        본 연구는 내륙인공습지의 생태적 특성 분석을 통하여 효율적 운영 및 관리를 위한 기초정보를 제공하고자 주남저수지 인공습지의 관속식물상과 생활형을 조사하였다. 관속식물상은 48과 118속 147종 1아종 8품종의 총 156분류군이 확인되었다. 식물구계학적 특정식물은 가시연꽃, 자라풀, 눈여뀌바늘 등 11 분류군이 확인되었다. 귀화식물은 소리쟁이, 좀개소시랑개비, 털별꽃아재비, 돼지풀 등 26분류군이 확인되었으며, 귀화율과 도시화지수는 각각 16.7%와 8.1%였다. 국화과 식물이 전체 귀화식물의 절반을 차지하였다. 생활형 분석 결과, 일년생식물과 수생식물의 비율이 가장 높았으며, 이들 두 생활형이 전체 관속식물상의 73.8%를 차지하였다. 수생식물은 구와말, 네가래, 생이가래 등 48분류군이 출현하였으며, 정수식물의 비율이 가장 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

        본 연구는 소나무림에서 간벌이 딱정벌레류의 분포에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 2006년에 간벌이 실시된 소나무림에서 함정트랩법을 이용하여 2012년 5월부터 10월까지 딱정벌레류를 채집한 결과이다. 간벌지에서는 18종 631개체가 채집되었고, 대조구에서는 12종 228개체가 채집되어 딱정벌레의 종수와 분포에 간벌의 영향이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 가장 우점하는 딱정벌레는 간벌지에서 두점박이먼지벌레(Planetes puncticeps )와 뿔소똥구리(Copris ochus ), 대조구에서 홍단딱정벌레(Damaster smaragdinus )와 왕바구미(Sapalinus gigas gigas)인 것으로 나타났다. 딱정벌레 주요 종의 월별 종수와 개체수는 두 조사지에서 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. 종다양도와 균재도는 간벌지가 대조구에 비해 약간 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

        In this study, BaTiO3 thin films were grown by RF-magnetron sputtering, and the effects of the thin film thickness on the structural characteristics of BaTiO3 thin films were systematically investigated. Instead of the oxide substrates generally used for the growth of BaTiO3 thin films, p-Si substrates which are widely used in the current semiconductor processing, were used in this study in order to pursue high efficiency in device integration processing. For the crystallization of the grown thin films, annealing was carried out in air, and the annealing temperature was varied from 700˚C. The changed thickness was within 200 nm~1200 nm. The XRD results showed that the best crystal quality was obtained for ample thicknesses 700 nm~1200 nm. The SEM analysis revealed that Si/BaTiO3 are good quality interface characteristics within 300 nm when observed thickness. And surface roughness observed of BaTiO3 thin films from AFM measurement are good quality surface characteristics within 300 nm. Depth-profiling analysis through GDS (glow discharge spectrometer) showed that the stoichiometric composition could be maintained. The results obtained in this study clearly revealed BaTiO3 thin films grown on a p-Si substrate such as thin film thickness. The optimum thickness was 300 nm, the thin film was found to have the characteristics of thin film with good electrical properties.

        TiAlN films were deposited on WC-5Co substrates with different buffer layers by D.C. magnetron sputtering. The films were evaluated by microstructural observations and measuring of preferred orientation, hardness value, and adhesion force. As a process variable, various buffer layers were used such as TiAlN single layer, TiAlN/TiAl, TiAlN/TiN and TiAlN/CrN. TiAlN coating layer showed columnar structures which grew up at a right angle to the substrates. The thickness of the TiAlN coating layer was about 1.8μm, which was formed for 200 minutes at 300˚. XRD analysis showed that the preferred orientation of TiAlN layer with TiN buffer layer was (111) and (200), and the specimens of TiAlN/TiAl, TiAlN/CrN, TiAlN single layer have preferred orientation of (111), respectively. TiAlN single layer and TiAlN/TiAl showed good adhesion properties, showing an over 80N adhesion force, while TiAlN/TiN film showed approximately 13N and the TiAlN/CrN was the worst case, in which the layer was destroyed because of high internal residual stress. The value of micro vickers hardness of the TiAlN single layer, TiAlN/TiAl and TiAlN/TiN layers were 2711, 2548 and 2461 Hv, respectively.

