        집단 내 갈등연구는 갈등의 유형을 과업갈등과 관계갈등으로 분리하여 집단성과에 미치는 서로 다른 영향에 초점을 맞추었지만, 대다수의 선행연구는 관계갈등뿐만 아니라 과업갈등도 집단성과에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고하고 있다. 또한 과업갈등과 관계갈등 사이에서 관찰되는 밀접한 정(+)의 상관 관계로 두 갈등 유형간의 전이효과에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 크게 두 가지로 나눌 수 있다. 첫째, 집단 내 갈등유형 간의 전이과정을 약화시킬 수 있는 집단 내 전반적 공정성 풍토의 조절역할을 살펴보고, 둘째, 집단 구성원들이 지각하는 전반적 공정성 풍토가 과업갈등이 집단성과에 긍정적인 영향을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 하나의 상황 조건인지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해, 83개 작업 집단을 대상으로 설문 자료를 수집하였다. 조절회귀분석 결과, 관계갈등과 과업갈등 간의 관계에 전반적 공정성 풍토의 조절효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 전반적 공정성 풍토가 낮을 때, 관계갈등과 과업갈등 사이에 정(+)의 상관관계가 강하게 나타났지만, 전반적 공정성 풍토가 높을 때, 두 갈등 유형간의 상관관계는 많이 약화되었다. 또한 과업갈등과 집단성과 간의 관계에 대한 전반적 공정성 풍토의 조절효과도 유의미하게 나타났다. 전반적 공정성 풍토가 낮게 지각 될 때, 과업갈등은 집단성과에 부(-)의 효과가 강하게 나타났지만, 전반적 공정성 풍토가 높게 지각될 때, 집단성과에 대한 과업갈등의 부(-)의 효과는 더 이상 나타나지 않았다

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the seismic retrofit performance for a reinforced concrete structure with steel damper. The nonlinear static analysis of the RC frame specimens with and without retrofit using the steel damper was conducted and the reliability of the analysis was verified by comparing the analysis and test results. Using this analysis model and method, additional nonlinear analysis was conducted considering varying stiffness and strength ratios between RC frame and steel damper and the failure mode of RC frame. As the result of the study, the total absorbed energy increased and the damage of RC frame was reduced as stiffness and strength ratios increased. The seismic retrofit performance, evaluated by means of the yield strength, increasing ratio of the absorbed energy and damage of the frame, increased linear proportionally with the increase of the strength ratio. In addition, the seismic retrofit performance was stable for stiffness ratios larger than 4~5. The energy absorption capacity of the frame governed by shear failure was better than that of the frame governed by flexure failure.

        In this paper, the a static experiment of on two reinforced concrete (RC) frame sub‐assemblages was conducted to evaluate the seismic behaviors of existing RC frames that were not designed to support a seismic load. The specimens were a one span and actual‐sized. One of them had two columns with the same stiffness, but the other had two columns with different stiffness values. As Regarding the test results, lots of many cracks occurred on the surfaces of the columns and beam‐column joints for the two specimens, but the cover concrete splitting hardly occurred was minimal until the test ends. In the case of the specimen with the same stiffness offor the two columns, the flexural collapse of the left‐side column occurred. However, in the case of the specimen with different stiffness values for of the two columns, the beam‐column joint finally collapsed, even though the shear strength of the joint was designed to be strong enough to support the lateral collapse load. The nonlinear Nonlinear static analysis of the two specimens was also conducted using the uniaxial spring model, and the analytical results successfully simulated the nonlinear behaviour of the specimens in accordance with the test results.

        본 논문은 전단벽과 슬래브, 인방보의 연결부재로 구성되는 독특한 구조형식으로 이루어진 국내 철근콘크리트(RC)조 공동주택의 지진거동을 정확하게 평가하기 위한 방법을 제시하기 위한 기초연구이다. 이를 위하여 인방보의 유무에 따른 RC조 전단벽식부분구조 실험체 2개에 대하여 선형 스프링모델에 의한 비선형 정적해석을 실시하고 기존의 실험결과와 비교 ‧ 분석하여 그 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 인방보가 없는 실험체의 경우, 해석결과가 실험결과에 의한 비선형 거동을 정확히 모사하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 인방보가 있는 실험체의 경우, 해석결과의 경우, 정방향 가력시 실험결과 보다 작은 실험체의 변형으로 인방보에 의한 커플링 효과를 기대할수 없게 되면서, 해석결과가 실험결과보다 재하시의 동일 변형에서의 내력과 잔류변형 등을 작게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다.

