본 연구에서는 경기도내 유통되고 있는 심해성 어류 50 건을 대상으로 수은, 메틸수은의 오염도 및 셀레늄의 함 량을 알아보았다. 금아말감법의 수은분석기, ICP-MS를 사 용하여 측정하였으며 각 항목별 평균함량은 수은 0.7647 mg/ kg (0.0182-5.3620), 메틸수은 0.0764 mg/kg (0.0096-0.8750), 셀레늄 0.4728 mg/kg(0.1075-3.5100)으로 메틸수은은 50건 모두 기준규격(1.0 mg/kg) 이하로 나타났다. 셀레늄은 수 은과 결합하여 수은의 독성을 감소시키는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 본 연구과제에서는 일일평균섭취량이 3.3 μg/kg으 로 일일권장량보다 낮은 수치였다. 유해물질인 수은과 메 틸수은은 JECFA에서 설정한 PTWI의 5.7%, 1.8%로 조사 되었다. 따라서 도내에서 유통되는 심해성 어류의 수은, 메틸수은과 같은 위해중금속은 안전한 것으로 나타났지만 지속적 모니터링이 필요하다고 판단된다.

목적 : 이 연구의 목적은 지역사회 거주 노인의 자서전적 기억 기능 수준을 측정하고, 자서전적 기억 기능 과 회상기능, 회복탄력성과의 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 60세 이상의 인지적⋅정신적으로 건강한 지역사회 거주 노인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 자서전적 기억 기능, 회복탄력성, 회상기능을 측정하기 위해 각각 한국형 자서전적 기억 기능 평가 척도, 한국형 코너-데이비드슨 탄력성 척도, 노인 회상기능 척도를 적용하였다. 변수 간의 상관관계 분석을 위 해 피어슨 상관관계분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 적용하였다. 결과 : 분석 대상자의 평균연령은 73.14세(Standard Deviation; SD = 7.59)였다 (n = 121). 자서전적 기억의 기능적 사용 평균은 1.99점(SD = 0.72) 이었다. 자서전적 기억 기능은 나이가 들어감에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였다(p = .32). 자서전적 기억 기능과 노인 회상기능은 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상 관관계를 보였다(p < .001). 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 사회인구학적 특성과 건강 특성을 통제하고도 자서 전적 기억 기능은 회복 탄력성과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였고(β = 0.229, p < .05), 회 복 탄력성에 대한 자서전적 기억 기능의 설명력은 4.2% 였다. 결론 : 자서전적 기억 기능은 회복탄력성 관련 인자로 확인되었다. 자서전적 기억의 기능적 사용이 노인의 건강 에 미치는 유익에 대한 근거를 강화하기 위해서는 우울집단이나 인지저하집단과 같은 보다 다양한 건강수준의 샘플을 대상으로 자서전적 기억 기능을 측정하고 건강변수와의 관계를 밝히는 추후연구가 필요하다.

The oyster mushroom is a widely cultivated edible mushroom in Korea. It is a regionally specialized crop in Gyeonggi-do, where 68% of the national production is produced. The present study was conducted to develop a new, highquality cultivar with stable cultivation. ‘Manseon’ is a new variety of oyster mushroom suitable for bottle culture. It was produced by mating monokaryons isolated from ‘HB-18’ and ‘P15159-16’. The optimal temperature for ‘Manseon’ mycelial growth was 26–29 °C on potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium and for primordia formation and the growth of fruit bodies the optimal temperature was 18–19 °C on sawdust medium. Spawn running required 30 d, primordia formation required 4 d, and fruit body growth in the bottle culture required 4 d. Regarding the characteristics of the fruit bodies, the pilei were round and dark grayish brown, stipe color was white, and stipe shape was short and thick. The yield per bottle was 192.7 g/1,100 cc, which was 9% higher than that of the control strain (Suhan-1ho). The physical properties of springiness, cohesiveness, gumminess, and brittleness of stipe tissue were 87.9%, 77.4%, 445.1 kgf, and 389.6 kgf, respectively.

