코로나바이러스감영증-19 사태가 전세계를 강타하면서, 우리는 기존과 다르게 변해가는 일상 에 적응하는 뉴노멀 시대를 맞이 하였다. 코로나19 이후, 방송, 강의분야 등 문화예술계에도 비대면 문화가 급속도로 확산되고, 방송업계는 랜선방청제도를 도입하여 화상시스템을 통한 온 라인 실시간 방청을 제공하여 관객의 참여를 유도하고 있으며, 강의행사 분야도 화상회의 시 스템을 활용한 진행과 유튜브 플랫폼을 활용한 실시간 송출의 비대면 형태로 진행되고 있다. 이러한 비대면 참여환경은 물리적 스테이지의 한계, 음향 촬영 구도의 아쉬움, 현장감, 생동감 등 몰입적 측면에서의 한계가 존재하고, 언택트 방송 및 공연의 경우 음향과 촬영구도가 아쉬 운 부분으로 꼽히며 현장과의 괴리감, 집중하고 싶은 장면을 선택하여 볼수 없다는 한계도 지 닌다. 비대면 강의 경우에도 일상에서 쉼 없이 이어지는 비대면 참여 환경에 ZOOM Fatigue 라는 신조어가 등장할 만큼 비대면 환경에서의 집중력과 흥미를 잃어가는 현상이 나타나고 있 다. 이처럼 코로나19로 인한 변화가 일상화되면서 인류의 역사는 코로나19 (BC, Before Corona), (AC, After Corona) 나뉠 것이라는 예측이 일기도 한다. 무엇보다 코로나19로 인 해 인류의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화, 교육등 모든 영역이 대변화를 맞은 가운데 가장 큰 변화는 물리적 접촉이 최소화되면서 Untact문화가 확산됐다는 점이다.

문화유산은 조상들의 문화중에서 후손들에게 물려줄 만한 가치가 있는 것을 말한다.[1] 우리의 문화유산을 우리의 역사, 정체성, 그리고 자부심을 담고 있으며, 이를 통해 우리는 과거의 삶 과 지식, 그리고 경험을 재조명하고 이해할 수 있다. 우리의 문화유산을 보전하고 전파하는 것 은 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해 우리는 문화콘텐츠와 IT기술의 융합적인 미디어아트를 활용하여 이를 알리고자 한다. 이러한 미디어 아트는 국내외 관광객들에게 우리의 문화유산을 소개하는 데 더욱 효과적이다. 전남의 3대 별서정원은 이러한 문화유산 전파의 중요한 장소로서, 다양한 콘텐츠를 통해 우리의 문화유산을 소개하고 있다. 이를 다중디스플레이를 활용한 문화관광 콘 텐츠로 더욱 널리 알리고 우리문화의 보존과 계승에 크게 기여한다.

In order to assess the relative importance of providing rural life services for the sustainability of rural communities and determine their prioritization, this study employed Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to derive the relative importance of sectors and items in the realm of life services influencing the quality of rural life. A survey was conducted with three groups of experts. Group I consisted of experts in rural life services and rural environmental research (22 individuals), Group II included government officials responsible for implementing rural agreements in pilot areas (18 individuals), and Group III comprised executives from the Rural Life Improvement Association and 4-H organization working towards improving rural life and society (20 individuals). The analysis results revealed the following facilities as top priority in their respective categories: ‘National and Public Childcare Centers’ for ‘Childcare,’ Elementary and Middle Schools for ‘Education,’ Senior Welfare Facilities for ‘Welfare,’ Cultural Centers and Local Cultural Facilities for ‘Culture,’ Public Sports Facilities for ‘Sports,’ Emergency Medical Services for ‘Healthcare,’ Commercial Facilities in daily routines for ‘Commercial and Residential Services,’ Emergency Safety Agencies for ‘Administration and Security,’ and rural village Shelter for ‘Leisure and Rest.'

기후 변화의 가속화로 국내 제주 및 남부 지방을 중심으로 열대 및 아열대 작물의 재배 및 소비가 증가하는 추세이다.오크라는 식용적 가치가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 품종별 고유의 꼬 투리와 잎의 색은 관상적 가치가 있어 조경 식물로 많이 사용 되고 있다. 본 연구는 도심 내 옥상 온실에 관상식물인 오크 라를 도입하기 위해 피트모스와 펄라이트 비율에 따른 기초 종자 발아 및 육묘기 실험을 진행하였다. 피트모스와 펄라이 트 비율은 PT:PL=1:2, 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 네 가지로 조성하였다. 발 아율은 파종 후 7일차부터 다른 처리구에 비해 피트모스:펄라 이트=1:2의 처리구에서 가장 높았다. 파종 후 28일차와 70일 차에 줄기길이, 경경, 뿌리길이, 지상부와 지하부의 생체중과 건물중 그리고 엽면적은 피트모스:펄라이트=1:2 처리구에서 가장 높았다. 그러나, 파종 후 56일 이후부터 엽수는 피트모 스:펄라이트=1:2, 2:1, 4:1 처리구에서 감소하였다. 피트모스: 펄라이트=1:1, 2:1, 4:1 처리구에서 식물이 필요로 하는 피트 모스의 비율이 지나치게 높아 높은 피트모스 비율로 인하여 수분함수량이 과도하게 높아 식물이 고사한 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 오크라를 관상식물로 활용하기 위해서는 피트모스와 펄라이트를 1:2로 혼합한 배지가 가장 적합하다.

The aim of this study was to determine the therapeutic effects of beauty care on negative mental health, including stress and depression. Nail care, massage care, and makeup were used as programs for beauty therapy. Qualitative research was conducted with six female participants over five-month period. After interviewing the subjects in advance, beauty care treatments were performed every week 4 weeks in the following order: nail care, massage, and makeup. The results are as follows, First, the participants perceived beauty care in the form of 4 concepts: “courtesy in social life,” “investment in oneself,” “self-satisfaction,” and “self-care.” Second, the effects of beauty therapy were categorized as “psychological effects,” “confidence,” “behavioral changes,” “evaluation of others,” and “positive social effects.” Third, each subject showed different psychological effects during the process when the function of the therapy took effect through the beauty care treatment. It was confirmed that confidence levels increased as a result of treatment through the process of becoming re-aware of oneself. Positive statements from the participants included: “I want to go out,” “I have become kind and positive to others,” “I have become more active in a given task,” and “It seems that my work ability is improving.” Finally, t-test results for selfesteem, depression, and stress showed there were significant differences in self-esteem and depression. This confirmed that self- esteem increased, and depression decreased after the beauty care treatment.

Recent incidents of state terrorism, including the assassination of Kim Jong-Nam, the murder (and attempted murder) of persons with strong ties to Russia, and the Jamal Khashoggi assassination, demonstrate cruelty while implying the involvement of the state, unlike other acts of terrorism since the Second World War. This trend denies the efforts of the international community, which has suppressed physical punishment including the death penalty in modern times and has achieved advances in human rights and humanitarianism under contemporary international law. Accordingly, this paper utilizes Michel Foucault’s indications regarding prison to reconsider recent cases of state terrorism from a broader perspective while taking into consideration the historical background of conventional terrorism and the development of international terrorism-related treaties.