        In this study, BaTiO3 thin films were grown by RF-magnetron sputtering, and the effects of a post-annealing process on the structural characteristics of the BaTiO3 thin films were investigated. For the crystallization of the grown thin films, post-annealing was carried out in air at an annealing temperature that varied from 500-1000˚C. XRD results showed that the highest crystal quality was obtained from the samples annealed at 600-700˚C. From the SEM analysis, no crystal grains were observed after annealing at temperatures ranging from 500 to 600˚C; and 80 nm grains were obtained at 700˚C. The surface roughness of the BaTiO3 thin films from AFM measurements and the crystal quality from Raman analysis also showed that the optimum annealing temperature was 700˚C. XPS results demonstrated that the binding energy of each element of the thin-film-type BaTiO3 in this study shifted with the annealing temperature. Additionally, a Ti-rich phenomenon was observed for samples annealed at 1000˚C. Depth-profiling analysis through a GDS (glow discharge spectrometer) showed that a stoichiometric composition could be obtained when the annealing temperature was in the range of 500 to 700˚C. All of the results obtained in this study clearly demonstrate that an annealing temperature of 700˚C results in optimal structural properties of BaTiO3 thin films in terms of their crystal quality, surface roughness, and composition.

        Uncertainty evaluation was performed for the measurement of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC) in indoor air. The analytical procedure and result were validated by evaluating every uncertainty source related to the measurement method. An easy approach for uncertainty evaluation for indoor VOC measurement was tested using relative standard uncertainty method which is simple in the evaluation of a measurement uncertainty in case of indoor VOC measurement. The measurement uncertainties of toluene, ethylbenzene, m+p-xylene, styrene and o-xylene in indoor air are obtained as less than or close to 10%, and those results were validated by using Gum-workbench uncertainty evaluation program. Based on the evaluation, uncertainties were found to come largely from two major sources, uncertainty related to the concentration of standard Tenax tube which was used for calibration in measurement, and the to air sampling process. This study could be used as a good example in evaluating uncertainties in the measurement of indoor-air VOC at buildings including a newly-built apartment.

        규모가 큰 지진이 발생함에 따라 발전소 내 비구조요소인 전기설비들이 전도등으로 인한 손상으로 제기능을 하지 못하는 사례가 있어 비구조요소의 고정부에 대한 내진성능평가가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 비구조요소의 고정부로 사용되는 후설치 앵커볼트 M10 사이즈를 대상으로 하였으며 균열 발생에 따른 성능을 비교하기 위해 인위적인 균열을 발생시켜 동적인발 성능 평가를 수행하였다. 실험은 ACI 355.2에 근거하여 정적인발성능 실험을 통해 구한 평균 최대하중의 50% 하중 10회, 37.5% 하중 30회, 25% 하중 100회 반복가력 후 정적성능시험을 수행하였다.

        수중에서 로봇으로 사석 고르기 작업을 실시할 경우 로봇 주위의 지형 정보를 실시간으로 제공해야 원격조종이 가능하다. 현 위치로 부터 주변지형의 높낮이를 보여줘야 운전자가 작업 계획을 수립하고, 전복과 같은 사고도 예방할 수 있다. 지금까지 지형인식은 멀티 빔 소나에 의해 이뤄졌는데 이는 작업 전후의 품질을 평가하는 용도만 사용되었지 원격조종에서 필요한 실시간 정보로는 사용될 수 없었다. 본 연구는 수중 사석 고르기 작업을 위한 실시간 지형인식 방법을 개발한다. 버킷이 지면을 누를 때 전달되는 힘을 측정해 접촉여부를 판단하고, 실린더의 길이를 읽어 접촉위치를 계산한다. 버킷의 위치제어를 위해 가변 뱅뱅제어 알고리즘을 적용하고 숙련된 굴삭기 운전자의 작업패턴을 프로 그램화해 지형인식, 긁기, 밀기, 전진 등의 작업을 자동으로 수행하도록 한다. 개발된 방법은 로봇 몸체로부터 버킷의 거리에 따라 3차원 격자 지형을 상대적으로 보여줌으로써 작업자가 쉽게 지형을 인식하고 지형에 따라 작업계획을 세우도록 한다.

