육묘 생력화를 위한 적정 부직포규격을 선발하기 위하여 경상북도 농업기술원 시험포장에서 4월 20일부터 6월 1일 까지 파종기를 달리하여 부직포 규격별로 온도변화, 묘소질, 육묘 노동력 및 자재비 절감효과 등을 조사하였다. 부직포 규격별 묘생육은 부직포두께가 두꺼울수록 초장은 커지고, 엽수와 지상부건물중은 감소하였다. 부직포 규격별 매트형성 정도는 4월 파종구는 과 의 부직포 피복구에서 비닐피복과 같이 양호하였으나 과 은 불량하였으며, 6월 1일 파종구에서는 의 부직포 피복구에서만 매트형성이 양호하였고 그 외 부직포 규격 및 비닐터널피복에서는 불량하게 나타났다. 모의 지상부 생육특성 및 매트형성정도에서 1모작인 4월파종구의 경우는 와 의 부직포가, 2모작인 6월파종구에서는 의 부직포가 묘생육에 가장 적합한 것으로 조사되었다.

This paper is to discuss the supernatural ecstasy in the “Supernatural Songs”. When focusing his poetry on the physical, Yeats turned his attention more and more toward the East. While seizing upon an increasingly physical and sexual emphasis, Yeats's secular spiritualism moved in an Eastern, monistic direction. As far as he was concerned, sexual spirituality was much more compatible with indian spirituality. To embody these instincts and passions, he posited a mythical character by the name of Ribh as the cental character of the “Supernatural Songs”. He tried to display a transcendental ecstasy. He associated early Christian Ireland with India. He described the fictional character of Ribh as an early Christian hermit, who is ninety years old. In the East, Yeats found a propensity toward unity of being that would underscore the essential unity of flesh and spirit so necessary to his thought. The “Supernatural Songs” thus brought together an Eastern amalgamation of Christianity and Asian religiosity, merging the supernatural-spiritual with the natural-physical. Yeats espoused tantric sex, a form of Kundalini, with its emphasis on self and the sexual act as the way to spiritual energy and fulfillment. The word Kundalini means coil, which Yeats reflects in the serpent imagery. In conclusion, Yeats found an imaginative way whereby he was able to fuse the spiritual with the physical in the “Supernatural Songs”. This secular spirituality allowed Yeats the sexual freedom he sought for. The intense moment of climax is that conflagration in which all antinomies are resolved, time stands still, and natural bonds with supernatural. His emphasis on unity of being is compatible with an Eastern worldview, which merges all into a monistic unity. Indeed, poetry itself is in Yeats's mind an imaginative alchemy, the transmutation of life into art, a fusing of the spiritual with the material.

Recalling images from the past is one of Yeats's favorite poetic activities, especially in his old age. Many of his later poems are created on the basis of this technique, providing considerable information on his contemporary characters, events and other factors. In a sense, this kind of versification appears to mythify prominent historic figures in turbulent modern Irish history. In the poem "Municipal Gallery Revisited", Yeats sees his poetic personae as 'permanent or impermanent images', but ironically, they will be remembered permanently because of this work. They will also illuminate individual and national history dealt with in the poetic stanzas. Yeats's creative strategy is to enumerate a series of intense scenes that are worth remembering. To grasp a specific image in a particular moment is intended to reveal an absolute feature of a given character or a historical as well as cultural event. Through their own images, these people depicted in the poem are turned into symbolic characters. Greatness is impressed with a single scene and genuine perpetuity is uncovered with an instant reflection. In other words, a briefly described image is not just a section randomly isolated from a particular person's life. Rather, the image implicitly sums up and typically project an individual's complex personality in the poem, and in turn, on the reader's mind. The poet-narrator walks through the gallery, appreciating the portraits and other paintings on display and opens up his own creative world. Political characters in the beginning, then Hugh Lane and other Gregory people as a cultural stepping stone and finally the portraits of John Synge and Lady Gregory appear in sequence through the poetic work. Such a climactic approach stresses what the poet has in his own mind. Artistic ideals and literary colleagues who shared them with the poet are remembered and in the end, he himself go beyond the grave and sees his own self as an image already dead in an elegiac imagination. What he wants to record in a literary epitaph is gradually expressed along the long gallery of the museum. Eventually, the scenes composing this verse create a visionary gallery to light up the poet's real self.

