        An analytical method was developed for the determination of sedaxane in agricultural products using liquid chromatograph-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and partitioned with dichloromethane to remove the interference, and then purified by using silica SPE cartridges to clean up. The analytes were quantified and confirmed by using LC-MS/MS in positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). The matrix-matched calibration curves were linear over the calibration ranges (0.001- 0.25 μg/mL) into a blank extract with r 2>0.99. For validation, recovery tests were carried out at three different concentration levels (LOQ, 10LOQ, and 50LOQ, n=5) with five replicates performed at each level. The recoveries were ranged between 74.5 to 100.8% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of less than 12.1% for all analytes. All values were consistent with the criteria ranges requested in the Codex guidelines (CAC/GL 40, 2003) and Food Safety Evaluation Department guidelines (2016). The proposed analytical method was accurate, effective and sensitive for sedaxane determination in agricultural commodities.

        Validamycin A is an aminoglycoside fungicide produced by Streptomyces hygroscopicus that inhibits trehalase. The purpose of this study was to develop a method for detecting validamycin A in agricultural samples to establish MRL values for use in Korea. The validamycin A residues in samples were extracted using methanol/ water (50/50, v/v) and purified with a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) cartridges. The analyte was quantified and confirmed by liquid chromatograph-tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) in positive ion mode using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Matrix-matched calibration curves were linear over the calibration ranges (0.005~0.5 ng) into a blank extract with R2 > 0.99. The limits of detection and quantification were 0.005 and 0.01 mg/kg, respectively. For validation validamycin A, recovery studies were carried out three different concentration levels (LOQ, LOQ × 10, LOQ × 50, n = 5) with five replicates at each level. The average recovery range was from 72.5~118.3%, with relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 10.3%. All values were consistent with the criteria ranges requested in the Codex guidelines (CAC/GL 40-1993, 2003) and the NIFDS (National Institute of Food and Drug Safety) guideline (2016). Therefore, the proposed analytical method is accurate, effective and sensitive for validamycin A determination in agricultural commodities.

        A method was developed for the simultaneous detection of an antibiotic fungicide, streptomycin, and its metabolite (dihydrostreptomycin) in agricultural products using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted using methanol adjusted to pH 3 using formic acid, and purified with a HLB (Hydrophilic lipophilic balance) cartridge. The matrix-matched calibration curves were constructed using seven concentration levels, from 0.001 to 0.1 mg/kg, and linearity of five agricultural products (hulled rice, potato, soybean, mandarin, green pepper), with coefficients of determination (R2) ≥ 0.9906, for streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin. The mean recoveries at three fortification levels (LOQ, LOQ × 10, LOQ × 50, n = 5) were from 72.0~116.5% and from 72.1~116.0%, and relative standard deviations were less than 12.3% and 12.5%, respectively. The limits of quantification (LOQ) were 0.01 mg/kg, which are satisfactory for quantification levels corresponding with the Positive List System. All optimized results satisfied the criteria ranges requested in the Codex guidelines and the Food Safety Evaluation Department guidelines. The present study could serve as a reference for the establishment of maximum residue limits and be used as basic data for detection of streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin in food.

        A numerical approach for ventilated disc brake with holes is carried out to investigate the effect of holes on the heat transfer characteristics. The numerical simulation code STAR-CCM+ is utilized to calculate flow and temperature fields with polyhedral meshes. The steady state results show that the holes make the flow velocity on the outer surface increasing, which induce the improvement of convective heat transfer on the outer surface. In the ventilated channel with holes, the convective heat transfer can be reduced due to the inflow of hot air through holes. In unsteady state, the disc has reached the highest temperature in 1,8s since the brake was engaged. The surface of disc without holes has maximum temperatures along the ventilated channels, while the surface temperatures of dis with holes are uniform.

        Mugiyeondang(舞沂蓮塘) is the garden that the provincial noble family in Yeongnam(嶺南) has constructed since the late Joseon period. Mugiyeondang is well known as a typical case of traditional garden in Joseon period. But it is also an exceptional case because of its informal layout that infers gradual space transition. This study aims to establish the historical story of the garden beyond the superficial description about existing spatial status and literature materials. Mugiyeondang had been constructed by seven generations of the family during two hundred years, and there were significant events at every transition points. The figure and name of elements reflects each historical change of the family. Mugiyeondang is an important case to notice that a garden was not just a subsidiary space for mere leisure life of the gentry of Joseon period, But it was an important for some families as their representative and symbolic space.

