        In Currently, the domestic reuse rate of ELV parts is about 3%. The reason of the row rate of it is due to that consumer can not obtain the information of the needed ELV parts. In order to supply the needed information to consumer, the standard of the part classification of the ELV parts is required. This research is to develop the part classification system of the three digits and web site of ELV parts.

        In the last year, the number of registered vehicles in Korea surpassed the 12 million mark, and increase in number continuously Nowdays, this tendency has raised some problems inevitably in the view of expansion of ELV(end of life vehicle) and earth environment pollution resulted from it. For the proper scope with this environment pollution, recycling of parts and materials, minimization of wastes are desirable. And application of disassembly technology is required for it necessarily. Therefore it is essential to study systematically about disassembly technology of ELV with high efficiency for improvement recycling ratio and diminution shredder dust amount also in Korea.

        Many production management systems for increasing productivity, minimizing inventory, keeping due dates and maximizing use of resources have been proposed, and GT, MRP and JIT are frequently used among these systems. The three systems have merits and demerits through comparing with each other. Because each system has mutual dependence, a hybrid production system is necessary for using their merits maximally. In this study, a hybrid production system is designed by combining GT, MRP and JIT, which is suitable in the domestic production system.

        To develope a domestic machinery industry, international competition through reducing cost by increasing productivity is as important as evolving technology and increasing quality. In this study, we have studied in application of GT technology. GT is a skill that acquires high productivity using part's resemblance for multi part and small size production like mass production. We have classified group, such as design, layout and the others, to be applied systematically. The design group includes retrieval for drawings and study for GT design. The layout group includes GT layout, analysis of production process and study for composition method. And others include scheduling, standardization and standard process.

        최근에는 수요자 요구의 다양화, 전문인력의 부족, 고임금화, 열악한 작업장에서의 작업기피 현상 등의 영향으로 인해 생산 및 물류의 자동화가 활발히 추진되고 있다. 생산 및 물류시스템의 자동화가 진전됨에 따라 전체 시스템의 물류합리화에 중요한 역할을 담당하는 자동창고 시스템에 대한 설비관리 체계 구축이 필요하게 되었고, 그 일환으로 본 연구에서는 자동창고에 대한 예방보전 및 원인진단을 지원하는 자동창고의 예방보전 및 진단시스템을 개발하였다. 특히 자동창고의 이상을 진단하는데 과거의 트러블내용을 사례로 등록시키고, 전문가가 문제해결에 사용한 경험데이타, 즉 조사항목, 조사결과 및 대처내용을 진단용 사례기반 추론베이스로 구축하여 활용하는 사례기반추론(Case Based Reasoning)방법으로 접근시켰다. 또한 자동창고시스템의 예방보전, 사후보전, 이력관리 기능을 수행할 수 있는 운영소프트웨어를 개발하였다.

        액화 수소 운반선에서 증발가스의 발생은 불가피하며, 화물탱크 내부의 압력 문제를 피하기 위해 적절한 조치가 필요하다. 이 증발 가스는 선박의 추진연료로 사용 될 수 있으며, 추진에 사용되고 남은 나머지 부분은 재액화 또는 연소시키는 등 효과적으로 관리해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 수소 추진 시스템을 갖춘 160,000m3 액화 수소 운반선에 최적화된 증발 가스 재액화 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 수소 압 축 및 헬륨 냉매 섹션으로 구성되고, 화물탱크로부터 배출되는 증발가스의 냉열을 효과적으로 활용하여 효율을 증가시켰다. 본 연구에서는 공급 온도 -220℃인 수소 증발가스가 재액화 시스템에 들어가는 상태에서 증발가스의 재액화 비율에 따른 엑서지 효율 및 에너지 소모율 (SEC, Specific Energy Consumption) 분석을 통해 시스템을 평가하였다. 그 결과 재액화 비율 20%에서 4.11kWh/kgLH2의 SEC와 60.1%의 엑서지 효율을 보여 주었다. 아울러, 수소 압축압력, 수소 팽창기의 입구온도, 공급 증발가스 온도변화에 따른 영향을 확인하였다.

