        This study deals with Rhythm which is one of aesthetic variables. Aesthetics among the factors of consumer preference has been importantly considered in competitive market environment. Therefore , consumers' purchasing standard has been also changed as their consciousness has been changed according to the variation of their lire style. Besides, the technique and method of design faces up to the change because of consumers' diverse wishes. Hence, to satisfy consumers' needs and the market front now on characterized as the short durability cycle of products, a distinctive design should be developed in the form of products that can be an important factor to attract consumers preference. So, in this study, 1 will try to understand typology based on a categorization theory and the conceptual structure of aesthetics, which are importantly considered at the same time. In addition, I will establish a new design process by extracting Rhythm affecting aesthetic. Ultimately, this study aims develop more consumer preferring design beyond the limit of a designer's idea and design generation by the result of this study.

        전라남도 신안군에서 재배되는 시금치(신안 섬초)의 수확시기별 특성을 조사하고 섬초의 경제적 가치가 하락하는 4월 이후의 섬초 이용성을 증대하기 위해 건조 및 추출조건에 따른 유용성분 및 효능을 분석하였다. 수확시기별 유리당 함량은 1월 수확 섬초에서 sucrose 함량이 높아 총유리당 함량이 가장 높게 나타났으며 무기질 함량 중 K은 수확시기가 지남에 따라 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며 Mg과 P은 1월 수확 섬초에서 가장 높은 결과를 보였다. 섬초의 수확시기별 비타민류 함량변화를 분석한 결과 나이아신과 비타민 C 함량 또한 1월 수확 섬초에서 가장 높은 경향을 보였으며 클로로필도 같은 경향이었다. 그러나 총페놀성화합물, 루테인은 오히려 4월 섬초에서 더 높은 경향을 보여 이러한 성분들을 추출할 수 있는 최적의 조건을 확립하였다. 건조방법에 따라 항산화효능, 총페놀성화합물, 루테인 함량은 모두 동결건조 > 열풍 > 데침건조 순의 경향을 보였으며 추출방법에 따라서는 주정추출에서 효율이 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 신안 섬초를 생식하는 경우 당함량이 높아 단맛이 강하고 비타민류 함량이 높은 1-3월 수확 섬초가 가장 적당하며 그 이후 비상품성 섬초의 경우 열풍건조 후 주정추출 하여 다양한 식품소재로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

        We stored sweet pumpkins at 8℃, 12℃, 12℃ plasma curing and room temperature (control) for 180 days. During this time, the quality characteristics were analyzed within the different groups. No spoiling occurred in either of the storage conditions for up to 120 days, and the marketability was good. After 120 days, spoiling sharply increased by over 70% in the control group, while in the 12℃ group it decreased to 20~60%. Conversely, spoiling was completely absent in the 8℃ and 12℃ plasma curing groups during the overall 180 days of storage. The lowest moisture content was found in the 8℃ group and the quality of the pumpkins was excellent during the entire storage period. The color of pulp was better in the 12℃ and 12℃ plasma curing groups, with best results were found in the latest. Both the 8℃ and 12℃ plasma curing groups maintained their dark green surface colors, while both the 12℃ and control groups turned from green to yellow. All groups showed a reduction in their initial hardness, with the 8℃ group staying the hardest. Soluble solid and mealiness was increased to the storage during 90 days while decreased, that were long to maintain the mealiness texture in the 8℃ storage pumpkin. The overall acceptability from sensory evaluation was higher in the 12℃ plasma curing group, when compared to those of the 8℃, 12℃ and control groups storage conditions.

        절화용 장미 ‘Live Pink’ 는 전라남도농업기술원에서 육성한 진분홍색 스프레이 품종으로 수세가 강하고 동계생산성이 높은 백색 ‘White Candy’를 모본으로 적색이며 화형이 예쁜 ‘Madonna’를 부본으로 하여 2004년에 인공교배 하였다. 화형과 화색이 예쁘고 수량성이 우수하며 가시가 적은 2계통을 최종 2차 선발하였다. 2007년부터 2008년까지 3회에 걸쳐 특성 및 생산력검정을 실시하여 화색이 진분홍색이며 꽃이 크고 수량성도 우수하며 절화수명이 긴 ‘Live Pink’를 육성하였다. 육성된 품종은 스프레이 품종으로 꽃의 직경이 5.5 cm, 절화장이 68.4 cm, 절화수명이 10.1일로 줄기가 곧고 절화수명이 우수하다. 절화의 수량은 3회 특성 및 생산력 검정결과 121.5 본/m2/년으로 대비품종 ‘Madonna’(116.5 본/m2/년)에 비해 4.3% 증대되었다.

        This study was performed to enhance antifungal activity of anthracnose in chili pepper by nanopaticles of thiamine di-lauryl sulfate (TDS) through high pressure homogenization process. Yield of TDS was 79.14% by reaction of thiamine hydrochloride and sodium lauryl sulfate. TDS nanopaticle solution was manufactured through high pressure homogenization process. The turbidity of nanoparticles solution was increased with increasing the concentration of TDS, and nanoparticles solution of 100 ppm was showed the highest turbidity with absorbance of 3.212. The size of nanoparticles solution was measured as average 258.6 nm by DLS. Nanoparticles solution of 100 ppm showed growth inhibition activity with higher than about 80% compared to the control group against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. Finally, nanoparticles solution was increased effectively the penetration of the TDS nanopaticles on attached cell membrane of hyphae and started to destruct the cells under microscope observation. Consequently, we suggested that the TDS nanoparticle solution by high pressure homogenization process might be suitable biochemical pesticides for improving the antifungal activities against anthracnose in pepper.
