시중에 유통 중인 물휴지 62 품목을 선정하여 살균보존 제 성분 및 유해물질 함유 여부 등의 안전성을 조사하였다. 일반적으로 화장품 및 식품에 가장 많이 사용하는 살균 보존제인 안식향산나트륨은 46 품목에서 200~3500 ppm 검출되었고 파라벤류는 1품목에서 파라옥시안식향산메칠이 9 ppm 검출되었다. 사용할 수 없는 살균보존제인 메칠클로로이소치아졸리 논과 메칠이소치아졸리논(3:1)혼합물이 1 품목에서 검출되어 부적합 판정되었으며, 메칠클로로이소치아졸리논 5 ppm, 메칠이소치아졸리논 140 ppm 검출되었다. 염화세틸피리디늄은 5 품목에서 7~13 ppm 검출되었으 며, 모두 허용기준 이내로 나타났다. 잔류유해물질인 포름알데히드 검사결과는 0.069~1.796 μg/ g로 허용기준인 20 μg/g 이하였다. 메탄올은 5~51 ppm 검출되었으며, 이 중 4 품목에서 허용기준인 20 ppm보다 2배 이상의 농도가 나타났다. 안전한 제품이 유통될 수 있 도록 메탄올의 잔류경로에 대한 지속적인 조사 및 모니터 링이 필요하다고 판단된다. 물휴지의 pH를 측정한 결과 4.0~8.2로 나타나 유통화장 품의 pH 3.0~9.0 기준에 적합하였으나, 물휴지에는 pH 기 준이 설정되어 있지 않으므로 안전관리를 위해서는 pH 기준을 설정하는 고시개정이 필요할 것이다.
본 논문에서는 유통 농산물 잔류농약 부적합 현황 분석을 위하여 네트워크 분석 기법을 적용하였다. 분석용 데이터는 『2017년도 식품안전관리지침』내 “유통농산물별 잔류농약 부적합 현황”을 참고하였으며, 주요 분석 기법 으로는 중심성 분석(연결정도 중심성, 근접 중심성, 매개 중심성)을 적용하였다. 연결정도 중심성 분석결과 chlorpyrifos와 diazinon에서 “연결된 노드”가 가장 많은 것으로 확인되었다. 근접 중심성에서는 19종을 제외한 농약성분들 사이에서 유사한 정도를 보여주고 있었다. 매개 중심 성 분석 결과에서는 fluioxonil과 chlorpyrifos가 가장 높은 경향을 보여주어 이들이 농약성분 네트워크에서 “가교” 역 할을 수행 하는 것으로 파악되었다. 네트워크 분석 결과, 기존의 통계분석을 통해서는 분석 할 수 없었던 농약성분 들 사이의 “관계” 데이터를 확인 할 수 있었다. 향후 이러한 분석기법은 최적화/정교화 과정을 통해서 보다 정밀하게 농약성분 부적합 현황 분석을 위한 도구로서 적용되리라 기대한다.
PURPOSES: This study aims to analyze how the installation of advanced warning devices affects individual drivers’driving behaviors with operating record data collected from 100 vehicles.
METHODS: With collected data, the changes in individual drivers’driving behaviors, such as Forward Collision Warning (FCW) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW), were investigated with respect to the cumulative distance traveled and driving time. For the analysis, operating record data collected from 100 vehicles for seven months were used.
RESULTS: The results showed that individual drivers’driving behaviors could be categorized into six different types. In addition, most of the drivers showed unstable warning patterns in the initial stage after installation of an advanced warning device. Approximately 40% of vehicles equipped with advanced warning systems were found to have positive effects, indicating that the frequencies of both FCW and LDW had been continuously decreasing after installation of the system.
CONCLUSIONS : The warning device might be helpful for making drivers’driving behaviors safer. Driving behaviors during the initial stage of the system installation, which might be regarded as an adaptation phase, were found to be very unstable compared with normal situations, indicating that adequate education and training should be provided to all the drivers to prevent operator disruption at the initial installation of the system.