        This study was conducted to investigate farmers’ satisfaction in organic farming technologies developed by the Rural Development Administration (RDA). The survey targeted farmers who were eco-friendly or interested in eco-friendly agriculture. 70% of the target farmers were doing eco-friendly farming, and the satisfaction rate of the technology developed by the RDA was 3.85 points. The satisfaction of the farmers who participated in demonstration and demonstration of the farming field of the developed technology was 4.00 and the satisfaction level of organic farming instruction manual was 3.95. In addition, 38.4% of the surveyed areas were found to be pest control areas, and the impacts on the satisfaction of the organic cultivation related technology utilization and the satisfaction of the organic cultivation guide were analyzed. As a result, the RDA needs to develop and supply customized technology for aged small farmers.

        Analysis studies were carried out on asymmetric column to beam connections of steel plate rolled forming steel-PC composite modules. The main variables of analysis are asymmetric column composite or non-composite, thickness of steel plate and reinforcement or not. As a result of the analysis, the strength of the local buckling decreased from the upper flange of the beam. The connections are improved so that the upper flange surface of the beam has both the moment and horizontal shear resistance elements. As a result of the analysis of reinforced connection, the strength and stiffness increased linearly regardless of the column composition and the thickness of the stiffener. The stability of the connection and the possibility of securing the momentum were confirmed. This result is reflected in the experimental plan of the connection.

        The occurrence and management of disease and pests in six organic peach orchards were surveyed from March 2015 to March 2017. In this period, the number of certified organic and non-chemical peach farms increased to 65.5% and 31.7%, respectively. Certified organic peach farms were selected based on more than 4,000 ㎡ of cultivation area and three tons of production, and their cultivation status was examined. All of the farms were either cultivated green manure crop or sod, and limited vegetation control to a minimum. For the management of soil nutrients, many farmers used livestock manure, oilcake and self-manufacturing liquid fertilizer. It was surveyed that bordeaux mixture, lime sulfur, pheromone for mating disruption of moths and plant extract were used for disease and pest control. The damage caused by the pests and diseases were 31.6% and 24.1%, respectively. The oriental fruit moth showed the highest damage rate (13.5%) in the organic peach orchards, followed by the brown rot (13.0%), peach fruit moth (7.3%) and bacterial shot hole (7.3%).

        본 연구는 유기농경지의 지속가능한 토양양분관리를 위해 유기농가의 자재의존도와 자 재에 의한 토양 특성변화를 알아보기 위하여 2016년 3월부터 6월까지 10년 이상 유기농을 실천한 토양의 화학적 특성과 함께 유기농가의 토양 관리를 위해 사용한 자재의 종류를 조 사하였다. 그 결과 유기농가에서는 토양 양분관리를 위해 주로 자가제조퇴․ 액비 및 시판자 재를 사용하고 있어 외부 투입자재의 사용빈도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 그 중 57%는 가축 분뇨가 포함된 자재를 이용하여 토양관리를 하고 있었고 자재 성분분석 결과 가축분의 구 성 비율에 따라 자재의 성분함량이 다양하게 나타났다. 토양분석결과 10년 이상 유기농재 배를 한 지점의 양분함량은 대체로 높은 경향을 보였으며 농가에서 주로 사용하는 자재에 따라 토양 화학성이 차이가 나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 가축분퇴비를 주로 사용하는 농 가는 교환성 칼슘과 칼륨이 과잉 존재하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 시판자재 분석결과 부숙유 기질비료는 가축분의 종류와 비율에 따라 성분함량 차이가 크게 나타났다. 이러한 외부투 입자재에 의존한 토양관리는 토양 내 양분 불균형을 야기할 수 있다. 토양 내 양분 불균형 은 작물 생산성을 악화시키고 환경오염의 우려가 있어 농가 및 연구현장에서 이를 개선하 기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 농가수준에서 토양 양분관리를 위해 사용하기 용이한 시판 부숙 유기질비료의 성분함량을 고려한 신중한 투입이 필요하며, 또한 이러한 유기농경지에서의 양분 불균형 해소를 위해 집적된 양분의 이용률을 증대시키는 방안에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

