Transparent conductive films of single wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) were prepared by spray coating method. The effect of acid treatment on the SWCNT films was investigated. The field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) shows that acid treatment can remove dispersing agent. The electrical and optical properties of acid-treated films were enhanced compared with those of as deposited SWCNT films. Nitric acid (HNO3), sulfuric acid (H2SO4), nitric acid:sulfuric acid (3:1) were used for post treatment. Although all solutions reduced sheet resistance of CNT films, nitric acid can improve electrical characteristics efficiently. During acid treatment, transmittance was increased continuously with time. But the sheet resistance was decreased for the first 20 minutes and then increased again. Post-treated SWCNT films were transparent (85%) in the visible range with sheet resistance of about 162Ω/sq. In this paper we discuss simple fabrication, which is suitable for different types of large-scale substrates and simple processes to improve properties of SWCNT films.

본 연구는 월성 원자력발전소 주변해역에 서식하는 대형저서동물의 출현 종수, 생물량 및 군집구조를 파악하기 위하여 2007년 10월부터 2008년 7월까지 계절별로 현장조사를 실시하였다. 총 163종의 대형저서동물이 출현하였고, 단위면적당 (m2) 개체수와 생체량은 각각 1,005개체와 21.81 gWWt이었다. 출현 개체수의 자료를 기초로 LeBris index (1988)를 이용하여 상위 10위까지의 우점종을 선정하였다. 개체수에 근거한 상위 1

실시간 하이브리드 실험법(real-time hybrid testing method)은 구조물의 수치해석부와 실험부 부분구조를 운동방정식으로 통합하여 실시 간으로 동시에 계산과 실험을 수행하는 방법이다 본 연구는 실시간 하이브리드 실험법을 사용하여 수동 및 준능동 MR감쇠기가 설치된 건축구조물의 내진성능을 정량적으로 평가한다. 건물 모델은 실물 크기 5층 건물을 강제진동실험 결과를 통해 식별한 수치모델로 사용하였고, MR감쇠기는 실험적 부분구조르 UTM에 설치되었다. 본 연구에서 수행되는 실시간 하이브리드 실험은 사인파 및 지진파 가진을 통하여 얻은 결과와 전류에 따른 MR감쇠기의 제어력을 이용하여 얻은 Bouc-Wen모델을 사용하여 얻은 해석모델과 일치함으로 그 유효성을 입증하였다. 또한 예비연구로써 구조물의 응답을 최적으로 제어하기 위한 clipped-optimal 제어알고리즘과 modulated homogeneous friction 준능동 제어알고리즘을 MR감쇠기에 적용하였다. 각 전류별 Bouc-Wen모델을 곡선맞춤하여 각각의 Bouc-Wen모델 파라미터를 식별하였으며 그 결과를 준능동 제어알고리즘 수치해석에 적용하였다. 또한 실시간 하이브리드 실험법을 이용한 준능동 제어 실험결과와 해석결과를 비교하여 준능동 제어알고리즘의 성능을 평가함에 있어 실시간 하이브리드 실험이 합리적임을 보여준다.

PPS(Post-tensioned Precast concrete System)공법은 U자형 PC로 제작된 넓은 보와 PC또는 현장 타설 콘크리트로 제작한 기둥으로 구성되며, PC보와 기둥의 일체성 확보를 위하여 프리스트레스를 도입하였다. 본 연구에서는 포스트텐션을 도입한 넓은 보-기둥 접합부의 구조적 특성을 규명하고, 다양한 변수해석이 가능하기 위한 자료를 제공하고자 유한요소해석 프로그램인 ANSYS을 사용하여 비선형 해석을 수행하였다 콘크리트에 대한 해석요소는 8개의 절점을 가지며 각 절점이 3개의 자유도(X, Y, Z축에 대한 병진 변위)를 갖는 Solid 65요소를 사용하였다. Solid 65요소에서 전단전달계수(Shear-Transfer factor)는 실험값에 근사적으로 해석값을 맞추기 위한 영향 계수값으로 균열이 발생하는 위치에 대한 전단강도의 감소를 반영한다. 그 결과, 본 실험체에 대한 해석에서는 열려진 전단전달계수 0.125와 닫혀진 전달계수 0.85에 기초하여 해석한 결과 닫혀진 전단전달계수는 0.85에서 열려진 전단전달계수에서는 0.2일때 가장 실험값에 근사한 해석치를 보였다.

전자파 자기장 발생 장치를 개발하여 제작한 후, 이를 수경재배와 배지경의 양액 공급관에 장착하여 물에 자기장을 쬔 자화수 처리의 유무에 따른 수질 성분변화, 배추와 상추의 생장량 변화, 그리고 성분 변화를 분석하였다. 자화수 처리구는 무처리구에 비해 비타민 C 함량이 상추 2.8배, 배추 1.2배로 더 많았다. 또한 자화수 처리에 의한 생장촉진 효과는 상추의 수경과 배지경 재배에서 현저히 나타났으나 배추의 토경재배는 자화수 처리의 효과가 미미하였다. 따라서 토경재배 상추에서 자화수 처리에 의해 생장과 비타민의 함량을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This research was designed to investigate changes of growth factors and bone matrix proteins during the bone healing processes using immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. Especially this study was focused on the changes of bone matrix and growth factors around the titanium implant. Threaded implants were introduced into the long bone of tibia. Time dependent changes of several bone associated protein and and its mRNAs were observed. Proteins investigated in this study are collagen, osteonectin(ON), osteopontin(OPN), osteocalcin(OC). Expression of the proteins were measured using immunohistochemistry. VEGF and ON were measured using in situ hybridization, and northen blot technique. Bone regeneration were observed as early as the third day of experiment. Matrix proteins and growth factors observed around implant were identical to the proteins observed in the control group. The expression of the ON, OC and VEGF were observed mainly in the osteoblast-like cell on the surface of new bone around the implant and the cells lining the margin of bone defect apart from the implant. The observation may not result from direct osteoconducting activities of titanium but by passive adsorption of extracellular factors which has bone inducing capacities. These passive adsorption results in the immobilization of the growth factors and consequent prolongation of the activities.

In order to efficiently manage the coastal and offshore fishing ground, the applicability of real-time monitering was also investigated through a wide-area network of automatic identification system(AIS). The experiment of efficiently managing coastal and offshore fishing ground with a wide-area network of AIS required, on the headquarter's screen, a synthetic display of vessel information transmitted from three different distant stations. This experiment tested the applicability of real-time monitoring with the shown display. The maximum range of detection of the first station in Busan was 24 nautical miles while those of the second and third stations in Yeosu and Jeju were 26 and 52 nautical miles, respectively.
