In order to collect basic data for the improvement of fishing systems in coastal improved stow net fishery, a questionnaire survey and on-site hearing were conducted from May 10 to June 11, 2019 on the basic items of coastal improved stow net fishery and safety accidents that occurred during fishing operation. The questionnaire for the survey on the actual conditions of coastal improved stow net fishery consisted of a survey on basic matters (six questions) and a questionnaire (six questions) on safety accidents occurring during fishing operation. The results of the survey on basic items were analyzed by region (Incheon, Seocheon, Gunsan and Mokpo), by the captain’s age (less than 50 years of age, 50 to 60 years and more than 60 years of age), by the captain’s career (less than 20 years, 20 to 30 years, 30 to 40 years and more than 40 years) and by the age of fishing vessel (less than 10 years, 10 to 20 years and more than 20 years). According to the survey on basic items of coastal improved stow net fishery such as the captain’s age, the captain’s career, the age of fishing vessel, the fishing nets in use, the crews on board and the operation days per voyage by region, the average captain’s age was 55.7 years, the average captain’s career was 20.5 years, the average age of fishing vessels was 9.0 years, the average numbers of nets used by fishing boats was 14.0 sets, the average numbers of crew on board a fishing boat was 4.4 persons and the average numbers of operation days per voyage was 4.9 days (p < 0.05). As a result of the survey on safety factors during fishing operations, such as experience of ship accidents, major causes of ship accidents experienced, causes of ship accidents (first priority), experience of human accidents, major causes of human accidents, and causes of human accidents (first priority), more than 96% of the respondents experienced ship accidents including collisions with other vessels or fishing gear during fishing operations. The most significant cause of the accident was the other’s fishing gear installed in the fishing grounds. The first possible causes of ship accidents during fishing operations were found to be other fishing gear installed in fishing grounds, steering or engine failure, and inability to avoid accidents during casting and hauling nets. The survey of the experience of human accidents, such as injuries or sea falls, showed that more than 90% of the respondents experienced human accidents during fishing operations. The most important cause of accidents experienced during fishing operations was stucked in a fishing gear during casting and hauling nets. The first important causes of accidents during fishing operations were movement of the fishing gear during casting and hauling nets, damage of the fishing gear such as rope cutting. The results are expected to be provided as a basic data to prevent safety accidents occurring during fishing operation and improve the fishing system in the coastal improved stow net fishery.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate microbiological contamination of knives and cutting boards in child-care centers. Materials used in this study were swabbed of cutting boards and knives (blade, handle of knife, and joint of handle and blade) in 129 child-care centers. Mean values of total aerobic bacteria of swabs of knives and cutting boards were 1.7±0.7 log cfu/100 cm2 and 1.7±0.9 log cfu/100 cm2, respectively. Contamination levels of coliform bacteria from knives and cutting boards were 1.5±0.6 log cfu/100 cm2 and 1.7±0.8 log cfu/100 cm2, respectively. Comparing microbiological contamination levels of knives and cutting boards according to type and size of child-care centers, there was no significant difference. Bacillus cereus was detected in knife handles and cutting boards. Diarrhea-type toxin gene (entFM) was detected in B. cereus isolates. Antibiotic resistance tests showed that B. cereus was resistant to β-lactam antibiotics. To reduce microbiological contamination levels of knives and cutting boards in child-care centers and prevent food poisoning from bacteria contamination, continuous education by children's food-service management center is needed for sterilization and disinfection of knives and cutting boards.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality characteristics of white pan bread added with wheat sprout powder without treatment (WP) and wheat sprout powder with only enzyme treatment (WPE), only lactic acid bacteria treatment (WPL) and enzyme and lactic acid bacteria treatment (WPE&L). The three different powder concentration levels of 1%, 3%, and 5% were added to flour to produce the white pan bread. The bread volume and specific volume of the WPE&L group were the highest among all the addition groups. The bread weight, a-value, and b-value of the WP group was highest among all the addition groups, but the bread baking loss and the L-value of the WP group was the lowest among all the addition groups. The texture measurements indicated that the hardness, gumminess, and chewiness values of the bread were the highest in the WP group. The sensory evaluation test showed that bread in the WPE&L group with 3% wheat sprout powder was the best among all the samples studied. Based on our findings, we suggest that the enzyme and lactic acid bacteria pretreated wheat sprout powder is an effective ingredient for improving the overall quality of white pan bread.
