는 항만의 운영실태를 분석하는데 있어서 크게 두 가지 측면에서 연구되어 왔다. 하나는 항만의 운영효율을 분석하기 위한 연구이고, 다른 하나는 항만과 인근 도시간의 물류시스템과 관련된 연구로 분류할 수 있다. 인천항은 ‘96년도 체선율이 32.3%로 국내 다른 항만과 비교해 보면 가장 심각한 체선실태를 보이고 있으며 이에 따른 물류비용을 포함한 추가비용의 손실이 크다. 따라서 기존의 연구에서 인천항의 체선현황을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하는 Simulation Model이 연구되었고, 이를 이용한 의사결정지원시스템을 개발해서 활용방안을 모색중이다. 그러나, 이들 연구에서는 아직 실제 운영하고 있는 연속관리부분에 대해서는 고려하지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구를 검토하고 특히 선박의 대기시간을 줄이고 선석의 활용도를 높일 수 있는 연속관리 부분을 집중 연구 이를 시스템에 반영하였다. 향후 연속적인 선석접안을 적용하여 얻은 결과를 기존의 Port Simulation 이나 선석운영 의사결정 지원시스템 개발에 활용하려 한다.

선석배정문제는 항만운영 및 관리의 첫단계이며, 각 항만의 지리적, 자연적 특성에 따라 매우 독특하면서 복잡한 성향을 띠고 있다. 특히, 인천항은 그 지리적 특성상 갑문이라는 특수한 시스템과 많은 종류의 화물을 취급하기 때문에 만성적인 체선·체화 현상을 보이고 있으며 많은 물류비의 상승 등 경쟁력을 상실하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인천항의 갑문이용과 선석의 배정문제에 있어서 실제 인천항을 운영하는 전문가 집단의 지식을 규칙화하고, 실제자료를 토대로 갑문의 영향을 분석하여 보다 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 시스템과 예기치 못한 상황에 대한 대처를 원활히 할 수 있는 선석운영 의사결정지원시스템을 구축하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 고려하지 못한 갑문을 중심으로 교차제한사항과 선석운영의 효율을 높일 수 있는 이안을 예상한 입항선박을 고려하였으며, 더 나아가 사용자로 하여금 쉽고 빠르게 선석을 운용할 수 있도록 개선된 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스(Graphic user Interface)를 갖는 대화식 접근법(User interactive approach)체제의 실시간 선석운영 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하였다.

There are few research activities on the analysis and improvement of the whole port operation, because Inchon Port not only has the dual dock system and various facilities but also handles a various kind of cargo. The purpose of this paper is to develop the simulation program as a long-term strategic support tool, considering the dual dock system and the TU(Terminal Operation Company) system executed since March, 1997 in Inchon Port. The basic input parameters such as arrival intervals, cargo tons, service rates are analyzed and the probability density functions for these parameters are estimated. The main mechanism of simulation model is the discrete event-driven simulation and the next-event time advancing. The program is executed based on the knowledge base and database. From the simulation model, it is possible to estimate the demurrage status through analyzing various scenarios and to establish the long-term port strategic plan.

본 논문에서는 우편사업의 효율적 운영을 위해 추진중인 우편집중국의 건설과 관련하여 기존에 발표된 우편집중국의 건설에 관한 연구보고서 등을 통해서 우편집중국의 운영에 관한 연구 둥을 분석한다. 또한, 우편집중국간의 우편수송경로결정 의사결정지원 시스템을 개발하기 위해 우편물 수송모델을 수송수단에 따른 복수계층 네트워크(Multi layer network)로 구성하여, 이를 다품목네트워크 흐름문제로 수송모델을 정의하고, 정수선형계획문제로 정식화하여 최적화 S/W LINGO를 이용하여 구한 해의 결과를 분석하여 향후 우편수송경로결정을 위한 의사결정지원시스템의 기본으로 활용하고자 한다.

인터넷이 글로벌 네트워크로써 자리를 잡으면서 전자상거래와 관련된 많은 용어를 낳고 있으며 그 중에서도 가장 많이 회자되고 있는 단어는 사이버 쇼핑몰일 것이다. 이러한 상황 속에서 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않는다는 사이버 쇼핑몰의 특성은 소비자와 상인 모두에게 가장 큰 매력으로 다가왔고, 촌각을 다투며 생겨나는 수많은 쇼핑몰들 속에서 경쟁력을 가질 수 있는 부분은 쇼핑몰의 구축과 운영의 방법이라는 점에 공감을 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 쇼핑몰을 자동으로 생성해주는 상점입점마법사를 구축하고 기존의 상점입점마법사들이 안고 있던 문제점을 해결하기 위한 7가지의 추가기능을 제시하고 있다. 상점입점마법사는 세 단계로 구성되고 각 단계는 복수개의 스텝으로 이루어져 있으며 각각의 스텝은 독립 모듈의 형태를 취함으로써 이를 통해 구축되는 쇼핑몰들의 차별성이 최대화 될 수 있도록 고려하였다. 추가기능은 상품 카테고리 생성, 관련 상품, 가격 비교, 인기 상품, 상점 홍보, 대체 상품, 마일리지 제도로 구성되며 이를 통해 상점입점마법사를 이용하여 구축된 쇼핑몰에서는 적용이 어렵다는 문제점에 대한 해법을 제시하고 더 나아가 SuperMall에 적용을 시킴으로써 기존의 Mall & Malls보다 경쟁력을 가질 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

In recent dates, Internet advertising effects are expanded by the steep increment of the Internet users and the extension of the advertising market will be accelerated through Internet. This paper indicates the importance of Internet advertising and suggests the solution of a network advertising service. The system Is divided into an Advertise Server, an Advertiser and a Web Publisher. This study proposes both the collection and the analysis of traffic data in real time. Also, the banner advertising frames are smoothed for the impression using the solution for the banner exchange engine and are developed using various impression methods, that is, Fixed/variable Banner, Scheduling Banner, Multi-Impression Banner, and Frame Remote Control to increase the advertising effect. And then to increase the advertising effect web publisher, which is specialized in lottery site, is constructed using the network advertising service and various advertising technology.
