최근 급격한 도시화 및 산업화로 인한 불투수층의 증가로 물순환 체계가 파괴되고 그 결과 홍수피해해, 지하수고갈, 하천의 건천화 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이 문제를 해결 하고자 저영향개발(low impact development, LID)개념을 도입한 투수성 포장체 및 설계에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 투수성 포장 특 성상 우수의 유입이 예상되며 이에 따르는 포장체 하부층의 지지력 감소에 의한 구조적 건전성에 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하부 보조기층의 지오그리드 보강 유무에 따른 구조적 안정성을 검토 현장 실험을 통해서 검증해 보고자 한다. 지오그리드 보강위치, 지오그리드 종류, 지오그리드 유무 에 대 한 각각 다른 시험 포장체 4개소를 시공하여 실험을 진행하였다. 보조기층은 일반 혼합골재 대신 투수성이 높은 쇄석을 사용하였고, 평판재하시험 ․ 동평판재하시험을 통 하여 쇄석보조기층 지오그리드 보강 효과를 검증하고자 한다.

This study investigates the application of a synthetic resine based net-hose system to sustain vegetated embankment slope reinforcement. The net-hose system is designated to improve water supply to the vegetation that can suffer the lack of water in case of extreme drying condition or rock slope where water supply is relatively insufficient to ensure the growth of vegetation. A series of laboratory tests were conducted to check the structural adequacy and effectiveness of net-hose system. The results indicated that the model slope equipped with net-hose system seemed to provide better water supply resulting in more vegetated areas and higher matric suction due to active water uptake capacity, which might be contributed to greater shear strength of slope surface. A limited numerical analysis was conducted to verify the effect of water uptake on vegetated root system that generally yields better slope stability.

본 연구에서는 공리적 설계 방법론에서 중요한 2가지 공리 중 독립공리를 시스템 개발에서 설계 기준으로 적용하였다. 기능 요구사항과 대응하는 설계 파라메터는 설계행렬을 구성하고 이를 이용하여 독립공리에 부합하는 설계 파라메터의 순서를 정한 후 블록 레벨링 시스템에서의 독립적 구성요소를 판별하였다. 이러한 공리적 설계의 결과로서 설계 순서에 맞는 블록 레벨링 시스템 구성을 도출하였다. 도출된 블록 레벨링 시스템 구성의 검증과 확인을 위해 블록 조립 현장에서 사용하고 있는 3차원 좌표 측정기인 토털 스테이션을 사용하여 실제 조립이 완료된 블록에 대하여 구현된 블록 레벨링 시스템을 적용하여 데이터를 비교하는 시험을 수행하였다. 토털 스테이션의 측정 데이터와 블록 레벨링 시스템의 수신 데이터를 비교하여 1 mm 이내의 정밀도로 블록 레벨링 시스템이 동작함을 검증하고 확인하였다.

2차원 수중날개의 뒷날에 회전자를 부착한 고양력 발생장치의 성능을 파악하고, 실용화가능성을 살펴보기 위하여 NACA0020형상을 이용하여 모형을 제작하였고 캐비테이션 터널에서 실험을 수행하였다. 양력, 항력, 모멘트의 세 방향의 힘을 계측할 수 있는 가는 막대 형상의 로드셀을 부착하여 유체력을 계측하였으며, 뒷날에 부착된 회전자는 터널 외부에 설치된 DC 서보모터로 회전속도를 제어하였다. 다양한 편향각 조건과 회전자의 회전속도에 따른 체계적인 실험을 통하여 회전자의 효과를 확인하였다. 회전자의 회전속도에 의해 순환제어가 수월하게 조절 가능하다는 점을 실험을 통하여 검증하였으며 회전자의 회전속도에 따라 2배 이상의 양력이 발생함을 확인하였다. 따라서 제안한 양력 장치는 양력조절이 가능한 고양력 발생장치로 충분히 활용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