본 연구에서는 민어과 수산물의 표준시료 DNA 염기서열을 분석한 후 DNA barcode 염기서열을 확정하고 검증한 후 시중 유통 중인 민어과 수산가공식품의 위변조 현황을 조사하였다. 표준시료의 미토콘드리아 cytochrome coxidase subunit I유전자를 증폭한 후 증폭된 PCR 산물의 염기서열을 분석하였다. 분석결과 종 판별에 특이적인 655 bp를 선정하여 DNA barcode 염기서열로 하였다. DNA barcode information과 primer set을 이용한 진위판별 정확성을 확인한 결과 PCR 증폭은 모두 확인되었다. NCBI에 등록된 각각 어류의 유전자 염기서열과 비교하였을 때 참조기 100%, 부세 100%, 보구치 100%, 민어 100%의 상동성을 나타내어 실험에 사용된 DNA barcode information 과 primer set의 정확성을 확인하였다. DNA barcode 시험 법을 이용해 시중 유통되는 민어과 수산가공품 32건에 대 해 조사한 결과 위변조 사례는 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 식품공전에 등재된 보구치 대신 백조기라는 일반명이 사용되고 있어 소비자에게 혼란을 야기하고 있었다. 따라서 수산가공품 원재료 표시에 일반명과 더불어 표준명 또는 학명을 표시하여야 할 것으로 판단되었다.
기후 변화에 따른 이상기상 등 농업환경변화에 따른 농작물의 생산성 및 품질 저하 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 최근에는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 정보통신기술(Information & Communications Technology; ICT), 사물인터넷 (Internet of Things; IoT) 및 인공지능(Artificial Intelligence; AI) 등을 이용한 지능한 작물 모델 개발과 정보화 자원 구축 등의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 국내의 ICT를 적용한 스마트팜은 비닐하우스와 같은 시설 내부 환경을 제어하는 기술로 구성되어 있으나 국내 농경지 면적의 95%는 노지로 되어 있어 노지에 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 농업 ICT 기술 이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 노지 작물의 지능형 생육 환경 모델 개발을 위한 IoT 기반 환경 데이터 획득 시스 템을 구축하고 시계열 계측을 통해 농작물 생육의 주요 인자인 토양 수분과 토양 온도의 변화 특성을 파악하고자 한다. 본 실험은 전북 완주군 소재 국립식량과학원 풍산나물콩 및 대풍콩 재배 포장에 환경데이터 획득 시스템을 구축하였으며 IoT 기반 토양센서(Sentek Drill&Drop, Australia)을 통해 토양의 수분 및 온도를 측정하였다. 토양 센 서는 서로 간섭을 최소화하기 위해 일정 간격으로 설치하고 지면으로부터 전극을 깊이 30 cm 까지 삽입시킨 후 20년 07월 04일부터 20년 10월 07일까지 깊이 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm의 토양 수분 및 온도의 시계열 변화를 비교 분 석하였다. 토양 수분 및 온도 변화는 지면으로부터 깊이 10 cm, 20 cm, 30 cm 순으로 크게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결 과는 4차 산업 기술의 농업적 적용성을 높이기 위한 빅데이터 구축 및 노지 스마트팜 기술 기반 확보를 위한 자료 로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
선박은 크고, 복잡한 구조로 되어 있기 때문에 다른 작업자의 위치를 알아내기 어려우며, 특히 작업자가 쓰러진 경우에는 발견하기가 쉽지 않아 신속한 대처가 어렵다. 그리하여, 신체에 디바이스를 부착하는 방법이나 카메라를 이용하여 쓰러짐을 검출하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 기존의 영상기반 쓰러짐 검출은 사람의 신체부위를 검출하여 쓰러짐을 판단하였으나, 조선소에서는 다양한 복장과 자세로 작업으로 인해 검출하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 쓰러짐 영역 전체를 추출하여 딥러닝 학습으로 선박 작업자의 쓰러짐을 이미지 기반으로 검출하였다. 학습에 필요한 데이터는 조선소의 건조중인 선박에서 쓰러진 모습을 연출하여 획득하였으며, 이미지를 좌우대칭, 크기조절, 회전하여 학습 데이터의 수를 증가하였다. 성능평가는 정밀도, 재현율, 정확도 그리고 오차율로 평가하였으며, 데이터의 수가 많을수록 정밀도가 향상되었다. 다양한 데이터를 보강하면 카메라를 이용한 쓰러짐 검출 모델의 실효성이 향상됨으 로서 안전 분야에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physicochemical components and antioxidant activities of wheat sprout powder prepared by the enzymatic hydrolysis and lactic acid bacteria treatment. The four kinds of pre-treatment were: no treatment (WP), treated with enzyme (WPE), treated with lactic acid bacteria (WPL), and treated with enzyme and lactic acid bacteria (WPEL) were applied to the wheat sprout powder. The WPEL had higher total free amino acid and essential amino acid content than the other samples. As for the volatile aroma of the wheat sprout powder, 29 types of compounds were identified in the WP and WPL, 28 types in the WPE, and 27 types in the WPEL, respectively. The total polyphenols and flavonoids contents, in the wheat sprout powder was enhanced with the enzyme and the lactic acid bacteria pre-treatment. The WPEL had highest DPPH radical scavenging activities. The overall acceptability was the highest at 6.24 points in the WPEL. Based on these observations, it was confirmed that the enzyme and lactic acid bacteria pre-treatment could improve the antioxidant activities and active component of the wheat sprout powder.
