        This study was conducted to determine the maintenance energy requirements of growing goats in order to establish an appropriate energy benefit system, to reduce feed costs and improve livestock productivity of goat farmers, and to present basic data for detailed specifications afterwards. This experiment was conducted as a group specification test for a total of 3 months, with 32 goats of three months age and conducted by four treatments with different energy levels (T1: NRC+0%, T2: NRC+10%, T3: NRC+20%, and T4: NRC+ 30%). The average daily gain was the highest in the treated with NRC + 10% of the energy level of the experimental diet, and the feed conversion ratio was in the range of 6.3 g to 7.3 g in the group feeding experiment. Although there was no significant difference in digestibility between treatments, the digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, and crude fat was higher in T2 treated with NRC + 10% than the other treatments. Through the regression equation of the values of MEI and ADG obtained through the experiment (Y=0.5439X+ 111.51, R2=0.712), the maintenance energy requirement of the goat in the growing period was estimated to be 111.51 kcal/kgBW0.75.

        This study was conducted to develop a technique for the stable production of Italian ryegrass(IRG) seeds in reclamation sites. Harvesting 35 days after heading in Autumn resulted in the highest production, an average of 2,232kg/ha. The production yield decreased due to seed loss as harvesting was delayed to 45 and 55 days post-heading. For the harvested 35 days post-heading, under growing rice sowing resulted in 80% seed yield of after rice sowing's; spring sowing resulted in 40%. After rice sowing using the domestic IRG seeds of 30kg/ha produced the highest seed yield of 2,507kg/ha. The highest straw yield has resulted when using the imported IRG seeds of 20kg/ha for after rice sowing 35 days post-heading fresh weight 36,667kg/ha, dry weight 14,500kg/ha, and TDN weight 7,895kg/ha.

        이 논문은 성경 속의 자살 인물과 사건을 ‘혐오’ 개념을 바탕으로 신학적, 심리학적인 측면에서 해석하고, 의미 부여하여 자살 개념의 본질과 의미, 원인 등을 규명하는 데에 그 목적과 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 구약에서는 아비멜렉, 삼손, 사울, 아히토펠, 지므리 등 5명, 신약에서는 유다 1명 등 6명의 인물과 사건 들을 대상으로 자기에 대한 혐오, 타자에 대한 혐오라는 두 가지 관점을 바탕으 로 자살 양태를 분석하여 각 인물들의 자살 사건 속에 내포된 자기 혐오와 타자 혐오 등의 양상과 그 원인을 밝혔다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구에서 다룬 인물들의 자살은 열등감, 상실감, 소외감, 죄책감, 패배감, 배신감 등으로 부터 야기될 수 있는 자기 혐오와 타자 혐오가 작용했음을 밝혔다. 둘째, 자살로 마감한 그들 사이에는 몇 가지 다른 자살의 경향들이 보여진다. 즉 아비멜렉, 삼손과 사울, 아히토펠, 유다, 지므리 등 모두 자살의 원인과 양상이 서로 다른 특성을 가진다고 할 수 있다.

        본 논문은 먼저 ‘우연한 만남’이라는 개념을 표현하는 글자로서 ‘遇’자가 그 초기 형태에서 어떻게 그러한 개념을 나타내게 되었는지를 글자의 어원을 통해 증명하려고 하였다. 그 후 이런 의미의 ‘遇’자가 실제로 어떤 경우에 쓰였는가를 선진 문헌을 중심으로 살펴봄으로써 ‘우연한 만남’의 상황에 ‘遇’자가 사용되었음을 논증하였다. 먼저 『周易』의 용례를 분석한 결과, ‘遇’자는 동사로서 각종 인간사의 우연한 만남의 상황에 사용되었음을 보았다. 그리고 『春秋』에 보이는 용례에서는, 중국의 禮儀문화 배경에서 천자와 제후 간의 四季節의 정기모임 중에 겨울의 모임을 지칭하는 명사로 ‘遇’자가 사용되었으며, 아울러 제후 간의 비정기적인 혹은 사전에 기약하지 않은 모임을 나타내는 동사로 사용된 경우를 분석하였다. 이런 분석을 통해 초창기의 ‘遇’자가 갖고 있는 단순한 ‘우연한 만남’의 의미가, 예의문화의 배경 속에서 천자와 제후, 혹은 제후와 제후 간의 비정기적 혹은 우연한 만남을 표현하는 단어로 자주 사용됨으로써 그 의미의 외연이 확대되었음을 알 수 있다. 그리고 이런 의미 외연의 확대를 통해 다양한 인간사의 우연한 만남을 나타내는 보편적 개념을 함의하는 단어로 ‘遇’자를 사용하게 되었다고 본다. 따라서 본 논문의 주제인 ‘군주와 신하의 관계’에 내포된 우연성을 표현할 수 있는 가장 적절한 단어로 ‘遇’자가 사용되었다고 추론할 수 있다.