책임판단의 대상은 자유로운 의사와 그 의사에 기인하여 실현된 행위이다. 이러한 책임의 근거는 행위자에게 달리 행동할 수 있는 가능성이 있었다는 것이며, 이는 의사자유를 전제로 하고 있다. 하지만 최근의 일부 연구에 의하면 인간에게는 의사를 결정할 수 있는 자유는 존재하지 않고, 인간이 자유롭게 결정할 수 있다는 인식은 단지 망상 내지 착각에 불과하다. 물론 뇌신경과학의 새로운 발견들이 여러 가지 흥미로운 결과를 제시하고 있기는 하지만, 적어도 의사자유나 책임과 같은 주제에 대해 지금까지의 논의에서 간과하거나 새롭게 고려할 만한 자료를 제시하는데 성공했다고 판단하기에는 무리가 있어 보인다. 그러나 의사자유가 우리 인식체계에 포착되지 않는다 할지라도 우리를 규정하는데 매우 중요한 문제이기 때문에 앞으로도 계속 많은 연구자들이 의사형성과정의 본질을 파헤치기 위하여 모종의 시도를 할 가능성이 높으며, 최근의 과학 발전 속도를 고려하면 이와 같은 문제제기는 더 빈번해 질 가능성이 높다. 특히 뇌신경과학의 발달은 특별예방적 단초로 활용되어 전통적인 제제의 대안으로 치료를 전면에 내세우는 결과를 초래할 수도 있으며, 더 나아가 의사자유를 전제로 하는 도의적 책임론을 벗어나 사회의 질서유지와 개인의 기본권을 보다 더 확실하게 보장할 수 있는 책임개념을 요구할 수도 있다.

The object of this study is to develop textile designs and fashion products based on the cultural resource of Jeju Bangsatop, which means a stone tower preventing misfortune and driving out evil spirits. The field surveys of 32 Bangsatops located at 17 villages in Jeju were conducted. As a result, unlike stone towers located in other regions, Jeju Bangsatops made with basalt. In addition, wood and stone birds, Dolhareungbang, and other sculptures are built on the tops. Jeju Bangsatops were classified into four types based on the body form of the tops: Conical, truncated conical, trapezoid, and irregular shaped Bangsatops. Jeju Bangsatops located in a area or a village are symmetrically arranged in direction of south and north, left and right, east and west, or face to face. The conical, truncated conical, and irregular shaped Jeju Bangsatops which are designated as folk cultural properties or which have the unique sculptures of stone birds and the statues of Dolhareungbang built on the tops were selected as motifs for textile pattern design. The 4 basic patterns of Jeju Bangstops were designed. The six creative textile designs were developed by the various repeat arrangements of the basic patterns and were printed on oxford cotton fabrics by digital textile printing (DTP) method. The sixteen products of wallets, bags, hats and shoes were actually made with the DTP fabrics, the DTP fabrics which were naturally dyed in gray and blue colors, or the DTP fabrics which were redesigned with textile crayon. Therefore, it is confirmed that Jeju Bangsatop could be very useful as a motif for the development of cultural products focusing on Jeju tourism souvenir market.

Visual census and hydro-acoustic survey was carried out at Ulju small scale marine ranching area (MRA) to estimate demersal fish aggregations on September and November 2013. In this hydro-acoustic survey, the authors combined an image sonar with a scientific echo sounder to monitor an underwater situation and compare two acoustic data. Consequently, visual census survey was useful to estimate fish species composition for hydro-acoustic survey, because it is easy to identify aggregated fish species and overcome limits on a fishing depth and ability of an conventional fishing gear like a bottom gill-net or a fish trap at marine ranching area. Mean fish density was estimated as 0.757 g/m2 on September and 0.219 g/m2 on November and Fish abundance was finally calculated as 1.51ton (coefficient of variation, CV=13.1%) on September and 0.44ton (CV=47.7%) on November, respectively. Hydro-acoustic survey combined with the image sonar was useful to monitor fish aggregations and estimate fish stocks around artificial reefs at shallow coastal MRA. We were able to easily identify the underwater structures like an artificial reef and a fishing rope as well as fish aggregations from image sonar data. Therefore, the method was effective to separate unwanted echo signals in acoustic data of scientific echo sounder.

PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a geogrid reinforced subbase of permeable flexible pavement structures with respect to permanent deformation. METHODS : Experimental trials employing a repeated triaxial load test scheme were conducted for both a geogrid reinforced subbase material and a control specimen to obtain the permanent deformation properties based on the VESYS model. Along with this, a finite elementbased numerical analysis was conducted to predict pavement performance with respect to the rutting model incorporated into the analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: The results of the experimental study reveal that the geogrid reinforcement seems to be effective in mitigating permanent deformation of the subbase material. The permanent deformation was mostly achieved in the early stages of loading and then rapidly reached equilibrium as the number of load applications increased. The ultimate permanent deformation due to the geogrid reinforcement was about 1.5 times less than that of the control specimen. Numerical analysis showed that the permeable, flexible pavement structure with the geogrid reinforced subbase also exhibits less development of rutting throughout the service life. This reduction in rutting led to a 20% decrease in thickness of the subbase layer, which might be beneficial to reduce construction costs unless the structural adequacy is not ensured. In the near future, further verification must be conducted, both experimentally and numerically, to support these findings.

