위험·유해물질(HNS) 유출사고를 대비하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 지역별 산업 집중도를 지수화하여 동향을 파악하기 위해 쓰이는 집중도지수를 활용하여 HNS 사고의 지역별 집중도를 확인하였다. 이는 HNS를 포함한 해양 유출사고 데이터를 바탕으로 HNS 사고 규모 집 중도지수와 HNS 사고 빈도 집중도지수를 수치화하여 하나의 값인 HNS 사고 집중도지수를 제시하는 방식이다. 도출된 지역별 HNS 사고집 중도 지수값를 바탕으로 울산을 HNS 대비 최우선 지역, 여수, 부산, 태안을 HNS 대비 우선지역, 군산, 목포, 완도, 인천, 통영, 평택, 포항을 HNS 대비 필요지역, 그 밖에 해양유출사고가 발생하지 않은 동해, 보령, 부안, 서귀포, 속초, 제주, 창원을 HNS 대비 지원지역으로 그룹화하 여 대비측면의 우선순위를 설정하였다.

본 논문에서는 게임에서 사용자들이 직접 만들어 낼 수 있는 생산적 성격을 가진 콘텐츠인 사용자 제작 콘텐츠를 통하여 사용자 참여를 높이는 방안과 실험을 통한 분석 결과를 제시한 다. 직접 기획 및 제작하여 사용자들에서 서비스하고 있는 ‘컬러팝’이라는 모바일 게임을 활용 하여 자기표현 욕구, 게임 재화 지급, 경쟁심의 3가지 요소를 대상으로 콘텐츠 제작에 사용자들 의 능동적 참여를 높일 수 있는지를 실험하였다. 이를 통하여 3가지 요소의 중요도와 각 요소 의 영향력을 비교 평가한 결과를 제시하였다. 이는 사용자 제작 게임 콘텐츠 사용자에 대한 이 해를 높이고 사용자 제작 게임 콘텐츠를 기획하거나 제작할 때 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한 다.

The effect of plastic board drains (PBDs)on ground improvement was checked out considering three crucial factors: ground settlement, undrained shear strength, and residual water head. First, the settlement analysis including initial settlement induced by reclamation of sand mat was conducted by back calculation analysis with measured data. Its result showed toot the PBDs used for this site worked well on improving soft ground. Secondly, the undrained shear strength was investigated by laboratory and in-situ tests including unconsolidated-undrained triaxial compression (UU) tests, unconfined compression tests, in-situ vane tests, and cone penetration tests. From the test results, they showed that the undrained shear strength of the improved ground by PBDs was significantly increased as well as the strength increasing ratio especially 10~15m below the ground surface on site. Thirdly, the residual water head measurement from the in situ dissipation test was found the same as the static water head, which indicated primary consolidation was completed and the effect of soil improvement with PBDs can be confirmed.

5 public complaint areas against odor in Changwon Industrial Complex were selected and investigated to clear up the cause of the complaint. 16 companies operated in public complaint areas were visited and had a grip of their situation about odor generation and treatment. Two samples at it's site boundary of each company were taken to measure complex odor unit. Complex odor unit at the site boundary of investigated companies in the public complaint areas, for the most part, exceeded standard(odor unit 20) in industrial area. It was due to that this area was not designated as odor control region and that there are also many problems in current laws of Odor Protection Act, Air Quality Act and regional legislation. Accordingly, It will be necessary to revise the related legislation, to organize governance, to financially support the improvement of environmental facilities and to enforce guidance and the regulation rigidly for the odor emission reduction in Changwon Industrial Complex.
