선인장은 대표적인 수출작목으로 선인장에 발생하는 해충의 효율적인 관리를 위해 2008년 10월부터 2009년 9월까지 수출 선인장 주요재배지인 고양에서 해충의 발생정도와 피해양상을 조사하였다. 비모란과 삼각주에 발생하는 해충은 담배거세미나방, 파밤나방 등 나방류, 작은뾰족민달팽이, 명주달팽이 등 달팽이류와, 귤가루깍지벌레, 꽃노랑총채벌레, 복숭아혹진딧물, 온실가루이 등이었다. 특히, 비모란에는 나방류, 삼각주에는 나방류와 민달팽이류가 주요 해충이었다. 해충 종류별 피해양상을 보면 담배거세미나방은 선인장을 갉아먹었으며, 작은뾰족민 달팽이는 표면을 핥는 듯이 가해하여 엷게 코르크화되고 피해부 주위에 달팽이 점액이 묻어 있었다. 귤가루깍지벌레는 선인장 표면에 하얀 가루가 묻어 있는 듯하고, 꽃노랑총채벌레는 흡즙하여 표면에 긁힌 흔적을 볼 수 있었다. 복숭아 혹진딧물은 수액을 빨아 가해하였으며 선인장에서 나타나는 피해는 고사보다는 이차적인 그을음증상이었다. 이상의 연구결과 선인장재배시 발생하는 해충의 피해진단은 가능하였으나 효과적인 방제를 위한 약제가 등록되어 있지 않아 향후 방제약제 등록이 절실히 요구된다.

The consumer acceptance of food is not only affected by the sensory characteristics of food but also by the non-food factors, including food experience, consumption frequency, and food attitudes. Therefore, food attitude scales such as the food neophobic scale, VARSEEK scale, Dutch restrained eating scale, health taste attitude scale, etc. have been developed and effectively used to predict consumer liking and behaviors. Since the globalization of Korean food is currently one of the hottest topics in the Korean food industry, the aim of this study was to identify the tastes and flavors that may represent Korean cuisine. Additionally, an attitudinal scale for Korean taste and flavors was developed, which can then be utilized to predict a consumer’s liking of Korean food. In the first stage of the experiment, the representative taste and flavors of Korean cuisine was surveyed by a Korean culinary expert group (n=23) and general consumers (n=62). As a result of these surveys, 4 types of flavors, hot pepper flavor, ‘goso’ flavor, garlic flavor, and fermented flavor were shown to be the most representative flavors of Korean cuisine. Based on these results, the second stage of the experiment was carried out to develop an attitudinal scale for Korean style flavors. Eleven to 17 questionnaires were developed for each of the 4 types of flavors. The survey consisted of a total of 53 questionnaires and 154 female consumers and 158 male consumers participated in the survey. The data was analyzed by factor analysis. For each type of flavor, the final attitudinal questionnaires were selected based on the following criteria: 1. high absolute factor loading value, 2. carrying clear meaning of the corresponding flavor attitude, and 3. delivering the meaning sufficiently when translated into other language. The final Korean style flavor attitude scale consisted of 7 hot pepper flavor, 6 ‘goso’ flavor, 6 garlic flavor, and 7 fermented flavor questionnaires. In the next step of this study, experiments will be carried out to validate the Korean style flavor attitude scale.

