본 연구는 호흡마사지법으로 생체에너지(기) 순환을 고찰하고자 하였다. 수 천 년 전부터 자연과의 조화를 통해 깨달음을 얻은 선조들은 자연호흡법으로 기에너지의 생성과 승강운동조절을 통하여 무병장수 하였으며, 춥고 배고픈 시절에 복부의 소중함을 체험한 할머니는 부드러운 약손으로 생명의 바다인 복부를 통해 질병을 치유해 주셨다. 이처럼 자연호흡과 할머니의 부드러운 약손의 감성인식 및 동양의학의 핵심내용인 기일원론(氣一元論)의 바탕으로 배꼽호흡테라피가 형성되었다. 자연호흡과 약손 마사지로 기 에너지의 생성과 승강운동을 통하여 복부를 다스려 자연계와 인체내·외의 동태적 평형상태를 유지시킴으로써 몸과 마음의 변화를 가져와 자연스럽게 질병을 치유하여 신체의 항상성을 유지시켜주는 자연치유법이라 할 수 있다. 배꼽호흡테라피를 적극 활용될 수 있는 실무 확산의 계기를 마련하고, 이를 통해 과학적인 임상연구 실무적용에 널리 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

This paper purports to investigate the statistical basic principles through "TRIZ-used 6-sigma integrated activity design" and further, to raise "the importance of measuring technical innovative activities based on 6-sigma integrated design methodology by organization". This paper intends to investigate how the activities of the best conditions, which are necessary for the stage of 6-sigma design, are chosen in the TPM-based 6-sigma integration activities. And it will examine the options, when used together with other technique, in the probability statistical methodology. Through the combination of the situations which are chosen when activity techniques, which are mostly used for production and technology, and 6-sigma integration activities are used together, it intends to practically use as the basic data for company standards.

Fas ligand (FasL) and its receptor Fas have been implicated in granulosa cell apoptosis during follicular atresia. Although interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) is believed to be involved in the regulation Fas expression in differentiated granulosa or granulosa-luteal cells, the expression of this cytokine and its role in the regulation of the granulosa cell Fas/FasL system and apoptosis during follicular maturation have not been thoroughly investigated. In the present study, we have examined the presence of IFN-γ in ovarian follicles at different stage of development by immunohistochemistry and related their relative intensities with follicular expression of Fas and FasL, and with differences in granulosa cell sensitivity to Fas activation by exogenous agonistic Anti-Fas monoclonal antibody (Fas mAb). Although IFN-γ immunostaining was detectable in oocyte and granulosa cells in antral follicles, most intense immunoreactivity for the cytokine was observed in these cells of preantral follicles. Intense immunoreactivity for IFN-γ was most evident in granulosa cells of atretic early antral follicles where increased Fas and FasL expression and apoptosis were also observed. Whereas low concentrations of IFN-γ (10-100 U/mL) significantly increased Fas expression in undifferentiated granulosa cells (from preantral or very early antral follicles) in vitro, very higher concentrations (≥ 1,000 U/mL) were required to up-regulate of Fas in differentiated cells isolated from eCGprimed (antral) follicles. Addition of agonistic Fas mAb to cultures of granulosa cells at the two stages of differentiation and pretreated with IFN-γ (100 U/mL) elicited morphological and biochemical apoptotic features which were more prominent in cells not previously exposed to the gonadotropin in vivo. These findings suggested that IFN-γ is an important physiologic intra-ovarian regulator of follicular atresia and plays a pivotal role in regulation of expression of Fas receptor and subsequent apoptotic response in undifferentiated (or poorly differentiated) granulosa cells at an early (penultimate) stage of follicular development.

Nach dem § 5 Abs. 1 Satz 3 des ‘Gesetz zum Anziehen des elektronische Fußfessel zur Lageverfolgung der bestimmten Sexualstraftätern’ wird ein Person, wer wegen den über zweimal Strafdelikten bestraft wird, eine elektronischen Überwachung urteilt. Ein Problem ist, ob ein Person, wer früher eine Schutzmaßnahme für Jugendliche urteilt wurde, Das koreanische Jugendstrafrecht definiert Personen unter Vollendung des 19. lebensjahres als “Jugendliche”. Ferner bestimmt das koreanische Jugendstrafrecht die zwie Grundarten der jugendstrafrechtlichen Santionierung, d.h. Schutzmaßnahme und Strafmaßnahme. Nach dem § 32 Abs. 6 werden Jugendliche wegen des Vorlebens, das sie eine Schutzmaßnahme urteilt wurden, nicht benachteiligt.Die Bindung der Auslegung an die Wortlautgrenze ist keineswegs willkürlich, sondern ergibt sich aus den staat- und strafrechtlichen Grundlagen des Gesetzlichkeitsprinzips. Solche Auslegung des Gesetzes startet vom Sinn des Wortes, aber sie wird vom Zweck des Gesetzes abgegrenzt. D.h. eine Interpretation im Rahmen des möglichen Wortsinnes kann die Präventivwirkung des Gesetzes sichdem und eine verbotsüberbestrtung vorwerfbar machen.Meiner Meinung nach, ein Vorleben der Schutzmaßnahme darf nicht eine Voraussetzung des § 5 Abs. 1 Satz 3 des ‘Gesetz zum Anziehen des elektronische Fußfessel zur Lageverfolgung der bestimmten Sexualstraftätern’ anerkennt werden.

Der Gesetzgeber geht davon aus, daß der Erwachsene, der strafrechtliches Unrecht verwirklicht, normalerweise schuldfähig ist. Er regelt daher nicht die Schuldfähigkeit, sondern deren ausnahmsweises Fehlen(Schuldunfähigkeit). Nach dem § 10 kor. StGB wird nicht bestraft, wer wegen einer psychiatrischen Störung ohne Einsichts- und Steuerungsfähigkeit handelt. Zu den psychiatrischen Störungen gehören die krankhafte seelische Störung, Schwachsinn und die tiefgreifende Bewußtseinsstörung. Momentan passierten in Korea einige schwere Sexualdelikte gegen Kinder. Deshalb kommt “Pädophilie” bei der Schuldfähigkeitsbeurteilung in Beracht. Aber unser Gericht anerkannt Pädophilie nicht als eine psychiatrische Störung. Die um die Entwicklung objektiver Abgrenzungskriterien bemühten psychiatrischen Klassifikationssysteme sind für die rechtliche Schuldfähigkeitsbeurteilung zwar nicht verbindlich und enthalten insbesondere keine Angaben darüber, ob und inwieweit die bescriebenen Defekte die Schuldfähigkeit des Täters beeinträchtigen. Aber wenn die solche Störung(Pädophilie) Krankheitswert hat, müssen ihre möglichen Auswirkungen auf die Einsichts- und Steuerungsfähigkeit beurteilt werden.
