        본 연구는 2018년 10월 29일부터 11월 1일까지 G시의 간호대학 3학년 139명을 대상으로 간호대학생의 성격유형, 학업 스트레스 및 스트레스 대처방식이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구결과, 대학생활 적응은 성별(t=-3.55, p=.001), 전공만족도(F=9.38, p<.001), 대인관계 만족도(F=12.24, p<.001), MBTI 선호유형 중 삶의 양식(JP)과 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=2.54, p=.012). 대학생활 적응은 학업 스트레스(r=-.56, p<.001)와 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 학업 스트레스(β=-.40, p<.001), 대인관계 만족도(β=-.27, p<.001), 성별(β=.22, p=.002)로 나타났으며 설명력은 40.6%였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응을 위해 학업 스트레스 감소 및 대인관계 향상을 위한 성격유형을 고려한 맞춤형 교ž내외 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

        The objectives of this study were (i) to evaluate the effects of temperature and relative humidity on two electrochemical sensors measuring hydrogen sulfide and ammonia using a laboratory testing system for various sensors, and (ii) to propose a calibration method for those concentrations to collect more reliable monitoring data. The effect of temperature and relative humidity was tested under three different conditions, respectively. The linearities measured data under all different conditions for the relative humidity and temperature were excellent, indicating more than 0.99 of R2 for both odor sensors. Under the condition of zero concentration, baselines (intercepts) at zero increased with increasing relative humidity for both hydrogen sulfide and ammonia sensors. The rate of gas concentration according to ADC variation (slopes) increased with increasing relative humidity about only the hydrogen sulfide sensor. In this study, slope, and intercept are utilized for calibration of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia concentration, and the reliability of the data of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia sensors is further enhanced by the relational expression obtained by this paper.

        This study was conducted to investigate changes on the quality characteristics of Prunus davidiana sugar extracts (PSEs) by processing conditions. The PSEs were prepared by extraction with commercial sucrose at 4°C or 25°C for 9 months with or without a pressure plate. The quality characteristics of PSEs were analyzed for Bxo, pH, total acidity, Hunter color value, alcohol content, polyphenol content, DPPH radical scaveging activity, and free sugar content. Bxo increased significantly while pH decreased with increased storage period (p<0.05). The PSEs stored at 4oC scored lower than those stored at 25oC for total acidity, alcohol content, and polyphenol contents. The PSEs with pressure plate possessed lower alcohol content and higher polyphenol content and DPPH free radical scavenging activity than those without pressure plate. The sucrose content in PSEs decreased with increased storage period, while glucose and fructose contents increased. These results indicate that by increasing storage period, sucrose in PSEs is decomposed into glucose and fructose, and the quality characteristics of PSEs such as total acidity, alcohol, and polyphenol content depend on processing conditions.

        This study was conducted to find out the change in nutritional components and antioxidant activities of salted Chinese cabbage according to storage temperature and duration using supercooling. Salted Chinese cabbage was investigated every 2 weeks while it was stored at -2℃ and 2℃ for 8 weeks. This was followed by an analysis of freeze dried samples. The analyzed contents were free sugar and free amino acid contents, DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity, and TPC and TFC. Free sugar content of salted Chinese cabbage decreased with longer storage duration, while free amino acid did not change significantly. DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities did not change significantly with storage duration whereas the TPC and TFC of salted Chinese cabbage stored at -2℃ was higher than that stored at 2℃ for 6 weeks. Therefore, the quality of salted Chinese cabbage was maintained in direct refrigerator storage for a long duration, showing economic and industrial values as a new storage technology.

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호사 이미지, 임상수행능력, 전공만족도가 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 2018년 10월 15일부터 19일까지 G시의 간호대학 2, 3학년을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀 분석방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 간호전문직관은 간호사 이미지(r=.70, p<.001), 임상수행능력(r=.23, p<.001), 전공만족도(r=.62, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관 관계가 있었다. 임상수행능력은 간호사 이미지와 양의 상관관계가(r=.14, p=.015) 전공만족도는 간호사 이미지(r=.55, p<.001), 임상수행능력(r=.14, p=.012)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 전공만족도(β=.32, p<.001), 사회적 이미지(β=.31, p<.001), 전문적 이미지(β=.21, p<.001), 임상수행능력(β=.09, p=.018) 순이었으며 설명력은 59.9%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 긍정적 간호전문직관 확립을 위해서는 간호사 이미지, 전공만족도 및 임상수행능력 향상을 위한 다양하고 체계적인 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하리라 생각된다.

        This is the research report concerned with designing and making of the flexible manufacturing system for educational training. The flexible manufacturing system is composed of several mechatronic(mechanical and electronic) subsystems which are automatically controlled by computer program. The main subsystems are materials feeder unit, automatic guided vehicle, robot for moving parts, indexing and stamping unit and computer system and more subsystems can be added for specific manufacturing processes. This dissertation includes the design and production characteristics of flexible manufacturing system for educational training. Finally, the educational training equipment is made and demonstrated in this research and is expected to use in various educational institutions, for example, technical educational and practical industrial training institutions.

