This study was successfully achieved out the optimized system for dispersing and mixing condition of resin liquid. The flow analysis was simulated according to the shape of the impeller and the stirring tank using ANSYS software and optimized in advanced design. As a result, it was confirmed that the shape and double number of the impeller on the flow field are influenced better effects in a range of mixing and diffusion areas comparing to single number of impeller. It was considered that stirring was performed more quickly and efficiently under the condition of double numbers and saw tooth type impeller. This result can be applied practically for the mixing tank in the industrial application and avaliable used to make a new system for painting equipment.

먹거리의 국제화에 따라 식품이나 식품원료의 수입이 급증하고 식품규제에 대하여 국제적 조율이 강조되는 등 먹거리를 둘러싼 환경이 크게 변하고 있다. 식품산업도 고품질을 유지하면서 안전성을 확보하는 것이 시급해졌는데 안전성 확보에는 미생물학적, 물리적 위해(이물질 혼입 등)와 함께 식품첨가물, 잔류농약 등의 화학적 위해분석을 빠뜨릴 수 없다. 이들 먹거리의 안전성평가기술의 대표적인 것이 HACCP이다. HACCP절차는 식품가공과 식품저장의 모든 형태에서 식품안전을 확인하는 필수요소이다. 전통적인 최종제품검사가 품질결함을 찾아내기 위한 것이라면 HACCP은 식품의 안전성 결함을 방지하기 위하여 제품계통이나 가공인자 그리고 실제운전에 규제사항을 설계하는 것이다. 본보는 HACCP시스템에 필요한 기기를 중점적으로 요약한 것이다.

시판 간장이 유통되는 동안에 가스가 형성되어 품질을 저하시키는 문제가 발생되고 있어서 가스가 형성된 시판간장에서 효모를 분리하여 동정하였다. 가스가 발생된 시판간장에서 6개의 효모(SS-1, SS-2, SS-3, SS-4, SP-1, SP-2)를 분리하였는데, 그 중 3가지(SS-1, SS-2, SP-1) 효모는 막을 형성하였고, 나머지 (SS-3, SS-4, SP-2) 효모는 막을 형성하지 않았다. 분리된 효모중 SS-3를 제외하고는 간장에서 가스를 형성하였다. SS-3균주는 발효력이 약한 효모인 것 같다. SS-1, SS-2, SP-1는 Zygosaccharomyces rouxii var. halomembrains(산막효모)로 SS-4, SP-2는 Zygosaccharomyces rouxii(비산막 효모)로 동정되었고, SS-3는 Candida globosa(비산막 효모)로 동정되었다.

Background: We evaluated the effect of ulinastatin on paw withdrawal threshold (PWT), IL-6, and IL-10 in SD rats after spinal nerve ligation (SNL). Methods: Group C received N/S and Group E received ulinastatin IV for three days following SNL. PWT, IL-6, and IL-10 were measured on the 3rd, 5th, and 7th day. Results: Group E showed higher PWT compared to group C. IL-6 was lower in group E than in group C. No differences in IL-10 were observed between group C and group E. Conclusion: Ulinastatin increased the PWT and its effect appears to be involved with IL-6, not IL-10.