        A two-year study was conducted from 2017 to 2018 by the establishment of a test field at Chungju-si and Cheongyang-gun. Plant height, number of leaves, insects and diseases, and fresh and dry matter yields for corn hybrid(‘Kwangpyeongok’) were investigated. Daily average, maximum, and minimum temperature, monthly average temperature, daily precipitation, and sunshine duration during the growing season were investigated. We selected climate-critical factors to corn productivity and conducted an evaluation of vulnerability to climate change from 1999 to 2018 for both regions. In 2018, the dry matter yield of forage corn was 6,475 and 7,511 kg/ha in Chungju and Cheongyang, respectively, which was half of that in 2017. The high temperature and drought phenomenon in the 2018 summer caused the corn yield to be low. As well as temperature, precipitation is an important climatic factor in corn production. As a result of climate impact vulnerability assessment, the vulnerability has increased recently compared to the past. It is anticipated that if the high temperature phenomenon and drought caused by climate change continues, a damage in corn production will occur.

        The aim of this study was to select compounds for the standardization of fermented Kalopanax pictus Nakai (KP-F), to develop the analysis method using HPLC-PDA and to perform method validation. KP-F is a fermented powder developed to improve the original physiological activities and create a new functionality. Eleutheroside E, Acanthoside B, and Syringaresinol were selected as the standard compounds and developed our own method for simultaneous analysis. The analyte was isolated using C18 column with a gradient elution of 0.05 M phosphoric acid in water and methanol as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL/min and detected at 210 nm. As a result, all standard compounds showed good linearity with an R2 (coefficient of correlation) of 1.000 and for the limit of detection range of 0.710~0.831 μg/mL, and the limit of quantification as 2.150~2.520 μg/mL. The precision was RSD (%) of less than 4.80%, while the accuracy was 4.70%>RSD (%) for the range 102.44~110.48%. In conclusion, the developed analysis method is suitable for the detection of Eleutheroside E, Acanthoside B, and Syringaresinol in KP-F.

        The algal blooms in stagnant streams and lakes have caused many problems. Excessive algae leads to disturbance of ecosystem and overload of water treatment processes. Therefore, phosphorus(P), source of algal blooms, should be controlled. In this study, a filtration trench has been developed to convert dissolved phosphorus into hydroxyapatite(HAP) so that it could be crystallized on the surface of ‘phosphorus removal granular material’; and residual particulate phosphorus could be removed by additional precipitation and filtration. The front and rear parts of filtration trench consisted of ‘phosphorus removal granular material contact bed’ and ‘limestone filtration bed’, respectively. As a result of the column test using phosphorus removal granular material and limestone serially, PO4-P was removed more than 90% when EBCT(empty bed contact time) of the contact bed was over 20 minutes; and T-P represented 60% of removal efficiency when total EBCT was over 1.5 hours. The results of column tests to figure out the sedimentation characteristics showed that more than 90% of particulate phosphorus could be removed within 24 hours. It was necessary to optimize the filtration part in order to increase removal efficiency of T-P additionally. Also, it was confirmed through the simulation of Visual MINTEQ that most of particulate phosphorus in the column tests is the form of HAP. Based on the results of the study, it could be suggested that the design parameters are over 0.5 hour of EBCT for phosphorus removal granular material contact bed and over 1.5 hours of EBCT for limestone filtration bed.

        본 연구에서는 강유전성 고분자를 이용하여 제작된 100 nm 이하 두께를 가지는 박막형 커페시터의 측정 주파수에 따른 분극 반전 특성을 측정, 분석하였다. 고정된 박막 두께에 대해, 인가되는 최고 전기장의 세기가 증가할수록 더 높은 항전계에서 분극 반전이 발생되었다. 고정된 최고 전기장에 대해, 박막의 두께에 무관하게 같은 항전계에서 분극 반전이 발생되었다. 모든 측정에서 로그스케일 전기장 및 로그스케일 주파수의 관계에서 약 0.12 ± 0.01의 비례 상수를 보였다. 결과적으로, 강유전체 고분자 커페시터가 40 nm 두께까지는 size effect 없이 일정한 분극 반전 특성을 보였다. 본 연구는 저전압 동작 고분자 메모리 소자의 동작 예측에 유용할 것이므로 저전압에서 동작 가능한 고분자 메모리 소자의 가능성을 보여준다.

        Water quality improvement processes for stagnant area consist mainly of technologies applying vegetation and artificial water circulation, and these existing technologies have some limits to handle pollution loads effectively. To improve the purification efficiency, eco-friendly technologies should be developed that can reinforce self-purification functions. In this study, a multi-functional floating island combined with physical · chemical · biological functions (① flotation and oxidization using microbubbles, ② vegetation purification and ③ bio-filtration with improved adsorption capacity) has been developed and basic experiments were performed to determine the optimal combination conditions for each unit process. It has been shown that it is desirable to operate the microbubble unit process under conditions greater than 3.5 kgf/cm2. In vegetation purification unit process, Yellow Iris (Iris pseudacorus) was suggested to be suitable considering water quality, landscape improvement and maintenance. When granular red-mud was applied to the bio-filtration unit process, it was found that T-P removal efficiency was good and its value was also stable for various linear velocity conditions. The appropriate thickness of filter media was suggested between 30 and 45 cm. In this study, the optimal design and operating parameters of the multi-functional floating island have been presented based on the results of the basic experiments of each unit process.