This paper is an attempt to discuss Yeats' meditative poem and its formative process. Before taking up the main subject, I will survey the background of the meditative poem. The most notable of meditative practices were the Ignation meditations that synthesized several medieval branches of meditation and gave them new echo in the early modern world. These meditation then formed the structural backbone of poems that also demanded a similar type of ordered contemplation by Donne, Herbert, Hopkins and Wordsworth. Also Yeats clearly fits into this English meditative tradition due to the Irish and mystical elements but works with meditative techniques in a quite novel manner. The techniques of meditation become significant for their impact on how a poem works to trace the mind's progress. Yeats's poems, especially his mature poems, develop many of the imageable patterns and employ similar technique. There is a close correspondence between meditative discipline and the creative imagination. If we cannot imagination ourselves as different from what we are and assume that second self, we cannot impose a discipline upon ourselves. It is the creation of this self that a meditative poem records. A self is ideally one with itself, with other human beings, with created nature, and with the supernatural. Thus the self of meditative poetry speaks a language based on that of common men, but includes whatever in its own experience is unique and individual. In conclusion, Yeats' meditation allows him to reach that Unity of Being where the oppositions of change and changelessness, time and eternity, are reconciled. Toward the union of "the powers of the soul," Yeats's "Unity of Being" by disciplined effort makes his way, while creation of the poetry plays its part in the struggle. Unity of Being is both the resolution to the tension between opposites and the point at which all things connect.

방어의 자원동태를 규명하기 위하여 한국 연근해에서 어획되는 방어 어획량의 31년간(1970∼2000년)의 통계청 년별어업생산량자료와 최근 10년간(1991∼2000년)의 지역별, 수협별, 어획량 자료 등을 이용하여 장기 어획량변동 경향, 어업에 따른 지방별, 어업별, 연도별, 월별 어획량과 그 변화 경향을 비교 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 한국의 31년간(1970∼2000년) 방어의 자원량 변동은 19/70∼1985년까지는 31년간의 평균어획량보다 낮은 저조한 어획량이 유지되었으며, 그 후 연간어획량의 증감은 있지만 전체적으로 증가경향을 나타내고 있으면서 평균 어획량 보다 높은 어획량이 유지되었다. 이 기간중 방어 자원량은 5∼6년 주기로 변동하는 경향을 나타냈고, 특히, 1995년부터 1998년까지 어획량이 크게 증가했다. 2. 어업별로는 대형선망의 경우 한국 전역에서 조업이 이루어져 어획량도 가장 높았고, 다음으로 정치망, 채낚기 등의 순이며, 대형선망을 제외한 지역별 조업특성을 보면 동해안에서는 정치망, 남해안에서는 저인망, 정치망, 채낚기, 서해안에서는 안강망, 제주도에서는 채낚기에 의해 주로 어획되었다. 3. 정치망에 의해 지방별로 어획되는 경향을 보면, 강원도와 경상북도는 6∼6월과 10월의 어획량이 많고, 그중 10월에 최고 어획이 나타나며, 경상남도는 5월과 12월에 어획량이 많고, 그중 5월에 최고어획량, 전라남도는 4∼5월과 8월에 어획량이 많고, 그중 8월에 최고어획량이 나타났다. 4. 한국 주변해역의 방어회유양상은 제주도 남쪽 및 대마난류역의 월동장내지는 산란장으로부터 3∼4월부터 황해 및 한국남 ·동해쪽으로 북상하기 시작하여 9∼10월까지 이 회유가 지속되다가 10월 이후 남하하기 시작하여 11∼12월에 양해역으로부터 제주도 주변해역까지 이동해와 2∼3월까지 월동장 및 산란장에서 체류하고 있다. 그러므로, 마라도 주변해역의 추·동계 방어채낚기 어장은 월동장내지는 산란장으로 이동하는 남하기의 방어군을 대상으로 하는 어장이다.