목적 : 본 연구는 단축형 코너스 평가척도를 통해 일반아동에서 ADHD 성향을 나타내는 아동의 분포를 파악하고, ADHD 성향을 나타내는 아동의 자기효능감과 자기통제력을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 본 연구는 유치원과 학교를 다니고 있는 7-13세 일반 아동과 부모 420명을 대상으로 2007년 12월부터 2008년 5월까지 단축형 코너스 평가 척도와 자기효능감, 자기통제력 설문을 실시하였다. 대상자 모두에게 설문의 취지를 설명하였고, 부모가 연구 참여에 동의한 아동에 대하여 조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 모두 420부를 배부하여 그 중 229부가 회수되었다(54.5%의 회수율). 일반아동에서 ADHD 성향을 나타낸 아동의 분포비율은 빈도분석을 사용하였고, 일반아동과 ADHD 성향 아동의 자기통제력과 자기효능감의 점수는 독립표본 t-검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 일반아동에게 단축형 코너스 평가 척도를 실시한 결과 210명 중 33명(15.7%)이 ADHD 성향을 나타냈다. 또한 ADHD 성향을 나타낸 아동이 일반아동에 비해 자기효능감과 자기통제력 점수가 낮게 나타났다(p<.05). 결론 : 본 연구를 통하여 ADHD 성향을 나타내는 아동의 수가 상당수를 차지하고 있으며, ADHD 아동의 자기효능감과 자기통제력이 일반아동에 비해 낮음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 따른 체계적인 치료 방법이 모색되어야 할 것이며 이를 위해서는 학교에 ADHD 아동의 문제점을 빠르게 파악하고 치료할 수 있는 전문가(작업치료사)의 개입이 필요하며, 이러한 문제점 해결을 위하여 학교작업치료 분야를 활성화하는 밑거름이 되었으면 한다.

The objective of this study was to examine the effect of eCG and various concentrations (20, 40, and 80 ) of porcine FSH on nuclear maturation and intracellular glutathione (GSH) level of oocytes, and embryonic development after parthenogenetic activation (PA) and somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) in pigs. Immature pig oocytes were matured in TCM-199 supplemented with porcine follicular fluid, cysteine, pyruvate, EGF, insulin, and hormones (10 IU/ml hCG and 10 IU/ml eCG or FSH) for the first 22 h and then further cultured in hormone-tree medium for an additional 22 h. Nuclear maturation of oocytes () was not influencem foreCG and various concentrations FSH. Embryonic development to the cleavage stage () and mean number of cells in blastocyst ( cells) after PA were not altered but blastocyst formation e-treignificaddlor(p<0.05) improvem forthe supplementation eith 80 FSHr(64%) compared to 47%, io8%, iand 47% in oocytes that were treated with eCG, 20,i and 40 FSH,i numectivelo. In SCNT, fusion () of cell-cytoplast couplets and siosequent embryo cleavage () were not influencem fordifferent gonadotropins but blastocyst formation tended to increase forthe supplementation eith 80 FSHr(25% vs. ). Our nuults demonstrated that oocyte maturation and embryonic development after PA and SCNT e-frinfluencem fortype of gcem fortype of gits concentration. In this study, supplementation of maturation medium eith 80 FSHrimproved preimplantation development of PA and SCNT pig embryos, probably by increasing intracellular GSH concentration of matured oocytes.

This study was carried out to survey the occurrence of stink bugs and pecky rice grain caused by the stink bugs in paddy fields in six districts of Gyeonggi-do. In the levee of the paddy fields, 30 species of the stink bugs were collected, and the dominant species were Paromius exiguus in Hwaseong and Siheung, and Stenotus rubrovittatus in Pyeongtaek, Icheon and Paju. In the paddy fields, 23 species were collected, and the dominant species were Paromius exiguus in Siheung, and Stenotus rubrovittatus in Pyeongtaek, Icheon and Paju. P. exiguus overwintered and proliferated mainly in the west coastal region, where its host plants, Imperata cylindrica and Calamagrostis epigeois, were abundant, and then moved to paddy fields later in the season, resulting in the peak density in September in paddy area. Stenotus rubrovittatus and Cletus punctiger were abundant in paddy area in August and September, and Eysarcoris aeneus was abundant in June and July. When the stink bugs were inoculated on the rice, the rate of pecky rice caused by E. aeneus and P. exiguus at milk ripe stage was 10.2% and 4.8%, respectively, and the rate by S. rubrovittatus and P. exiguus at dough ripe stage was 4.3% and 2.7%, respectively. The damage shape of pecky rice was distinctive according to the species. The surface of pecky rice by P. exiguus was very smooth but the surface of pecky rice by E. aeneus was rough and caved. In the pecky rice by S. rubrovittatus, the spot occurred at the topside of the grain.