This study analyzes patent trends regarding farming-related technologies such as breeding or nursery technology, production systems, and new cultivation methods in order to provide objective patent information about the trends of R&D on marine products’proliferation or farming. Presently, in Korea, we try to secure marine living resources through the formation of artificial resources instead of environmental improvement policy or resource management policy. However, this is not about eliminating the causes of marine environment destruction but just the policy for improvement, so it is needed to revise the related policy with more ultimate measures. And it is necessary to develop technology that can secure the rights by integrating patent application strategies from the stage of R&D for medicine that can be utilized in chief farming countries and provide intensive support for the research centering around strategic varieties for farming in each region as well as strategic national farming varieties afterwards. Also, the analysis shows that it is urgent to make applications overseas based on domestic applications in order to develop technology that can be commercialized in not just Korean but overseas market as well.

도시림 개선을 위한 노력은 꾸준하게 진행되어 왔으나 사회적인 욕구를 제대로 반영하였는지에 대한 평가가 없어 향후 지속적인 개선 및 관리의 방향을 제안하기는 어려운 상태이다. 사회환경과 생물환경이 어우러진 도시림을 효율적으로 개선하기 위해서는 양적 증대 뿐만아니라 생물의 분포 및 서식, 인간의 이용성을 평가할 수 있는 연결성, 건전성, 접근성 등 질적인 측면을 동시에 고려할 수 있는 생태적 건전성에 대한 평가지표의 필요성에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 연구는 생태적 건전성 평가시 중요한 항목에 대한 상대적 중요도 평가, 문헌고찰을 통한 세부 지표 선정, 타당성 검토의 체계를 갖는다. 결과적으로 도시림은 자연림과는 다른 기능이 존재한다는 전제로, 도시림 평가는 고유의 기능인 생태성 뿐만아니라 인간의 간섭을 고려할 수 있는 사회성, 관리성이 충분하게 고려되어야 하나 중요도에 대한 설문조사 결과 생태성이 다른 가치에 우선하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 생태적 건전성을 평가할 수 있는 세부지표를 선정하였는데, 식생관련 지표로는 희귀성, 훼손잠재성, 자연성, 면적, 다양성, 발생기간, 야생조류관련 지표로는 숲 발달정도, 면적을 추출하여 분산분석을 실시한 결과 안정성, 자연성, 다양성, 잠재성, 서식가능성이 평가지표로 선정되었다.

췌장의 낭종성 질환은 현재 영상기술의 발달로 인하여 우연히 발견되는 경우가 많다. 그리고 췌장 낭종성 질환은 다양한 질환으로 이루어져 있으며 그 종류에 따라 다양한 악성 도를 보인다 췌관의 편평세포낭종은 내층이 비각화 편평 상피로 이루어져 있는 췌관의 낭성 확장을 특징으로 한다. 현재까지 이 질환은 재발이나 악성 변화가 관찰되지 않는 양성 질환으로 알려져 있다. 그러나 저자들은 수술 전 영상검사에서 타 장기 침습 의심 소견을 보이며, 수술 후 경과에서 악성 형태를 보이는 췌관의 편평세포낭종 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.

This study numerically investigates flexural behavior of press braked U-type section girders for fabrication simplicity. In order to improve structural stability during construction, the top flanges of press braked U section girder are laterally braced by installation of precast half-deck. Thus, laterally unbraced length is taken by the pocket spacing of the half-deck. This study performed 3D nonlinear finite element analyses on the U-type section girders along with inner bend radii to thickness ratio (ri/t). The numerical models reflect initial imperfection and residual stress. Through the finite element analyses, the flexural strength of the press-braked U-type section models were compared with those of general welded girder.

Since 2003, policies and practices related to the reduction of CO2 gas emission from ships has been discussing by the International Maritime Organization. The representative emission index and indicator are the EEDI (Energy Efficiency Design Index) for the new ships and EEOI (Energy Efficiency Operational Indicator) during the voyage. In this paper a water tank test and procedure development are introduced for the purpose of improving EEDI. The results showed good agreement explaining the characteristics properly.

In this paper, the effectiveness of the geogrid for reinforcing the trackbed is evaluated via numerical analysis. The finite element analysis is performed for the numerical analysis tool. In the study, the effect of the geogrid on the bearing strength of trackbed is investigated. Two different track systems including the conventional ballasted track and the asphalt underlayment track are adopted in the comparison study. The results show that the conventional ballasted track exhibited better effectiveness than the asphalt underlayment track. Also, better effectiveness of geogrid can be achieved by installing at one third depth of ballast layer from the bottom.
