        The efficiency of the purchasing and procurement logistics is important in automotive industry. The rationalization of production system is directly impact on productivity and quality. For this reason importance of logistics is high. Despite we are continuously making effort, our country are still below the level than developed country on logistics efficiency. Rising labor costs is an important factor in increasing logistics costs. So workforce reduction in logistics department is a large part. We deal with A-company inbound logistics, especially procurement logistics in automotive logistics as research object. So in this study we do research on work load balance about workers. We do research on 1,475 kinds of components in procurement process. We applied work load balance algorithm on chassis, final, sequence, trim warehouses workers. According to number of workers and average M/H, algorithm is applied in two ways. After applied work load balance algorithm we reduced numbers of workers from 28 to 20 and improved worker load balance rate from 47.1% to 93.7%

        Korean automobile industrial is in a difficult situation because of more competitive global market and lower demand. Therefore, domestic as well as global automobile manufacturers are making greater efforts in cost reduction to strengthen the competitiveness. According to statistical data, logistics cost in domestic manufacturers is higher than advanced countries. In this study, we developed program to effectively manage standard time of procurement logistics, and confirm based on A-automobile factory data. For the purpose, we develop the system which is possible to manage standard time as well as calculate man-hour. Program is not just for calculating and managing standard man-hour, scenarios analysis function will be added to calculate benefit while introduce logistics automated equipment. In this study we propose scenario using AGV instead of electric motor while move component. In the scenario analysis, job constitution is changed,and then we use system to compare the result. We can confirm standard man-hour is reduced from 22.3M/H to 14.3M/H. In future research, it is necessary scenario analysis function, and develop algorithm with realistic constraint condition.

        구조실험을 위한 데이터 모델은 구조실험에 관련된 실험정보를 정형화하여 표현하므로 데이터 저장소를 개발하는데 이용할 수 있다. 데이터 모델은 특히 대규모의 구조실험정보 또는 일반적인 다양한 실험정보를 위한 데이터 저장소에 효과적인데 예를 들면 NEES에서 개발한 NEEShub Project Warehouse가 있다. 본 논문은 데이터 모델의 구성과 사용을 평가하기 위한 평가요소를 제안하고 있다. 클래스의 속성이 값을 갖는지를 의미하는 AVE(attribute value existence)란 용어를 도입하여 속성의 사용성에 대한 Attribute AVE, 클래스의 사용성에 대한 Class AVE, 하위레벨에 있는 클래스를 포함하는 Class Level AVE, 하나의 프로젝트의 모든 클래스를 포함하는 Project AVE, 모든 프로젝트를 포함하는 데이터 모델에 대한 Data Model AVE를 정의하였다. 이러한 평가요소들을 NEES 데이터 모델의 프로젝트들에 적용하였는데 데이터 모델내의 클래스와 객체에 대한 사용성을 수치적으로 기술하여 평가하는 것이 가능하였다.

        이 연구에서는 대학생들이 지역사회에 참여하여 해당 지역에 실질적으로 도움이 되는 서비스를 제공하는 프로젝트를 실시하고 프로젝트 수행 과정에서 참여 학생들의 지리학 개념 이해 및 지리공간기술 이용 능력이 향상되는지 살펴보았다. 학생들은 관악산의 등산로를 개발하였는데 이 과정에서 지오투어리즘 논의, 관악산 관련 지형학 이론, 지역사회 참여 지리학 등의 개념을 적용하고 GIS, GPS, Google Earth와 같은 지리공간기술을 이용하였다. 프로젝트 수행 결과, 등산로를 따라 주요 지형경관에 대한 사진·동영상·설명, 환경 놀이, 경로 난이도 정보 등이 포함된 결과물이 산출되었다. 학생들은 프로젝트와 관련된 지리적 개념 이해에 대한 자신감을 높이고 지리공간기술을 효과적으로 활용하는 모습을 보였다. 지역사회의 관계자들 역시 본 연구의 결과에 긍정적인 반응을 보였다.