In this study we develop core technology of Multi-Charmel Voice Guidance System based on active 2.45GHz RFID that can be used in the field of advertising. Through this, we can service more familiar with voice information to foreigners by own language in large scale international event. As an alternative to the current high-expensive voice guidance system in exhibition hall and provide more value added services to user. As the result, we present the configuration of integrated software platform which include media server, media client and receiver. It can be as a basis infra equipment for a signtseeing in RFID/USN environment. Additionally through tag information analysis about exposure of advertisement that is collected late, supposed system may achieve role as a new marketing tool.

This paper described the experimental squid jigging fishery conducted by a commercial fishing vessel in the Northwest Atlantic Ocean from August to October 2005. Author carried out experimental jiggings of 65 times during 57 days by three type of jigs which were pick jig, soft jig and soft luminous jig. The total catch, effort/day and catches/line-day of northern shortfin squid (Illex illecebrosus) were 12,726kg, 35 auto jigging machine and 3.5kg, respectively. Higher CUPE was observed in September, August and October. Catch ratio of pick jig was higher by 57-86% than those of soft jig and soft luminous jig. Higher catch was recorded at the 42˚55'N, 62˚10'W with surface temperature ranging 18-21℃. The range of the dorsal mantle length was from 13.5cm to 23.0cm with average 17.2cm for female and from 13.0cm to 20.0cm with average 17.0cm for male. Sex ratio showed 55.4% of female.

설악산국립공원과 오대산국립공원은 20.7km 떨어져 있으나 백두대간의 중심에 위치하기 때 문에 야생동식물의 서식지와 이통통로로서 매우 중요하다 그러나 협소한 크기, 조각화, 지 리적 격리와 같은 경관적 특성에 의해 이 두 국립공원은 적절한 생태적 기능을 다하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 GIS 기법을 이용하여 두 국립공원과 인근 속초시, 고성군, 인제군, 양양군, 홍천군 일대 총 면적 4573.6 km2인 지역을 대상으로 조각화 현상을 파악하였다. 또한 육식동물이며 보호종으로 지정된 삵의 서식지조건에 부합하는 경관조각을 파악하고 삵의 이동이 가능한 경관조각들의 연결망과 연결지점을 설정하였다. 다양한 도로와 인위적 시설로 인해 조사지역은 총 24,701개의 경관조각으로 단절되어 있었다. 식생과 최소 서식지면적, 조각간 거리와 같은 서식지 조건을 고려하였을 때 이 중 39개 경관조각이 삵의 잠재서식지로 선택되었다. 나아가 계방산과 방태산 일대의 3개 조각이 국립공원의 조각화와 고립화를 완화시킬 수 있는 연결망의 중심으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 또한 점봉산과 방태산 일대의 조각이 삵이 두 국립공원으로 분산할 수 있는, 공급지로서 작용할 수 있음을 보여 주었다. 거의 모든 국립공원이 조사된 두 국립공원과 유사한 경관적 문제를 가지고 있기 때문에 야생 생물을 보전하기 위해서는 국립 공원과 인근 지역에서의 조각화 현상과 경관조각의 연결성을 평가하는 과제가 매우 시급하다고 사료된다.