본 논문에서는 2000년-2020년까지 중국의 연구개발비 투자와 기술비지니스 창업보육센터가 R&D 투자 성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. R&D는 한 나라 경제의 지속적 성장을 위한 필수적인 요소로 자본과 노동의 추가 투입에 의한 경제성장이 점차 한계에 접어드는 경제구조에 있어서는 더욱 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 올해 3분기 중국의 경제성장률이 3.9%로 예상을 뛰어넘기는 했지만 여전히 4% 미만으로 이전의 고성장 국면으로 반등이 어려울 것으로 예측되고 있다. 무역이 경제성장의 절대적인 요소로 자리매김하는 우리나라의 경우에는 중국이 세계 경제성장의 1/3 이상을 담당하는 상황에서 중국의 경제성장률 둔화는 부담스러울 수밖에 없다. 중국의 R&D 투자를 살펴보고 R&D 활동을 통한 산출물을 분석함으로써 중국 경제의 지속적인 성장 가능성은 논하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 1980년-2017년까지 중국의 총요소생산성(TFP)을 구하고 R&D 자본스톡과 R&D spillover를 이용하여 설명하고자 하였다. R&D spillover는 기술흡수율을 이용하여 보정하였고 R&D 자본스톡은 기술정착률로 보정하였다. 회귀분석기간을 글로벌 금융위기 이전인 1980년-2007년으로 한정하여 분석한 결과 모든 변수가 양의 기여도를 보였으며, 여기서 얻은 각 변수의 TFP 탄력도를 이용하여 2017년까지의 TFP를 시뮬레이션한 결과, 추가 TFP 성장률 4.65%-11.16%를 예측하였다.

25층 규모의 중층 철근콘크리트 주거형 건물을 예제모델로 선정해 구조성능 분석을 진행하였다. 예제모델은 5층, 10층 15 층 20층 25층의 시공단계 모델과 설계가 완료된 완공단계 모델로 구분해 구조해석을 수행하였다. 완공단계와 시공단계 모델들에 대하여, 고유치해석, 횡력저항성능, 완공단계와 시공단계의 설계강도비 비교를 통한 단면성능 검토를 수행하였다. 검토 결과, 시공단계와 완공단계 모두 횡변위와 층간변위비에서 건축구조기준 제한을 초과하지 않는 것을 확인하였고, 단면성능 검토에서는 벽체 일부 데이터를 제외한 모든 부재에서 구조적 안전성을 확인하였다. 따라서 중층 철근콘크리트 주거형 건물의 완공단계에서 구조적 안정성이 확보되면 시공단계에서도 구조적 안전성 확보가 이루어진다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다.

중층 철근콘크리트 주거형 건물은 국내에서 많은 비중을 차하며, 이러한 건물의 시공단계에서 발생 될 수 있는 문제에 대한 구조성능 분석이 필요하다. 이를 위하여, 25층 규모의 중층 철근콘크리트 주거형 건물을 예제모델로 선정해 구조성능 분석을 진행하였다. 예제모델을 5층, 10층, 15층, 20층, 25층의 시공단계 모델과 설계가 완료된 완공단계 모델로 구분해 구조해석을 수행하였다. 완공단계와 시공단계 모델들에 대하여, 고유치해석, 횡력저항성능, 완공단계에서의 설계강도비와 시공단계에서의 설계강도비를 비교를 통한 단면성능 검토를 수행하였다. 검토 결과, 시공단계와 완공단계 모두 횡변위와 층간변위비에서 건축구조기준 제한을 초과하지 않았는 것을 확인하였고, 단면성능 검토에서는 벽체의 일부 데이터를 제외한 모든 부재에서 구조적 안전성을 확인하였다. 따라서, 중층 철근콘크리트 주거형 건물의 완공단계에서 구조적 안정성이 확보되면 시공단계에서도 구조적 안정성 학보가 이루어진다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다.