커피와 다류에 대한 소비는 전 세계적으로 해마다 증가 하는 추세이며, 한국을 포함하여 아시아권에도 물 다음으로 가장 많은 소비가 이루어지는 음료는 커피와 차(녹차, 케모마일차, 페퍼민트차, 둥글레차, 보이차, 홍차, 대추차) 이다. 본 연구는 국내에서 시판되는 커피전문점의 브랜드 커피 5종과 침출차 20종(녹차 4종, 홍차 3종, 보이차 3종, 케모마일차 3종, 페퍼민트차 3종, 둥글레차 3종, 대추차 1 종), 고형차 2종(대추차 2종)에 대하여 각 음료 1잔에 함유되어 있는 비타민C, 카페인, 총폴리페놀, 플라보노이드 를 분석하였고, 이들의 항산화활성을 측정하여 서로의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 추가적으로 항산화활성이 높은 커 피와 다류 총 4종을 대상으로 과산화수소(H2O2)로 유도된 산화적 스트레스로부터 세포 보호효과를 평가하여 시판 커피와 다류의 항산화 연구를 위한 기초자료를 확보하고자 하였다. 녹차와 홍차 각각 1잔당 비타민 C 함량은 0.04~ 1.58 mg 이었고 커피와 나머지 차는 비타민 C가 검출되지 않았다. 카페인 함량은 브랜드 커피가 1잔당 150.17~ 202.75 mg으로 다른 종류의 음료보다 높았다. 음료에 함 유된 총 폴리페놀 함량은 gallic acid의 등량값(GAE)으로 표시할 때 브랜드 커피 A(BCA)가 265.54 mg / serving size 으로 가장 높았고, 플라보노이드 함량은 quercetin 등량값 (QE)으로 브랜드 커피 B(BCB)가 12.14 mg / serving size 으로 가장 높았다. 음료 4종(브랜드 커피 A, C 그리고 녹 차 D, 홍차 A) 시료의 농도가 높아질수록 HeLa 세포 내 활성산소종(reactive oxygen species, ROS) 생성 억제효과 및 H2O2의 소거활성이 증가하였다. 본 연구결과 브랜드 커피 및 홍차, 녹차는 각각 1잔당 비타민 C의 등량값으로 590, 330, 300 mg의 항산화능을 가지며, HeLa 세포 내에 서도 활성산소 감소효과가 확인되는 우수한 항산화 음료로 평가되었다.
Salt is generally used for food seasonings and preservations as a common ingredient. However, excess salt intake has generated health issues such as high blood pressure, osteoporosis, stroke, and heart diseases. Recently, desires and interests of low-salt cooking have been increased among people who want healthy diets. The aim of study was to compare the physicochemical characteristics of a fermented squid sauce added with vitamin C and commercial low-salt soy sauces. Thawed and crushed squids were fermented until the solid squid became liquid at 25°C with an addition of 5% (g/g) vitamin C. Then, fermented squid sauce was heated at 100°C for 30 min and filtered. All samples were measured in multiple aspects of amino acid nitrogen, salt, sugar and water content, pH, chromaticity and brown color, and sensory test. In the results, color values showed no significantly difference between all the samples (p>0.05). Water content value of the fermented squid sauce was the highest among samples. Brown color, salt contents and sugar contents of the fermented squid sauce were significantly different than other low salt soy sauces with an exception of the sauce made with functional salt. These results showed a similar tendency as those of sensory evaluation. As conclusion, the possibility of fermented squid sauce added with vitamin C showed a possibility as a candidate of low-salt soy sauce.
For scientific research, a number of acoustic surveys using commercial echosounders equipped in fishing vessels were conducted throughout the world; however, few studies were performed in South Korea. Hence, this research is an preliminary study for presenting the application of a sounder from a fishing vessel. The fishing operations using a pair trawler (7 Cheonghae) was conducted in the Northwest-Western sea of Jeju Island from 20 to 23 April, 2016. Substantial impulse noises and attenuated signals were eliminated by the latest algorithms. Acoustic signals were grouped into the fish aggregations and long layer-like signals. The fish aggregations appeared between 30 and 60 m, and long layer-like signals showed the diurnal vertical migration. Energetic, morphological and positional properties of the fish aggregations and layer-like signals were described. The fish aggregations appeared mainly between sunrise and sunset; however layer-like signals tended to be presented regardless of time in consideration of the time series analysis. On the basis of the consignment sales, Scomberomorus niphonius, the target species of F/V 7 Cheonghae, was the highest catch with 4,280 kg (74.6%) and might have appeared in fish aggregations and layer forms.
Heavy metal ion separation of commercial polymeric membranes is investigated to elucidate the permeation mechanism and possibility on applying treatment of wastewater from various origins. Since wastewater contains significant amount of heavy metal ions, their treatment to recycle or reuse is necessary. Polyamide based commercial membranes are prepared to test their separation performance on single- & multi-component heavy metal aqueous solutions. This study indicates that polymeric membranes can be potential candidate for heavy metal separation.
To investigate the quality characteristics of domestic rosé wines marketed in Korea, 11 kinds of wines were purchased at the Korea Wine Festival in 2016. The color, physiological activity, aroma component and sensory evaluations were conducted. The hue value of rosé wines ranged from 0.592 to 1.990, with the Ro7 of Delaware having the highest value. The brightness of rosé wines ranged from 42.96 to 94.99, the redness from 3.20 to 59.37, and the yellowness from 8.43 to 24.83. Of the 11 rosé wines evaluated, 1 was a dry wine and 10 were sweet wines. The average sugar content of the sweet wines was 73.89 mg/mL. Among the organic acid contents, malic acid ranged from 0.214 to 2.903 mg/mL, and lactic acid content ranged from 0 to 3.423 mg/mL. Malolactic fermentation differed, depending on the source. The total polyphenol content of rosé wines ranged from 50.55 to 99.55 mg%, the anthocyanin content was 2.12 to 213.30 mg/L, and the DPPH radical scavenging activity of rosé wines was between 73.75 to 90.41%. A total of 41 volatile components were detected, including 7 alcohols, 22 esters, 4 terpenes, 3 acids and 5 other compounds. Of these, 9 compounds had odor activity value(OAV) greater than 1; these were identified as 1-propanol (alcohol, pungent), 3-methyl-1-butanol (harsh, nail polish), ethyl butanoate (strawberry, lactic), isopentyl acetate (fresh, banana), ethyl hexanoate (green apple, fruity), ethyl octanoate (pineapple, pear, floral), ethyl decanoate (fruity, fatty, pleasant), linalool (flower, lavender) and limonene (lemone, orange). As a result of the sensory evaluation, the Ro5 wine made from Campbell Early grape, and having a good color, flavor and taste, was the most preferred.