염색체의 구조적 이상으로 인한 습관성 유산과 기형아의 출산을 예방하기 위해 착상전 배아에서 할구를 분석하여 정상적인 핵형을 가진 배아만을 이식하는 착상전 유전자 진단 (preimplantation genetic diagnosis, PGD)의 성공적인 임상 적용이 보고되고 있으며, 그 적용 범위가 확대되고 있다. 그러나 일반적인 간기의 핵상을 이용한 PGD에서는 형광직접보합법 probe의 제약으로 보인자와 정상적인 핵형을 구분할 수 없는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보다 정확한 PGD를 위해 생쥐 배아를 이용하여 분리한 할구에서 중기 염색체상을 획득하기 위해 미세소관 (microtubule) 형성 저해제를 처리하였으며, 이를 통해 확립된 방법을 인간의 PGD에 적용하고자 하였다. 과배란이 유도된 ICR 생쥐에서 4- 또는 8-세포기 배아를 수획하여 colcemid, nocodazole, vinblastine을 각각 0.1, 0.5, 1.0, 5.0M을 처리하고, hoechst 33342로 염색하여 핵상을 관찰하여 최적의 농도를 결정하였다. 또한 각 미세소관 형성 저해제를 혼합 처리하여 가장 높은 중기 염색체상을 획득할 수 있는 혼합 처리를 결정하였다. 이렇게 결정된 혼합 처리 방법을 인간의 체외 수정 및 배아 이식술에서 획득된 3PN 배아에 처리하여 중기 염색체를 획득하였다. Colcemid, nocodazole, vinblastine 모두 1 M이 최적 농도임을 확인할 수 있었다 (각각 96.3%, 92.0%, 98,4%). 미세소관 형성저해제를 혼합 처리하였을 경우 nocodazole과 vinblastine (각각 1M)을 혼합 처리했을 때 중기 염색체 획득률(97.3%)이 가장 높았다. 인간의 3PN 배아에 1M의 nocodazole과 vinblastine을 혼합 처리한 후, 113개의 할구를 분석하여 44개(38.9%)의 할구에서 중기 염색체를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 실험 결과를 통해 중기 염색체를 획득하기 위하여 미세소관 형성 저해제를 처리하는 방법은 생쥐의 배아에서는 효과적이지만, 인간의 배아에서는 그 효율이 다소 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 이 방법을 개선하여 인간의 할구에서 중기 염색체의 획득률을 높이고, 이를 염색체의 구조적 이상에 대한 착상전 유전자 진단에 적용한다면, 보인자와 정상의 핵상을 구분하여 정상의 핵상만을 갖는 배아의 이식을 통하여 더욱 정확한 착상전 유전자 진단을 시행할 수 있으리라 사료된다.

본 연구는 여름 같은 고온기나 외부온도가 높지 않아도 시설내 온도가 많이 상승하는 봄 .가을 같은 시기에 온실내 고온 공기를 외부로 신속하게 유출시켜 강제환기를 사용하지 않고도 온실내부의 환경을 조절 할 수 있는 새로운 자연 환기창을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 수행하였다 패널굴절방식 측창은 지면에 가까운 쪽의 패널 하부에 절점을 두고 패널 상부가 측고 부위로부터 가이드 레일을 따라 하향하도록 구성하여 창이 개방되게 하였고, 천창은 측고 부위에 절점을 두고 용마루 쪽의 패널 상부가 가이드 레일을 따라 경사진 지붕면을 따라 하향하도록 구성하여 고온 공기층이 정체되어 있는 온실 상부인 측고 부위와 용마루 부위가 개방되도록 하였다. 굴절 패널의 상부 개방거리는 X=L(1-cosθ)로 나타낼 수 있고 측면 개방 거리는 Y=L/2×sinθ로 나타낼 수 있다. 천창 개방시간은 4분 20초 소요되었으며 개방 시작한 2분 후부터 온도가 하강하기 시작하였고, 완전 개방 2분 후부터는 외기온과의 온도차 3~4℃정도를 유지하면서 평형상태를 유지하였다. 패널굴절방식 환기창 온실의 환기성능은 체적환기량이 22.3-94.3m3.m-2 .h-1이었으며, 환기 횟수는 15.2~39.3회.h-1로 나타나 일반적인 연속형 천창의 10~15회.h-1 정도에 비해 환기효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 벤로형 온실과의 천창개폐시 온도하강을 비교하였을 때 환기효과가 2배 이상 높은 것으로 판단되었다.

Dual-actions are the most recently used delivery system in drug study. Dual-action agents are unique chemical entities comprised of two different type of antibacterial compounds covalently linked together in a single molecule in such a way that both components are able to exert their bactericidal properties. Crosslinked sulfadiazine-sulfanilamide such as antibiotics is synthesized by synthetic handle with glutaraldehyde. As a result, New synthetic antibacterial agent exhibited the broad antibacterial activities against gram(+) and gram(-) of 4 strains and a long durability supposing that the stomach and blood.