        The upland soils (56 samples) from organic farms in Gyeonggi-do (12 sites), Gangwon-do (8 sites), Chungcheong-do (14 sites), Gyeongsang-do (4 sites), Jeollado (18 sites) in Korea were collected and their physical and chemical properties were analyzed by RDA’s methods. In the results of physical property, the bulk density of soils averaged 1.14 Mg m-3 (surface soil), 1.38 Mg m-3 (subsoil), respectively. The porosity of them was 57%, 48%. Organically managed soil’s (OS) bulk density was lower than conventional soil’s but OS’s porosity was a little higher than conventionally managed soil in surface soil. The depth of plough layer in organically managed soils was 21.2 cm indicating that the organic farming had good effect on soil physical property. In the results of chemical property, the surface soil pH was 6.9 and the contents of organic matter (OM) was 26 g kg-1, available phosphate (Avail. P2O5) was 554 mg kg-1, exchangeable calcium (Exch. Ca) was 8.9 cmolc kg-1, exchangeable potassium (Exch. K) was 0.89 cmolc kg-1, exchangeable magnesium (Exch. Mg) was 2.0 cmolc kg-1. The subsoil pH was 6.8 and the contents of OM was 21 g kg-1, avail. P2O5 was 491 mg kg-1, exch. Ca was 7.9 cmolc kg-1, exch. K was 0.68 cmolc kg-1, exch. Mg was 1.8 cmolc kg-1. The nutrient accumulation emerged in organic farming. Compared to the optimum nutrient range for the conventional upland soils, the exceed rate of pH, OM, available phosphate, and exchangeable Ca, K, and Mg was 79, 52, 64, 84, 66% and 55%, respectively, which mainly resulted from the over-application of lime materials or livestock manure compost. With these results it is suggested thatorganic farm need to reduce the use of inputs, which make soil alkalification or nutrient accumulation. More study on effects of inputs on lowering soil pH from alkalification could help organically managed soil to be improved.

        Background : Dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans are secondary metabolites present abundantly in the fruits belonging to the genus Schisandra. According to previous studies, Schisandra lignans exhibit anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-diabetic properties, as well as an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation. Therefore, establishing the Korean “Omija” (Schisandra chinensis) as a lignanrich source, in addition to identifying and quantifying the lignans, is extremely valuable. Methods and Results : Dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans were analyzed with liquid chromatography using diode array detection/ mass spectrometry, from methanol extracts subsequently identified by a constructed chemical library of 50 lignans. A total of 27 components of lignan including gomisin S were identified, of which schisandrin, gomisin A, gomisin N, deoxyschisandrin, γ- schisandrin, and schisandrin C were identified as the major components in the Korean Omija, Schisandra chinensis. These compounds were divided into two groups, S-biphenyl and R-biphenyl based on the configurations of the stereoisomers structures with contents of 661.7 and 1350.1㎎ per 100 g dry weight, respectively. The total lignan content averaged 2011.4㎎ per 100 g dry weight, of which schisandrin and gomisin N comprised the majority (771.8 and 420.5㎎ per 100 g dry weight respectively). Conclusions : Lignans which are present in high quantities in the ripe fruit of Schisandra chinensis are important functional compounds that play a major role in the prevention and treatment of human diseases.

        열악한 작업환경 때문에 수중항만공사를 기계화하려는 많은 노력들이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문은 수중항만공사 중 사석 고르기 작업을 수행하는 수중건설로봇에 대해 기술한다. 로봇의 블레이드는 울퉁불퉁한 지형에서도 사석 마운드를 기준면에 대해 평편하게 고르고, 다목적 암은 사석을 파고, 채울 수 있게 설계되었다. 본 연구는 로봇에 설치된 위치 및 방위 센서와 동기를 이루면서 주행과 스윙운동이 포함된 다목 적암과 블레이드의 기구학을 해석한다. 기준수심센서에 부여된 월드좌표에 대해서 블레이드와 다목적암의 위치와 방위를 나타내고, 기준면과 나란한 고르기 작업을 위한 형상을 찾는다. 고르기 작업을 위한 유압제어시스템을 개발하며, 로봇에 의한 육상 및 수중 사석 고르기 작업을 실시해 실험결과를 보인다. 로봇의 작업속도는 잠수부보다 8배 정도 빠르며 작업품질도 우수한 것으로 평가된다. 잠수부가 작업할 수 없는 대 수심에서는 효율성이 더 좋을 것으로 기대된다.
