        The purpose of this study is to improve a process of the automatic manufacturing system for producing a phosphor bronze wire developed the previous study. For this purpose, the authors have improved the manufacturing process, such as wire tension control, discoloration, winding and the control appears as a problem when the automatic manufacturing system applied to the field. Also, performance tests for the developed system such as the straightness, tensile strength, hardness, diameter deviation, discoloration have been performed. As a result, we could product the 0.35mm of phosphor bronze wire with continuous processes. The performance of the prototype system satisfies all the objects of this study.

        In our country, the number of coffee shops has steadily increased, reaching approximately 15,000 in 2013 from 1,254 in 2006. Adding to increase of coffee shops, customers' preference of roasted beans and extraction to ready-made coffee or instant coffee has lead to rapid expansion of roasted coffee market. In this study, a prototype of the ultrasonic automatic packer that is consist of coffee beans input device, coffee beans filling device, filter paper input device, vertical & horizontal ultrasonic sealing device, conveyor input device, input sealing device of outer packaging, cutting device, and control system besides related devices has been designed and produced.

        The purpose of this study is to develop the automatic water wank for rural living water with a built-in filter device. For this purpose, the author carrying out the design and production of devices such as a stacked plate filter, automatic water tank and water purification equipment, main control system and solenoid valve, solar cell, battery, water gauge, flowmeter and pump, etc. As a result, the author obtained very good results which satisfy all the research and development objectives planned. In addition, the water quality test results received, it is determined that the water is suitable for rural living water standards of the developed prototype.

        Wire rods having various sectional shape are generally used directly in various applications. In the shape rolling, a couple of grooved rollers are used and the groove match the sectional shape of the wire rod. In this 2 roll system, a couple of rollers must be changed whenever the sectional shape of the wire rod is changed, and the frequent changes of roller cause rise of manufacturing cost. In this study, in order to apply a highly precise 4 roll rolling mill developed in previous studies on the shape rolling manufacturing process, the raw wire feeding equipment, 2 roll rolling mill, turks Head rolling mill, large heat treatment equipment, a steam cleaning equipment, a large winding equipment, cooling equipment, a tension adjustment equipment, designed and manufactured to the main control system. In addition, the problems corrected throughout these various equipments for manufacturing high-precision automatic rolling mill system developed by assembling more than six months and was conducted between complementary and testing process.

        As the hydrofluoric acid leak at Gumi-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do or hydrochloric acid leak at Ulsan demonstrated that chemical related accidents were mostly caused by large amounts of volatile toxic substances leaked due to the damages of storage tank. The purpose of this study was to develop PFA lined bottom drain ball valve for using in semiconductor, LCD manufacturing fields, pharmaceutical and others. For this purpose, modeling and design of PFA lined bottom drain ball valve, casting mold and casting production, design and manufacturing of lining mold, design and manufacturing of lining jig, PFA forming and assembly have been carried out for 50A×25A PFA lined bottom drain ball valve. In addition, a performance test was performed for the pin hole, density, tensile strength, elongation and elastic modulus of the developed prototype. As a result, the performance of the prototype valve satisfies all the objects of this study. Also, the developed valve was a very good performance compared with conventional 50A×25A imported valve with the same size.

We developed a 4 roll wire rolling mill that reduce the disadvantage of 2 roll rolling, at the same time improving quality of the wire rods and reducing production costs. The present work is focused on the development of a high precision 4 roll wire rolling mill for the wire rods that have various rectangle sectional shape.

        The electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding sheet of grid pattern for the wireless charger has been designed by using grid pattern metal sheet, PET & DST stacking and laminating technology. For this purpose, the twisting protection and the bubbling prevention device, the automatic position adjustment controller, the visual sensors and the motor actuator for controller, the EMI shielding sheet cutting device and the main control system have been developed for manufacturing the apparatus. As the study result, the development on manufacturing the equipment and shielding sheet of the EMI shielding sheet of grid pattern for the wireless charger having the lamination productivity of 27.4m/min exceeded the target of 8m/min in this study. In addition, the magnetic induction and the applicable shielding sheet were prepared in the magnetic resonance system, all of the two wireless charging system. The power with a band of average 6.87MHz of shielding sheet was greater than the target of 30dB to 32.57dB. The available frequency with a band of average 7.95MHz the target was exceeded by a 7.00MHz.

        In this study, the horizontal automatic scum remover with buoyant type is developed to reduce the cost of facility and is suitable for unit-process automation. This system is consist of the scum collecting box, leveling device for scum collecting box, drive device for scum collecting box, water level sensor and indicator, departure prevention device of scum collecting box, setting monitor, main control panel, etc. Performance tests for the system such as the accuracy of the scum thickness measurement, horizontal degree of the scum collecting box, scum removal time, accuracy of an unmanned control have been performed. The performance of the prototype system satisfies all the objects of this study.

        The grid pattern electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding sheet for the wireless charger has been designed using grid pattern metal sheet, PET & DST stacking and laminating technology. Also, an automatic manufacturing system of the grid pattern EMI shielding sheet for the wireless charger is developed. This metal sheet with grid pattern is an effective shield against EMI that can not shield completely by existing single metal sheet. And the developed automatic manufacturing system having a laminated productivity exceeds the 8m/min can stack and lamination thin metal sheets without any wrinkles.