본 연구는 파킨슨 질환(Parkinson’s disease) 마우스 모델을 대상으로 지구성 운동과 MitoQ 섭취가 뇌의 흑질의 미토콘드리아 기능에 미치는 영향을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 파킨슨 질환을 유도하기 위해 C57BL/6 수컷 마우스를 대상으로 복강 내 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6 tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) 25mg/kg과 흡수를 돕기 위한 probenecid 250mg/kg을 이용하여 주 2회 5주간 총 10회 투여하였다. 실험 집단은 생리식염수를 투여하는 집단(Normal Conrol (NC), n=10), MPTP 투여집단(MPTP Control (MC), n=10), MPTP 투여 + MitoQ 투여집단(MPTP + MitoQ (MQ), n=10), MPTP 투여 + 운동집단 (MPTP + Exercise (ME), n=10), MPTP 투여 + MitoQ 투여 + 운동집단(MPTP + MitoQ + Exercise (MQE), n=10) 총 5 집단으로 구성하였으며, 운동집단은 지구성 운동을 실시하였고 MitoQ집단은 점진적으로 250μmol로 늘리면서 5주간 섭취하였다. 연구결과 Rotarod-test에서 MC 집단에 비해 처치 집단은 운동 기능 저하의 개선을 보였다. 또한 MC 집단에 비해 처치 집단은 tyrosine hydroxylase의 수준의 증가와 알파시누클린(α-synuclein) 단백질 축적을 감소시켰다. 그리고 미토콘드리아 생합성에 주요조절 인자인 PGC-1α와 항산화 효소인 Catalase 발현이 MC 집단에 비해 처치 집단에서 증가해 미토콘드리아 기능을 개선했으며, 세포사멸 조절인자인 Bcl-2의 증가와 Bax의 감소를 통해 세포사멸을 완화했다. 따라서 5주 간의 지구성 운동과 MitoQ 섭취는 파킨슨 질환에서 나타나는 병리학적 특징을 완화하고 운동기능을 향상 시키는데 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.
The desulfurizers facility is cylindrical shape. To operate properly it needs nozzles cleaned, get rid of lime adhesion and sludge, repair the wear and corrosion of facility regularly. For this purpose, workers shall access the ceiling or vertical wall at high place. Ordinary scaffoldings such as steel pipe scaffolding or system scaffolding have been using so that workers can access them. With these ordinary scaffoldings, openings around cylindrical wall are inevitable which make workers can expose always to the risk of falling. The purpose of this study is to develop customized scaffolding to minimize the openings to prevent workers form falling during maintenance it. It consists of a hexagonal central tower and six trapezoidal outer towers. And the bracing among the towers have connected each other for self-standing and for maintaining the structure of towers. Span decks, the circumference footstools, steps, etc. are laid on each floor. The safety is reviewed by structural analysis and performance test. With this study, openings each floor of this scaffold are removed. The gap between the cylindrical wall and the edge of the work stage is approximately 100 mm. Therefore, we expect that workers can work safely and efficiently.
The purpose of this study was to established the manufacturing process technology of an ultra-thin, multi-functional micro-implant(MFMI) that was optimized in fractured small animals, not mainly large animals. The test results showed a reckon type plate was more suitable than a straight plate because of excellent deformation energy. It was found that the structure of the hole and the screw could be fastened in all directions with the limited contact design of the threaded part cut off in 4 directions. It was possible to manufacture a reckon type plate reflecting the neck part of 2.0 mm width. It was confirmed that the plate hole could be stably and easily deformed and fastened without damaging the hole through the round type bending device.
