        The purpose of this study is to investigate the applicability of multi-stage homotopy perturbation method to shallow arches in order to obtain a semi-analytical solution. For this research purpose, a nonlinear governing equation of the arches was formulated and a homotopy equation was derived using the formulated differential equation. The result of a dynamic analysis on a symmetric mode and an asymmetric one was compared with the classical homotopy perturbation method and the 4th order Runge-Kutta method.

        In this study, the shear buckling strengths of the trapezoidal and sinusoidal corrugated plates with the same self-load were compared, and their characteristics and tendencies were analyzed. In the preceding comparative study of corrugation shapes, the corrugation wave depth and the corrugation wave angle were the same. As these target, A linear buckling analysis was conducted, and the differences in the shear buckling mode and the buckling stress were analyzed.

        In this study, a structural modeling and an analysis considering structural stability were investigated to develop an icosahedron-based hemispherical modular dome. To design the dome, a program that can perform icosahedron shape modeling, modularization of joint connection members. Furthermore, based on the adopted numerical model, the buckling mode, unstable behavior characteristics according to load vector, and the critical buckling load of the modular dome under uniformly distributed load and concentrated load were analyzed, and the resistance capacities according to different load vectors were compared.

        This paper aims at developing an environmentally friendly modular dome structure system with highly filled extrusion wood-plastic composite (WPC) member, and manufacturing a real-size specimen by modularizing members and nodes. The member used in the model is the WPC member with 70% wooden fiber contests, which is higher then previous WPC one. Its members and nodes are modularized by analyzing geometric characteristics of icosahedral-based geodetic dome. Applicapability of the 6ea prototype nodes and 3ea prototype members to the modular dome is examined with the results of the modulaization and the making process for the real-size specimen. Besides, from the analysis results, the lowest buckling mode is expected to be a nodal buckling on a node near the boundary.

        본 연구는 정현형 주름과 마름모형 주름 형상의 전단좌굴 특성을 비교, 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해서 동일한 길이의 마름모꼴주름과 정현파주름을 해석대상모델로 채택하였으며, 선형좌굴해석을 통한 전단좌굴특성과 이론식에 의한 특성을 분석하였다. 일반적으로 주름강판의 전단좌굴 형태는 국부좌굴, 전체좌굴 및 두 좌굴에 의한 연성좌굴로 분류된다. 그러나 마름모꼴주름과는 달리 정현파주름형상은 평평한 면이 없기 때문에 전단좌굴의 양상에 대한 경향이 달라진다. 특히 국부좌굴과 전체좌굴의 경계에서 나타나는 전단응력변화와 양상은 주름형태에 의해 차이가 난다. 분석 결과에서 볼 때, 제형 (마름모꼴)의 경우는 이론식내의 전체좌굴과 국부좌굴의 경계에서 연성좌굴모드가 발생했다. 그러나 정현파형의 경우 전체좌굴이 발생하는 구간에서 연성좌굴모드가 발생하는 양상을 보였다. 또한 국부좌굴 구간에는 제형형상이 그리고 전체좌굴 구간에서는 정현파형상이 전단좌굴에 저항하는데 유리하게 작용하였다.

        This study aims to apply multistage homotopy perturbation method (MHPM) to SDOF space truss to obtain a semi-analytical solution. For the purpose, a nonlinear governing equation is derived in consideration of geometrical nonlinearity, and homotopy equation is formulated. The result of carrying out dynamic analysis on a simple model is compared to a numerical method of 4th order Runge-Kutta method (RK4), and the dynamic response by MHPM concurs with the numerical result.

        This study conducted the minimum weight optimum design using the differential evolution and genetic algorithm of simple structure. And then, the optimization program was verified with the numerical analysis examples of fixed beams. As a result, the graphs of these two optimization programs increased similarly.

        This study investigates the geodesic dome based on an icosahedron and development of joint modules that make up a dome structure in order to model the modular dome using the wood-plastic composite member with 70% of wooden fiber contests. The purpose of this work is used as a basis for verification of structural performance of WPC in the real structures.

