고상반응법을 이용하여 SrCo0.8Fe0.1Nb0.1O3-δ 조성의 산화물을 합성하였으며, 합성된 분말은 압축 성형 후 1250°C 에서 소결하여 치밀한 세라믹 분리막을 제조하였다. XRD 분석을 통해 단일상의 페롭스카이트 구조를 확인하였다. 산소 분압 이 0.21 atm, 측정 온도가 800~950°C인 조건하에서 산소투과를 분석한 결과 온도가 증가할수록 산소투과량은 증가하였고, 950°C에서 1.839 mL/min⋅cm2로 최대값을 나타내었다. 니오븀(Nb)을 포함한 세라믹 분리막의 상안정성 및 이산화탄소 내성을 확인하기 위하여 900°C에서 이산화탄소가 500 ppm이 포함된 혼합공기를 이용하여 장기투과 실험을 수행하였다. 이산화탄소에 노출된 SrCo0.8Fe0.1Nb0.1O3-δ의 상안정성은 XRD와 TG로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 이산화탄소에 노출된 SrCo0.8Fe0.1Nb0.1O3-δ 조 성의 경우 약 8%의 SrCO3가 생성되었으나, 이 수준의 SrCO3 생성량은 분리막의 산소투과도에 큰 영향을 주지 않는 것을 확 인하였다.

Carousel type rotating molding machine is a plastics molding method that is adapted to producing relatively large and seamless parts which are partially or totally enclosed. So it is used to produce the big septic tank, storage tray, icebox, central reservation and so on. Rotating molding method are Rock and Roll, Shuttle, Carousel type, etc. In this study, to develop Carousel type rotating molding machine, its 3D model has designed. Also, to confirm the performance of this model, the theoretical and experimental analysis were carried out under condition of shape and structure of rotating unit and heating unit in molding machine

Tool tips of the circular saw for the steel cutting have commonly applied to brazing type welded the saw body to tips. In this case, when the tool tip is required to the exchange, many problems were occurred as the exchange cost is high and its time is long. In this study, to resolve the brazing type circular saw, the insert type circular saw has designed and made. Also, to confirm the performance of new type circular saw, the various experiments were carried out under condition of tip's shape and machining conditions.

As fires have frequently occurred with large scale at cultural assets and warehouses, the development of Korean type demolition fire apparatus for efficient fire fighting becomes important. In this study, structural stability is investigated for assembly model of boom and outrigger by using computational structural analysis. Analysis results of boom and outrigger unit are also compared with assembly model. As this study result, equivalent stress result of boom unit is about 6% higher than assembly model and equivalent stress result of outrigger unit is about 15% higher than assembly model.

One of the objectives of this study were to develop a process for manufacturing activated carbons from agricultural by-products(rice shells and saw dust) and another is to measure the iodine number, ash content and removal ratio of COD. The other is to compare those values with those of commercialized activated carbons. Agricultural by-products based activated carbons were manufactured through the steam-reaction method. A rotary kiln type furnace was used for both carbonization and activation. The optimum operating temperatures for carbonization and activation were 650℃ and 900℃, respectively. For the activated carbons produced under these conditions, the iodine number was 1,127mg/g. Especially, removal efficiency of COD was 61.5% for 40mg/L of wastewater and 30% for 150mg/L of SLS(Sodium Lauryl Sulfate).