본 연구에서는 남극 로스해 연안에 서식하는 아델리펭귄(Pygoscelis adeliae)과 황제펭귄 (Aptenodytes forsteri)의 분변 시료를 기반으로 펭귄 장내 미생물 메타지놈 연구를 수행하였 다. Taxonomy 분석 결과, 아델리펭귄과 황제펭귄의 장내 미생물에는 주로 7개의 문(phylum), 18개의 과(family)가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 미생물 다양성을 평가하기 위해 Alpha diversity 및 OTU abundance 분석을 수행한 결과, 전반적으로 아델리펭귄의 장내 미생물 다양 성이 황제펭귄보다 높은 것을 확인하였고, PCoA를 기반으로 한 Beta diversity 분석을 통해 두 개체군 간 장내 미생물 군집에 차이가 존재함을 확인하였다. PICRUSt를 활용한 기능적인 차원의 KEGG pathway 분석을 통해서는 아델리펭귄과 황제펭귄 시료에서 nucleoside and nucleotide biosynthesis pathway가 가장 많이 존재하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 남극 아델리펭귄과 황제펭귄의 장내미생물 구성과 다양성을 비교분석 할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과 는 향후 펭귄의 먹이 섭식 관련 연구에 활용될 수 있으며, 더 나아가 다양한 남극 생물의 장내 미생물 메타지놈 분석에 대한 기초가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, the crisis of demographic extinction is rising in Korea more than any other country, and it is difficult for industrial sites to maintain without 'foreign workers'. Industrial accidents and accident deaths of foreign workers account for 7.6% and 12.3% of the total, through an in-depth analysis of fatal accidents in the manufacturing industry, differences and similarities between fatal accidents of foreign workers and all fatal accidents were confirmed in terms of occurrence type, workplace size, length of service, employment type, etc. In this study, customized countermeasures were found.

In probiotics production, lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are cultured on a large scale to achieve efficient processing through fermentation optimization and scale-up. In this Current study, the LAB strain Lactiplantibacillus plantarum WiKim0125 was isolated from kimchi and optimized the production. The optimization strategy for cultivating L. plantarum WiKim0125 consisted of investigating media components, selecting physiochemical conditions to enhance productivity, and scaling up for pilot-scale production. Each process condition was evaluated based on substrate consumption, lactic acid production, and viable cell yield. As a result, the final viable cell and lactic acid yield of L. plantarum WiKim0125 increased by 38.6% and 19.4%, respectively. This study provides an overview of fermentation optimization and scale-up processes for the industrial application of L. plantarum WiKim0125.

목적 : 본 연구는 지역사회 장애인 운전교육 현장에서 사용가능한 운전교육통합서식지를 개발하고자 실시 하였다. 방법 : 실행연구 모형에 따라 계획, 실행, 관찰, 반성 과정을 통해 서식지를 개발하였다. 장애인 운전교육 을 담당하는 연구 참여자(운전재활지도사)들과의 면담, 교육관찰 및 보유자료를 통해 자료를 수집하였으 며, 질적 분석의 일반적인 절차를 따라 자료를 분석하였다. 결과 : 장애인 운전교육통합서식지를 개발하는 과정에서 운전재활지도사들과 운전재활 분야 전문가들의 의 견을 반영하여 개선점을 도출할 수 있었다. 최종적으로 과정별로 분리되어 있는 서식지를 통합하여 운전 교육통합서식지로 개선하였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 국립재활원의 장애인 운전교육 현장에서 사용하는 서식지를 개선하는 과정을 실행연구로 제시하였다. 이를 통해 개발된 장애인 운전교육통합서식지는 운전교육 기록을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This study used hydroacoustic method to identify the vertical and horizontal distribution of Antarctic silverfish in the Ross Sea, Antarctica. In February and December 2018, Antarctic silverfish was detected up to 250 meters, and was mainly distributed in water depths of 20 to 30 meters. The horizontal distribution of Antarctic silverfish was mostly undetected in February, and December showed a relatively stronger distribution than that of February. Antarctic silverfish is characterized by their distribution near sea ice.

This study investigated the hazard factors based on imported food non-compliance and global food hazard information for the last 4 years to suggest imported food safety management. Food safety management on utensils or packaging containers is appropriately managed for the compounds derived from them. Food safety management on health-functional foods, processed foods, and agricultural products is concentrated on ingredient contents, food additives, and pesticide residuals. Additional hazards are illegal compounds, mycotoxins & pesticide residuals, hygieneindicator microorganisms and food-borne pathogens in health-functional foods, processed foods, and agricultural products, respectively. The continuous increase in hazards related to safety and hygiene in global food hazard information needs additional attention. To reduce the hazard factors, this study proposes that imported food be limited to products certified by HACCP or an equivalent food safety management system because registering foreign food facilities for processed and health-functional foods is mandatory. Additionally, the customs clearance inspections should focus on the hazard factors derived from the global food hazard information system. This study suggests a global food hazard information system that could derive frequently issued hazard factors at a given period and newly issued hazard factors in aspects, such as food items, subcategories, and exporting countries.