        본 연구는 요양보호사의 직업적 정체성과 서비스 질 간의 인과관계와 두 변인 사이에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 직업적 정체성, 직무만족의 강화를 통해 서비스 질을 높일 수 있는 방안을 강구 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경북지역 230명의 요양보호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며 조사결 과를 바탕으로 직업적 정체성과 직무만족과 서비스 질과의 관계를 살펴본 결과 직업적 정체성과 직무만 족은 정(+)적 상관관계를 나타났으며, 서비스 질과도 정(+)적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 요양보호사의 직업적 정체성이 직무만족과 서비스 질에 직접적인 영향을 주었으며 직무만족은 직업적 정체 성과 서비스 질에 매개효과가 있음이 통계적으로 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 요양보호사의 직업적 정체 성과 직무만족 강화를 통해 서비스 질을 높일 수 있는 개선방안으로 조직문화의 개선으로 조직의 개방성 과 유연성, 신뢰성의 문화가 보다 확산되어야 하며 직원 행복 프로그램 실시 및 전문성 향상과 역량강화 를 위한 직무교육 강화를 제언하였다.

        For the sustainable development, companies are making a lot of efforts such as activities of sales increase and cost reduction. Among these, efforts to use limited resources efficiently and effectively is still being made steadily. And many methods for management innovation are being introduced and used. However there were partial or temporary effects only. So there are not enough to achieve operations performance to cover the entire system. Therefore, in order to maximize performance or to improve sustainability across the companies, it is necessary to rebuild the existing system with process perspective not with existing functional perspective. This study was performed to achieve the objective that is operation performance improvement of certification body. So literature review was researched and analyed about the process innovation and the process approach. And basic model which is compatible with ISO/IEC 17021 requirement for the certification body was established in this study. Based on this model, one of the certification body was selected and operation system for this organization was established, documented and implemented through the process approach method.         양서류가 서식처의 환경 특성을 파악하고자 다양한 종이 출현하는 농촌지역의 유역권을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였 다. 연구대상지는 칠갑산 일대(청양군 대치면 오룡리)로 설 정하였고 조사는 산란이 이루어지는 3월과 4월에 진행하였 다. 서식지의 환경 특성을 파악하기 위하여 유역권 전체의 토지이용유형을 조사한 후, 산란장소 및 성체의 출현위치를 도면화하였다. 토지이용유형은 1:5,000 수치지형도 및 위성 사진을 참고하여 파악하였으며, ArcGIS 10.0을 활용하여 도면화하였다. 성체 및 난괴 조사는 물이 고여 있거나 흐르 는 지역을 대상으로 실시하였다. 산란장소는 난괴의 출현 유무로 파악하였는데 육안으로 확인하는 것을 원칙으로 하였고 육안 관찰이 어려운 경우에는 돌 아래나 낙엽아래, 비닐 아래 등은 직접 들춰내어 확인하였다. 양서류 출현지 역의 서식처 유형은 논경작지, 묵논습지, 웅덩이, 저수지, 하천 및 수로로 구분하였다. 저수지는 저수지와 하부 수로 로, 하천 및 수로는 계류, 경작지수로, 폭 1미터 미만 인공수 로 및 농수로, 폭 1~2m인 인공수로 및 농수로, 폭 2~5m인 인공수로 및 하천, 폭 5~10m인 인공수로 및 하천, 폭 10m 이상인 하천으로 구분하여 조사하였다. 전체 유역(3,640,174㎡)에 대해 토지이용유형을 분석한 결과, 주거지, 공공시설지, 교통시설지, 나지 및 공사지역, 경작지, 자연녹지, 습지 및 하천, 인공녹지의 8개 유형으로 대분류 되었다. 대분류 유형은 각각의 특성에 따라 총 28개 유형으로 세분할 수 있었다. 산림을 포함한 자연녹지지역은 86.28%, 경작지 8.36%, 습지 및 하천 0.99%, 묘지를 포함 한 인공녹지 2.37% 등이었다. 양서류 출현현황을 조사한 결과, 도롱뇽, 꼬리치레도롱 뇽, 북방산개구리, 옴개구리, 한국산개구리, 참개구리, 청개 구리가 확인되었다. 성체의 경우, 도롱뇽은 27개체, 북방산 개구리 879개체, 옴개구리 13개체, 한국산개구리 48개체가 관찰되었다. 도롱뇽 성체 출현지역의 토지이용유형을 살펴 보면, 폭이 2~5m인 인공수로 및 농수로에서 가장 많은 개 체(15개체)가 확인되었으며, 5~10m폭의 농수로 5개체, 1m미만 농수로 4개체 순이었다. 북방산개구리는 논경작지 에서 428개체, 묵논습지에서 370개체, 5~10m인 농수로에 서 57개체, 1m미만 농수로에서 13개체를 확인하였다. 옴개 구리는 2~5m 농수로와 저수지에서 각각 9개체와 4개체가 출현하였다. 한국산개구리는 논경작지에서 39개체, 1m미 만 농수로에서 5개체를 확인하였다. 알덩이의 경우, 북방산개구리가 가장 많았으며, 한국산개 구리, 도롱뇽 순이었다. 양서류가 산란한 지역의 토지이용 유형을 분석한 결과, 도롱뇽은 폭이 2~5m인 인공수로 및 농수로에서 가장 많은 알덩이가 확인되었다. 북방산개구리 는 논경작지에서 가장 많았으며 묵논습지, 하부 수로, 폭 5~10m인 인공수로 및 농수로 순이었다. 한국산개구리는 논경작지, 묵논습지, 경작지수로, 폭 1~2m인 인공수로 및 농수로 순으로 많았다. 북방산개구리와 한국산개구리는 산 란지로 논경작지를 가장 선호하였는데 다음은 묵논습지였 다. 반면에 도롱뇽은 논경작지나 목논습지보다는 2~5m 정 도의 인공수로 및 농수로를 선호하는 것으로 분석되었다. 도롱뇽, 북방산개구리, 한국산개구리의 산란지 유형을 보 면, 도롱뇽은 11개 유형을, 북방산개구리는 9개 유형을, 한 국산개구리는 4개 유형을 활용하는 것으로 나타났는데, 도 롱뇽이 다양한 환경에 대한 적응성이 가장 높은 반면, 한국 산개구리는 특정 지역을 선호하는 것으로 확인되었다..