The extreme weather conditions negatively affect the traffic flow performance, and the change of traffic systems has significant impacts on the air pollutant emission. This study identifies the correlation between rainfall, traffic volume, travel speed and air pollution concentration (NO2 and PM10) in Seoul. We employed a path analysis using rainfall data from Korea Meteorological Administration and Seoul’s air quality and traffic monitoring data in July and August on 2014. It is found that the occurrence of rainfall decreases NO2 and PM10 concentration due to the higher washing effect, while rainfall increases NO2 and PM10 concentration via the changes in traffic volume and traffic speed. The analysis of the rainfall intensity reveals that the rainfall increases NO2 concentration due to the traffic volume increase and the traffic speed reduction if an hourly rainfall is more than 5mm. It is to note that the current model succeeds in identifying the relationship between weather conditions, traffic flow performance and air pollution in a unified and consistent framework, which can be used for better predicting the changes in air pollution concentration.

급속한 경제발전과 이상기온 등으로 인해 기후변화에 따른 풍수해 재해가 여전히 지속되고 있다. 풍수해가 발생하고 대피발령이 선포되고 그에 따른 시민이 대피소까지 도달하는 시간에 따라 안전하게 대피해야 인명피해를 최소화 할 수 있다. 하지만 현존하는 풍수해에 대한 대피시설에 대한 정보는 시민에게 잘 알려지지 않고 대피시간 안에 지역 주민을 수용 할 수 있는지는 알 수가 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서울시의 서울 열린 데이터 광장에서 제공하는 수해예방정보 중 방재시설의 취약지역을 추출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 GIS등의 지리정보시스템을 이용하여, 대피소의 속성정보를 이용하여 인간의 보행속도에 따른 대피소의 수용범위를 분석하였다. 또한 재해약자 중 고령자를 대상으로 현존하는 대피소가 얼마나 고려했는지에 대해서 노인의 평균 속도에 따른 수용 범위를 분석하였다. 현존하는 대피소의 수용범위를 성인과 재해약자 중 고령자를 대상으로 대피시간을 설정하여 Network Analysis의 Service Area 분석을 실시하였다. 서울시에서 제공하는 대피소의 속성정보에 따라 서울시 전역을 지역구단위로 분석을 하고 취약지역을 추출하였다. 또한, 고령자의 경우에는 취약지역이 전체적으로 나타났으며 서울시 중에서도 고령화지수가 다른 지역구보다 높은 지역을 선별하여 분석을 실시하였다. 성인의 경우 1m/s, 고령자의 경우 0.5m/s를 평균속도로 설정하였고 대피시간을 5분,10분,15분으로 설정하여 대피소의 수용범위에 대해서 분석을 실시하였다.

최근 등장한 차세대 유전체 해독 기술(NGS, Next-generation sequencing)은 대용량의 데이터를 짧은 시간 내에 생산하는 것을 가능케 한다. 이 기술을 이용하여 whole genome de novo assembly, re-sequencing, transcriptome, epigenome 등 다양한 응용 분야로 발전하고 있으며, 이 정보를 해석하여 단일 염기 서열 변이 분석과 유전자 발현량 분석, 후성 유전체 연구 등의 유전체 수준에서 연구를 가능하게 하고 있다. 특히 NGS 중 전사체 해독 기술(RNA-seq)은 유전자의 발현량에 대한 정밀한 분석과 선택적 스플라이싱에 의한 새로운 전사체 발견, 신규 유전자 발견 등 기존의 방법들이 제공하지 못하는 새로운 정보를 밝혀내고 있으며, 후성 유전체 해독 연구 역시 생물의 시기별 환경별 유전자 발현 조절 기작인 메틸레이션에 대한 다양한 분석을 가능하게 하여 다양한 환경에서 발현되는 유전자의 isoform과 그 발현량 조절에 대한 연구를 가능하게 한다. 이 발표에서는 NGS 기술에 대한 설명과 이를 이용한 다양한 응용분야를 소개하고, NGS 기술을 이용하여 이루어진 발생생물학 분야에서의 최근 연구 결과에 대한 소개한다.