        Background: This study represents the first report that the anti-obesity activity of ethanol extracts of Aronia melanocarpa can be enhanced through ultrasonification at a frequency of 120 ㎑ at 60℃ (UE). Methods and Results: The amounts of cyanidin-3-O-galactose (cya-gal), a major anthocyanin in A. melanocarpa were higher by up to 402.4 ㎎/100 g, as compared with 221.4 ㎎/100 g and 322.1 ㎎/100 g, for hot water at 100℃ and 70% ethanol at 80℃ respectively. This result should cause the higher antioxidant activities of the UE than extract of hot water and ethanol in DPPH free radical scavenging. It was confirmed that the high antioxidant activity of UE could play an important role in inhibiting the production of proteins related to adipocyte differentiation, such as peroxisome proliferator activated receptor-γ (PPAR-γ) and sterol regulatory element binding protein 1 (SREBP1). Conclusions: Ultrasonification at a frequency of 120 ㎑ at 60℃ should result in better anti-obesity activity than that observed using other processes. It was also observed for the first time that the anti-obesity activity of A. melanocarpa was associated with its antioxidant activity, possibly due to the higher elution of intact cya-gal, owing to efficient low temperature ultrasonification extraction. These results could also be applied to improve other biological activities of medicinal herbs that contain many types of heat-labile bioactive substances.

        본 연구는 여성의 손으로부터 분리한 두 유산균의 co-culture에 의한 향장 활성에 대한 것이다. Lactobacillus rhamnosus (L. rhamnosus)와 Lactobacillus paracasei (L. paracasei)를 함께 배양하는 것은 최초이며, co-culture를 이용한 유산균은 tyrosinase 저해율이 L. paracasei와 L. rhamnosus에 비해 20.68%로 가장 높은 수치를 보였다. 또한, co-culture 유산균은 melanin 생성 저해율에서도 63.5%의 가장 높은 활성을 보였으며, 주름개선활성에 영향을 미치는 MMP-1의 생성량이 3726.3 pg/mL로 확인되었다. 반면 단일 유산균 배양시 얻어지는 MMP-1 생성량은 각각 L. rhamnosus가 13613.5 pg/mL, L. paracasei는 13012.0 pg/mL이 확인되었다. Collagen 생성량을 확인한 결과 co-culture 유산균이 380.7 ng/mL로 323.4 ng/mL의 양이 확인된 L. paracasei와 304.1 ng/mL의 양이 확인된 L. rhamnosus보다 많은 양이 생성됨을 확인하였다. 상기의 결과는 유산균의 co-culture가 향장 활성 증진을 시킬 수 있다는 것을 나타내고, 이는 향장 활성에 영향을 미치는 항산화 활성을 측정한 결과 단일 유산균 배양을 통한 결과보다 co-culture 유산균의 항산화 활성이 더 높은 것으로 확인할 수 있었다.

        Skin anti-wrinkle activities of the stems and leaves of Abeliophyllum distichum Nakai were evaluated by theextracts obtained from various extraction processes such as using hot water at 100oC, 70% ethanol at 85oC, and 70% etha-nol with ultrasonication at 60oC The ultrasonicated extract showed 95.62% of the highest cell viability in addition of0.3㎎/㎖ of the extracts into the normal human fibroblast cell, CCD-986sk. For antioxidant activities, the extracts usingultrasonicated extract showed the highest DPPH free radical scavenging as 80.27%, followed by 75.88% and 62.44% for theextracts using ethanol extract and water extract. The ultrasonicated extract also showed the highest elastase inhibition activ-ity as 25.32%, compared to ethanol extract and water extract based method at 22.01% and 12.88%, respectively. MMP-1production was most effectively decreased down to 2908.1pg/㎖ with ultrasonicated extract while 6640.8pg/㎖ with waterextract and 3609.3pg/㎖ with ethanol extract, in addition of 0.3㎎/㎖. Collagen production was increased up to 154.7ng/㎖in addition of ultrasonicated extract, and followed by 121.4ng/㎖ and 31.2ng/㎖ for ethanol extract and water extract,respectively. These results indicate that the ethanol extract should have skin anti-wrinkling activities and can be improvedby the ultrasonication process that high energy input elute more amounts of bioactive substances eluting more amounts ofbioactive substances from the high energy input of ultrasonication.