        The study was conducted to determine effects on forage productivity, feed value, grazing intensity and livestock productivity in growing Korean native female goat grazing in native pasture. Its with average initial body weight of 14.10±3.6kg and an average age of 4 months were used in this study. Dry matter content of native pasture was the highest at 33.48 ± 2.56% in June, and the content was significantly increased from spring to autumn (p<0.05). Crude protein was maintained between 11% and 12% on average. Nutrient content was maintained at a certain level in native pasture, but there were differences due to the different types of wild grasses produced in each season. The productivity of forage crops increased from June, but decreased after August and showed a characteristic of grassland where productivity decreased rapidly in spring and autumn. The average grazing intensity are 39 head/ha. Black goat average daily gain was 80.2g/d. The stable weight gain in grazing is that the nutrient requirement of the black goat was met by supplementing the concentrated feed during grazing. study, can be expected that the productivity of livestock can be increased through the proper feeding of supplementary feed and maintenance of grazing intensity

        작은뿌리파리는 넓은 기주 범위를 가지며 시설하우스에서 피해를 주는 주요 해충이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방제 방법을 연구하기 위해 재현성 있는 사육방법을 개발보급시켜야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 실내에서 작은뿌리파리에 대한 대량사육시스템을 구축하고 생태적 특성을 연구하였다. 작은뿌리파리의 온도별 발육을 조사한 결과, 20℃에서 부화율, 용화율, 우화율이 가장 높았으며, 성충을 제외한 발육기간이 20.8일로 가장 짧았다. 성충수명은 온도가 높아질수록 수명이 짧아졌으며, 20℃에서 평균 144개로 가장 많이 산란하였다. 작은뿌리파리 유충 사육배지 조성이 유충 발육에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 물한천배지와 감자디스크배지가 부화율 84.7, 84.4%로 높았으며, 유충기간은 감자디스크배지가 14.7 일로 가장 짧았다. 용화율, 우화율은 감자디스크배지가 85.2, 82.6%로 가장 높았고 산란수도 125.6개로 가장 높았다. 우화케이지에서 생육배지를 선발한 결과, 우화율은 원예용 상토 50% + 톱밥 25% + 잘게 간 감자 25% 배지가 접종 14일차의 우화율이 88.4%로 가장 높았다. 우화케이지의 생육배지 적정 접종밀도는 유충 1,000개 접종 시 84.7%로 가장 높았고, 유충 3,000, 5,000, 7,000개 접종시 81.4, 58.8, 38.7%로 유충 접종량이 많을수록 우화율이 낮았다. 위 실험 결과에 따라 작은뿌리파리의 대량사육시스템의 사육단계별 자세한 사항을 정리하였다.

        One of the major sources causing eutrophication and algal blooms of lakes or streams is phosphorus which comes from point and nonpoint pollution sources. HAP (hydroxyapatite) crystallization using granular alkaline materials can achieve the decrease of phosphorus load from wastewater treatment plants and nonpoint pollution control facilities. In order to induce HAP crystal formation, continuous supply of calcium and hydroxyl ions is required. In this research, considering HAP crystallization, several types of lime-based granular alkaline materials were prepared, and the elution characteristics of calcium and hydroxyl ions of each were analyzed. Also, column tests were performed to verify phosphorus removal efficiencies of granular alkaline materials. Material_1 (gypsum+cement mixed material) achieved the highest pH values in the column tests consistently, also, Material_2 (gypsum+slag mixed material) and Material_3 (calcined limestone material) achieved over pH 9.0 for 240 hours (10 days) and proved the efficiencies of long-term ion supplier for HAP crystallization. In the column tests using Material_3, considerable pH increase and phosphorus removal were carried out according to each linear velocity and filtration depth. T-P removal efficiencies were 87.0, 84.0, 68.0% and those of PO4-P 100.0, 97.0, 80.0% for linear velocity of 1.0, 2.5, 5.0 m/hr respectively. Based on the column test results, the applicability of phosphorus removal processes for small-scale wastewater treatment plants and nonpoint pollution control facilities was found out.

        Ceramic membranes can be applied under extreme operating conditions such as low pH, high pressure and high temperature. In particular SiC has excellent mechanical properties and also has excellent properties related to membrane performance. However, high processing temperature increases cost of SiC products and thus limit’s its use. In this study oxidation bonding technique was used to fabricate cost-effective SiC microfiltration membrane at low temperature. The oxidation behavior at different thermal treatments was related with pore morphology and ultimately the membrane permeability. We have found that the membrane made by coating of oxidation bonded SiC layer over clay-bonded SiC support, sintered at 1000-1100°C could make a defect-free microfiltration membrane with pure water permeability above 700 LMH per bar. The membrane has narrow pore size distribution with average pore size about 0.1 μm.