        최근 한국 사회는 반려견을 키우는 인구가 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 한국 사회의 주거환경 특성상 소형 견종을 반려하는 가정이 많은데, 시츄, 말티즈, 푸들 등이 이에 해당한다. 이들 견종은 흐르는 눈물 과다로 인한 문제를 겪는 대표적인 견종이다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 현재 시중에는 이미 다양한 제품이 나와 있으나 그중 몇 가지 제품에서 타일로신이 발견되어 논란이 되었다. 타일로신은 설사 위장장애 등의 부작용을 야기하여 수의사의 처방이 필요한 항생제이다. 이 때문에 한약재(Compound A, Compound B)을 활용하여 부작용이 없는 안전한 보조제를 개발하고자 한다. 실험에 참여하는 반려견의 몸무게에 비례하여 2주간 보조제를 복용하고 눈물검사키트를 사용하여 전과 후를 비교하고 육안으로 확인되는 변화를 관찰한다. 실험 결과 전체적으로 흐르는 눈물의 양이 감소하였고, 부가적으로 발견한 효과로 눈물양이 부족하거나 과다한 반려견의 눈물양이 정상화된 것을 발견할 수 있었다.

        목적 : 본 연구는 2011년부터 2015년까지 게재된 대한작업치료학회지의 연구를 중심으로 최근 작업치료 의 주요 연구 분야와 동향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2011년 3월부터 2015년 12월까지 대한작업치료학회지에 수록된 총 206편의 논문을 대상으 로 연구형태, 질적 수준, 연구대상자, 연구분야 등을 분석하였다. 결과 : 분석결과 최근 5년 동안 대한작업치료학회지에 투고된 논문들의 연구형태는 기술적 연구가 전체의 45.1%로 가장 많았고, 다음으로 실험연구, 평가도구 연구, 고찰연구 순이었다. 연구의 질적 수준은 4단 계가 전체의 56.8%로 가장 많았고, 연구 설계는 조사연구와 평가도구 개발 및 신뢰도, 타당도 연구 순 으로 나타났다. 연구대상은 성인, 노인, 아동 순이었고, 연구대상자로는 성인과 노인분야에서 뇌졸중이 가장 많았으며, 아동은 뇌성마비, 전반적 발달장애, 지적장애 순으로 나타났다. 연구의 독립변인으로 인 지치료와 작업기반 작업치료가 가장 많이 사용되었고, 종속변인으로 상지기능과 심리사회적 요인이 가장 많이 측정하였다. 기술적 조사 연구의 주제는 작업치료정책 및 관련연구, 일상생활활동, 인지영역에 대한 조사 순으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 최근 5년간 대한작업치료학회지에 게재된 연구의 형태와 수준, 연구대상자, 연구분 야로 나누어 연구동향을 파악할 수 있었다. 이는 추후 한국작업치료의 연구방향과 교육방향을 계획하는 데 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

        Excessive salt intake in body induces health risks resulting in high blood pressure or heart diseases. Therefore, the low salt concentration and salt-tasted food is needed by means of the modification of the manufacturing process. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of inhomogeneous salt localization in bread to enhance the saltiness of encapsulated salt. 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0% of liposome encapsulated salt (LS) was added into the baking of white pan bread. The final salt concentration was adjusted to 2.0% by addition of salt. After baking the bread, moisture content, loaf volume, fermentation rate, color, texture analysis, salt release rate, and sensory test were measured. From this study, moisture content had no significant difference in control and treatments (p>0.05), except for 2.0% LS. The lightness in all treatments was higher than the control’s (p<0.05), whereas there was no significant difference in hardness (p>0.05). From the sensory test, the bread added 2.0% LS showed the highest value from the salty taste. Moreover, it is related to the highest release rate of salt represented at 2.0% LS. In conclusion, the salty intensity of bread can be enhanced by the salt localization using the encapsulation of salt.

        To improve the shelf-life of mushrooms, Lentinula edodes GNA01 mushrooms were treated with gel packs containing slow-released chlorine dioxide (ClO2) gas at 5~10 ppm for 5 days at 20℃ and the weight loss rate as well as the changes in pH, color and texture properties of the treated samples were investigated. The weight of the control and ClO2 gas treated samples were decreased slightly, and there were no differences during the storage period. However, the weight of the control changed faster than those of the ClO2 gas treated samples during storage period. The pH in the control and in the ClO2 gas treated samples were decreased during storage period, but the samples treated with 5 and 7 ppm ClO2 gas were the least changed. On the other hand, the samples treated with 10 ppm ClO2 gas showed no difference from the other treatments during 4 days, but the pH was lower than that of the control on the fifth day. The lightness of inside and outside in mushroom were decreased whereas redness and yellowness were increased during storage period. However, color changes in the ClO2 gas treated samples were lower than those of the control. Especially, the samples treated with 5 and 7 ppm ClO2 gas were the least changed. The texture of the mushroom were decreased consistently during storage period. The texture of the control changed faster than those of the ClO2 gas treatments during 5 days. Especially, the samples treated 5 ppm ClO2 gas were the least changed.