        최근 양자컴퓨터의 개발과 더불어 양자역학의 특성을 응용한 양자기반 탐색기법의 개발과 공학 문제에의 적용은 매우 흥미로운 연구주제 중 하나로 부각되고 있다. 이 알고리즘은 기본적으로 0과 1이 중첩되어진 양자비트를 이용하여 정보가 저장되고, 양자게이트 연산을 통해 해에 접근하게 된다. 이 과정에서 알고리즘은 탐사와 개척 두 가지 탐색 특성간의 균형이 자연스럽게 유지되며, 진화정보가 계속 누적된다는 장점으로 기존의 탐색법과 차별되어 새로운 알고리즘으로 평가되었다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 양자기반 진화알고리즘을 평면 트러스의 구조최적화에 적용하여 최소중량설계 기법을 제안하였다. 최적화 수리모형에서 비용함수는 최소중량이며, 제약함수는 변위와 응력에 관한 함수로 구성하였다. 진화정보의 누적과 수렴 과정을 알아보기 위해서 10부재 평면 트러스와 17부재 평면트러스 예제를 수치예제로 채택하여 결과를 분석하였다. 수치예제의 구조최적설계 결과에서 볼 때, 기존의 고전적 탐색기법의 연구결과와 비교해서 더 나은 최소중량 설계의 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 진화정보의 누적된 결과로 해의 정밀도를 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 누적된 진화정보인 양자비트의 확률적 표현은 종료시점을 쉽게 판단할 수 있다.

        파형강판은 제형, 정현형 등의 형상으로 얇은 강판을 주름지게 가공한 것으로 두꺼운 평판을 대신하여 사용하여도 높은 면외방향의 강성을 확보할 수 있다. 또한, 아코디언효과로 축방향 강성이 거의 없어 플레이트거더의 웨브에 적용할 경우 웨브가 전단력만을 부담하는 방법으로 쉽게 설계할 수 있다. 그러나 파형강판의 전단좌굴은 평판과는 달리 국부좌굴과 전체좌굴 외에도 이들의 연성에 의해서도 좌굴이 발생하는 매우 복잡한 특성이 있으며, 이러한 연성좌굴에 대한 원인과 특성의 규명은 정현형의 경우 제형보다 연구결과가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정현형 파형강판의 전단좌굴 특성과 연성좌굴이 발생하는 경향에 대해서 연구하였다. 전단좌굴강도를 계산하기 위해서는 유한요소프로그램을 이용하였고 해석결과를 정해와 비교하였다. 또한, 주름의 두께와 형상 파라메타에 따른 좌굴응력 변화의 특성과 좌굴모드형상의 변화를 분석하였으며, 이들의 결과를 이론식의 결과와 비교하여 좌굴양상의 변화시점에 대해서 분석하였다.

These algorithms find optimal values with the operators such as quantum-gate by using quantum-bit superposed basically by zero and one. In this process, the balance between the two features of exploration and exploitation can be kept easily. So, this paper is to propose an optimum design program for truss system based on QEA and 17 bar plane truss model is adopted as numerical example.

        The objective of this study is to analyse the dynamic stable and unstable behaviours of a space truss using an accurate solution obtained by the high-order Taylor method. Because numerical solutions can lead to incorrect analyses in the case of a space truss model due to the being parameters large, we analyse the solution’s behaviour using essentially an analytical solution obtained by the multi-step high-order Taylor method. In detail, the dynamic instability and buckling characteristics of the SDOF model under step, sinusoidal and beating excitations are investigated.

        Large span roof structures require an analysis of their static and dynamic behavior depending on the physical parameters defining the structures. Therefore, it is highly desirable to estimate the parameters from observations of the system. However, the study of the behavior of such structures shows the existence of critical parameters. A small change in such parameters causes a significant change in the motion behavior. In this paper we study the parameter identification problem for shallow sinusoidal arches considering damping effect.

        At this paper two types of initial shapes and loads are introduced, and we assume that the initial shapes and loads are defined by sinusoidal functions. Under this assumption the asymptotical stability of the solutions is established by investigating the eigenvalues of the characteristic polynomial of the system. The exact solution is obtained when the initial shape and the load are given by a linear combination of sinusoidal functions. The asymptotic stability of the arch is completely analysed.