        Plate-Penetrometer를 사용(使用)하여 Gedtextile로 보강된 지반(地盤)의 지지력(支持力) 상승효과(上昇效果)를 고찰(考察)한 결과(結果) 다음과 같은 결론(結論)을 얻었다. 1. Geotextile의 포설층수(鋪設層數)를 3층(層)까지 증가(增加)하는 동안 BCR은 증가(增加)하였으나 그 이상(以上)의 포설층수(鋪設層數)에 대한 BCR의 증가효과(增加效果)는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 2. U/D가 증가(增加)함에 따라 BCR은 감소(減少)하였으나 U/D가 0.8이상(以上)에서는 BCR의 변화(變化)가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 가 0.6까지는 BCR이 급격(急激)히 감소(減少)하였으나 0.6이상(以上)에 대한 BCR의 감소율(減少率)은 거의 변화(變化)가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 4. Geotextile의 폭(幅)이 증가(增加)함에 따라 BCR은 거의 직선적(直線的)으로 증가(增加)하나 B/D가 2.5 이상(以上)에서는 증가율(增加率)이 현저(顯著)히 감소(減少)되는 것으로 나타났다.

        In order to determine the critical head values of boiling and piping, several experiments were performed for 3 cases of model dykes on 7 kinds of pervious foundations. The results obtained are as follows : 1. It appears that the coarser and the denser the foundation material, the higher the critical heads of boiling and piping, and that the lower the permeability of the foundation, the higher the critical heads of boiling and piping. 2. A difference in head between the moments of boiling and piping is greater in the case 2 or case 3 than in the case 1 because of the additional hydraulic resistance. And it is found that the coarser the foundation material, the greater the head difference. 3. The critical heads of boiling and piping is directly prortional to the seepage length. 4. The piezometric heads close to the singular point are of the same magnitude, provided that the geometry of the model dyke and foundation material are the same. 5. Variations of the weight of model dyke can not affect the critical head. According to the conclusions shown above, the critical head of piping can be more practically predicted for prototype using the results from laboratory tests on scale model.

        In this study, the non-linear seismic response analysis of the 2F piloti type building model with varying stiffness and strength distribution between soft-weak story(1F) and upper story(2F). The standard model, whose stiffness and strength ratio of the first story is 10% and 100% comparing the upper story respectively, suffered from shear failure of the core wall on the first story. Otherwise, the models with decreased stiffness or strength ratio of the first story damaged more than the standard model and the lack of the strength was more impactful. The model with improved strength contributed to reduce damage on the first story, while the improved stiffness only was not effective on the reduction of the damage level. Overall, in case that the strength and stiffness ratio of the first story increased, damage distributed in balance along the story.

        The purpose of this study is to determine the force and deformation of the ceiling system according to the characteristics seismic wave and damping through the seismic response analysis. Assuming the ceiling system to Single Degree of Freedom(SDF) uses the CANNY in an analysis program. Period divided by the range based on the predominant period of seismic analysis is performed. Variables are seismic wave and damping. If the seismic wave in predominant period of less than 1 second is getting longer than predominant period of more than 1 second response acceleration was significantly reduced. Also, the larger the damping was found that the response acceleration and the displacement decreases.

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the seismic performance of unreinforced masonry(URM) building more accurately. For that, the nonlinear hysteresis models of preceding research did not validate for dynamic analysis. Therefore, in this study, we compared the results of the shaking table test and dynamic analysis. As a result, nonlinear hysteresis models are expected to be applicable.

        Honsangui (celestial globe) which is a water-hammering method astronomical clock is recorded in 「Juhaesuyong」 which is Volume VI of supplement from 『Damheonseo』, written by Hong Dae-Yong (1731~1783). We made out the conceptual design of Hong Dae-Yong’s Honsangui through the study on its structure and working mechanism. Honsangui consist of three rings and two layers, the structure of rings which correspond to outer layer is similar to his own Tongcheonui (armillary sphere) which is a kind of armillary sphere. Honsang sphere which correspond to inner layer depicts constellations and milky way and two beads hang on it as Sun and Moon respectively for realize the celestial motion. Tongcheonui is operated by the pendulum power but Honsangui is operated by water-hammering method mechanism. This Honsangui’s working mechanism is the traditional way of Joseon and it was simplified the working mechanism of Shui yün i hsiang t'ai which is a representative astronomical clock of China. This record of Honsangui is the only historical record about the water-hammering method working mechanism of Joseon Era and it provide the study of water-hammering method mechanism with a vital clue.