        To invigorate and develop marketing strategies in public performance, this thesis reviewed the literatures such as papers, academic materials and internet information on marketing in public performance. We performed surveys for specialists and non-specialists of public performance from on-line or off-line for questionnaire which is classified as demographic characteristics, tendency for seeing public performance and for knowledge of NFC and LBS, and analyzed the questionnaires for knowing the effects of NFC and LBS marketing in public performance. This thesis revealed generally a higher level of satisfaction with NFC than LBS, especially for specialists as compared with non-specilists. The reason of a lower level of satisfaction with LBS than NFC is that LBS technique has privacy problem about personal information by exposing the user location information. The reason of a lower level of satisfaction with NFC to non-specialists is that there are insufficiency of promotion for NFC technique and contents utilizing NFC. A total average score for a level of satisfaction of NFC and LBS service was revealed high as more than 3.50 out of 5.00. Through this thesis we suggest the public performance marketing strategies.

        『Act on Facilitation of Purchase of Small and Medium Enterprise – Manufactured Products and Support for Development of Their Markets』 was created and implemented. The act states that the materials designated by the Small and Medium Business Administration are directly purchased from the small and medium enterprises and provided to the construction companies so that the materials can be provided as GFGI (Government Furnished and Government Installed) in the case of a public construction project. This thesis is aimed to analyze the current status on the problems of each project party and understand their improvement requests so that mutually beneficial plans can be sought and improved process is presented for the continuous development of the direct construction material purchase system as well as successful construction projects. And This thesis summarized the purpose of the institutions and their change histories, and related law as well as codes for the better understanding of administrative procedures for the purchase system and the analyses as well as the improved process on the difficulties in complying with the current institutions.

        Continued efforts to build up Safety Management System(SMS) and to improve its efficiency in airports, to which customers have direct access, are taken for granted due to continuous development of the aviation industry in both quantity and quality and rapid growth of air transportation market. This thesis proposed efficient operation methods of SMS for domestic airport organizations including Incheon International Airport(IIA), the largest airport in South Korea, aiming at strengthening aviation safety from the perspective of airport operators who play a pivotal role in service provider SMS. Those are consolidation of the existing safety management organizations and various improvements to promote voluntary incident reporting system. To draw a proposal for the improvements, conducted a research on domestic safety management status, carried out an analysis on operating conditions and did a research on ICAO regulations, domestic legal system as well as statistics data. Relevant studies and researches were also gathered and analyzed. A search for further improvements can also help increase operational efficiency and promoting a higher-level of safety awareness among operators can establish mature safety culture at airports.