        This study was conducted to develop a technique for the stable production of Italian ryegrass(IRG) seeds in reclamation sites. Harvesting 35 days after heading in Autumn resulted in the highest production, an average of 2,232kg/ha. The production yield decreased due to seed loss as harvesting was delayed to 45 and 55 days post-heading. For the harvested 35 days post-heading, under growing rice sowing resulted in 80% seed yield of after rice sowing's; spring sowing resulted in 40%. After rice sowing using the domestic IRG seeds of 30kg/ha produced the highest seed yield of 2,507kg/ha. The highest straw yield has resulted when using the imported IRG seeds of 20kg/ha for after rice sowing 35 days post-heading fresh weight 36,667kg/ha, dry weight 14,500kg/ha, and TDN weight 7,895kg/ha.

        ZnO thin films are of considerable interest because they can be customized by various coating technologies to have high electrical conductivity and high visible light transmittance. Therefore, ZnO thin films can be applied to various optoelectronic device applications such as transparent conducting thin films, solar cells and displays. In this study, ZnO rod and thin films are fabricated using aqueous chemical bath deposition (CBD), which is a low-cost method at low temperatures, and environmentally friendly. To investigate the structural, electrical and optical properties of ZnO for the presence of citrate ion, which can significantly affect crystal form of ZnO, various amounts of the citrate ion are added to the aqueous CBD ZnO reaction bath. As a result, ZnO crystals show a nanorod form without citrate, but a continuous thin film when citrate is above a certain concentration. In addition, as the citrate concentration increases, the electrical conductivity of the ZnO thin films increases, and is almost unchanged above a certain citrate concentration. Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) solar cell substrates are used to evaluate whether aqueous CBD ZnO thin films can be applicable to real devices. The performance of aqueous CBD ZnO thin films shows performance similar to that of a sputter-deposited ZnO:Al thin film as top transparent electrodes of CIGS solar cells.

        저성과자는 조직을 떠나야 하는가? ‘저성과자’란 다른 근로자에 비해 업무능력이 결여되고 근무 성적이 부진한 근로자를 의미한다. 지금까지 저성과자에 대한 관리는 퇴출을 위한 법적 및 제도적 회피 중심으로 진행되어오고 있어, 이러한 방법은 장기적 관점에서 조직 내·외부에 많은 부작용이 나타날 수 있다. 따라 서, 본 연구는 (1) 저성과자에 대한 이해와 기업들의 본편적인 저성과자의 관리 동향을 살펴보고, (2) 저성 과자의 퇴출보다는 인적자원으로의 저성과자를 바라보는 잡 크래프팅(Job crafting) 개념의 활용 방안에 대해 검토해 보았다. 또한, 조직의 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 인적자원으로서의 저성과자 활용 방안을 잡 크래프팅 개념 관점에서 제시하였다.

        The flow-surface interaction and resulting pockets is the case of a turbulence boundary layer. Conditionally sampled hot-wire measurements within the wall region show that a strong vortex forms within the pocket, bordering the upstream portion, which stay in the wall region. This vortex is the result of the rearrangement of existing sublayer vorticity and its amplification. The work in this area has been applied to the prediction and reduction of drag. The study is focused on determining change in the length scale of the pockets. An important relationship between pocket and modified wall has been found. By changing the upstream boundary condition at the wall, the length scale of pockets were decreased.

        This study examined the changes in the protein and mineral composition of Gryllus bimaculatus fermented with Bacillus substilis and the mycelia of Basidiomycetes. Normal Gryllus bimaculatus (S) and experimental group data obtained after an inoculation of Bacillus substilis (SC) (KACC 19623), Pleurotus eryngii (SP) and Cordyceps millitaris (SC) were compared. The crude protein content of the Gryllus bimaculatus (control) was 75.48%, but it decreased to 64.55, 54.32, and 63.53% after fermentation with SB, SP and SC, respectively (p<0.05). An analysis of the organic elements showed that the contents of the carbon and nitrogen sources were also reduced after fermentation, and the most significant decrease was observed after fermentation with SP. In SDS-PAGE, a 120 kDa and a 48 kDa protein of Gryllus bimaculatus were found. On the other hand, protein bands faded after fermentation with SP and SC, respectively. Moreover, no visible band was observed after fermentation with SB. According to amino acid analysis, the total free amino acid content increased 3.84 and 1.74 times after fermentation with SB and SP, respectively, compared to the corresponding baseline data. In contrast, it decreased by 0.52 times after fermentation with SC. Among the essential amino acids found in crickets fermented with SB, the valine and isoleucine content was 3.57 and 2.64 times higher, respectively, than the recommended daily amount of essential amino acids.