        구조실험을 위한 데이터 저장소는 구조실험에 관련된 실험정보를 구조공학자와 연구자들이 편리하게 저장하고 열람할 수 있도록 효율적인 구성을 가져야 한다. 데이터 저장소에 대한 평가는 데이터 저장소 자체적인 구성에 대한 평가와 데이터 저장소에 저장된 실제 정보의 구성에 대한 평가로 나눌 수 있다. 데이터 저장소의 자체적인 구성은 클래스로 나타낼 수 있고 데이터 저장소 내에 저장된 실제의 실험정보는 객체로 표현할 수 있는데 본 논문은 클래스와 객체가 가지고 있는 속성구성에 대한 평가요소를 제안한다. 클래스의 속성구성 평가요소로는 클래스내 속성수와 구체적인 값 또는 객체에 의해 구분한 속성의 종류별 수 등이 있는데 이러한 평가요소들을 이용하여 데이터 저장소가 정한 구성을 이해할 수 있다. 객체의 속성구성 평가요소로는 객체내 값있는 속성수 등이 있는데 데이터 저장소내의 실제 실험정보가 레벨별로 어떻게 저장되어 있는가를 파악할 수 있다.

        Recently, though it was developed several services using the context-awareness technology of IoT, there exist also obstacles for high quality service. Specifically it is short the study for uncertainty of context-awareness. This study focused on understanding the effect of frequency interference among several environmental factors for location determination to increase precision of location determination. It was found that frequency interference between devices using 2.4Ghz frequency effect on the location determination precision. It was resulted that frequency interference increase the error of location determination precision. Then, we confirmed that it was required the suitable compensation method corresponding to frequency interference.

        The occupational health and safety accidents were continuously increased during handling, usage and manufacturing the chemical materials according to increase of small and medium sized enterprises in domestic industries. These accidents mainly resulted from insufficient occupational health and safety management and deteriorative facilities and focused on corresponding operation to minimize the damage of accidents after occurrence. But, it was required that we grasped the occurrence causes of occupational health and safety risk in handling, usage and manufacturing the chemical materials and develop the adequate corresponding operation and system according to the possible occurrence of occupational health and safety risk. This study deals with the development of risk assessment model to derive the risk and important risk of occupational health and safety and then help to construct the self-controlled occupational health and safety system for small and medium sized enterprises handling the chemical materials.

        Changes in the business environment in which intense and sustained growth and survival must meet a variety of customer needs (Q, C, D) and business side of the enterprise for profit structure reformation is absolutely necessary for innovation activities. So far, management of innovation in method BPR, PI, OVA, 6 Sigma, Strategic Purchasing, PPM, SCM etc. are being introduced. However, they have a limit of partial optimization and improvement-oriented techniques. So this paper studied the TPI(Total Profit Innovation) application in order to derive empirical methodology to maximize profitability for the domestic S foundry factory. To this end, long-term gains through structural analysis and intensity analysis to ensure continued growth and profitability strategy are devised through management Innovation analysis. And improvement projects was presented to solve main issues of five categories(Inventory, Sales Mix, Cost, Quality Cost, Skill and Work-load) We will expect the office productivity improvement and financial performance improvement and then continually accumulate and review the results.

        The production type of foundry industry is a small quantity batch production methods that require the highly skilled technology in the global competition in the variety of customer needs and directly under the influence of fluctuations characteristic. Therefore suitability for small quantity batch production and flexible production capacity and price competitiveness is needed more than anything. To do this, we need transcription and comprehensive innovation activities to maximize the revenue structure of the organization and field survival foundation should be developed the TPI(Total Profit Innovation) process in all aspects of the organization and all employees are involved in order to create a cost, quality, time, and service part of the overall aim how to achieve those effects within a short period of time. We applied the TPI process for S company in the foundry business innovation and productivity through cost reduction. We will expect the productivity improvement and financial performance improvement and then continually accumulate and review the results.

        GCM(Green Chain Management) is being spread by that companies which apply with eco-friendly concept in entire SCM(Supply Chain Management) perspective is being increased for resolving some recent environmental problems. There are reasons that numerous companies focus on GCM. At first various governments began to directly manage components and material contents about various noxious substances. Second, environment problem management in the entire logistics process from procurement of product materials to distribution of product became to be important according to introduction of certification system that evaluate the environmental impact throughout life-cycle of products. Purposes of this paper are 1) to analyze the GCM process whose important is more increasing in the recent logistics environment change, 2) to comprehend places and sources that generate environmental elements like energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in elements of logistics function, and 3) to construct integrated GCM system for observing activity of logistics function throughout life-cycle of products.

        Fund-raising is critical to start-up and early stage company. We try to analyse a status of fund-raising in start-up and early stage company, and a correlation between angel investment and start-up. With last 10 years’ data sheets, we find that angel investment is not related with start-up fund raising.