Since methyl bromide(MB) has been designated as ozone deplete substance(ODS) by Montreal protocol (1989), many MBalternative fumigants like ethyl formate and phosphine gas were developed and commercialized. Ethyl formate(EF) is an effectiveMB alternative fumigant to control insect pests on imported fresh commodities. It is important to develop a proper evaporationmethod to apply EF on large scale fumigation because EF has a high boiling point(54℃). Recently, concurrent treatment ofethyl formate and nitrogen(EF+N2 treatment) has been newly developed. At preliminary test, EF+N2 treatment showed goodevaporation rate and showed high efficacy on quarantine pests without phytotoxicity on fresh commodities. In this trial, we’veapplied the EF+N2 treatment on imported orange and lemon at pilot scale (0.5m3, 10m3) containers and commercial scale containerto validate efficacy and phytotoxicity. 70g/m3 of EF liquid was applied on orange and lemon by EF+N2 treatment method,and showed 100% mortality on tested insect pest(Tetranychus urticae) without phytotoxicity at 0.5m3 and 10m3 scale fumigationtrials, respectively. At commercial scale trial, EF+N2 treatment also showed 100% efficacy on T. urticae and there was nophytotoxic symptoms on imported orange and lemon fruit. These results indicate that the newly developed EF+N2 treatmenthas a potential as a MB alternative, and can be applied on imported fresh commodities for quarantine and pre-shipment purpose.
A new commercial cultivar ‘GARES-HM-17-1’ of Hypsizigus marmoreus was developed by the method of mono-mono crossing between monokaryotic strains derived from Hae-Sal 3Ho. The parental strains are characterized by the property of high quality and a short period of time in cultivation. The optimum temperature of mycelial growth was 25°C and that of fruiting body development was 15~16°C. The period of harvesting including primordia formation was 23.0 days shorter than that of control strain Mangadak No. 2. The color of pileus and stipe surface was neutral-white, respectively. The yield was 82.0±5.8g/850cc plastic bottle. Analysis of the genetic characteristics of the new commercial cultivar ‘GARES-HM-17-1’ showed a different profile as that of the control strain, Mangadak No.2, when RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) primer was used. This new cultivar ‘GARES-HM-17-1’ of H. marmoreus is characterized by the improved quality and a short period of time in cultivation after scratching. It would be of much help to expand the cultivation area of H. marmoreus.
식물 및 동물성 단백질 유래 펩타이드 형태의 단백질 가수 분해물들은 항산화, 고혈압 완화, 면역조절, 진통완화 및 항균작용 등 생리활성이 있는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구는 6가지 프로티아제 를 이용하여 오계란 단백질 가수분해물을 생산하고, 생산된 펩타이드의 항산화 능력을 평가하였다. 그 결과 가수분해도의 최대값은 protamex(46.3%)이고, DPPH 라디칼 소거능 최대값은 bromelain(57.23%), 하이드록시 라디칼 소거능 최대값은 alcalase(30.21%), 슈퍼옥사이드 라디칼 소거능 최대값은 alcalase(58.07%), Fe2+ 킬레이션 능력 최대값은 alcalase(72.06%)로 나타났다. 더 나아가 효소별 항산화 저해 능력 IC50 평가하였다. 그 결과 alcalase에 의한 최대값은 금속 킬레이션 눙력(IC50, 1.24 mg/mL) 이고, bromelain에 의한 최대값은 DPPH 소거능(IC50, 2.46 mg/mL)이고, flavourzyme에 의한 최대값은 금속 킬레이션 능력(IC50, 1.25 mg/mL)이고, neutrase에 의한 최대값은 DPPH 소거능(IC50, 3.64 mg/mL)이고, papain에 의한 최대값은 DPPH 소거능(IC50, 3.82 mg/mL)이고, protamex에 의한 최대값 은 DPPH 소거능(IC50, 1.93 mg/mL)이었다. 따라서 protease를 이용하여 오계란 단백질에서 추출한 펩 타이드는 항산화 기능성 식품소재로서 활용할 가치가 높을 것으로 기대한다.
본 연구는 가축분뇨의 냄새 저감용 제제의 효율적 활용 및 관리를 위하여 국내에서 유통되고 있는 환경개선제의 동향 및 냄새제거 효능을 조사하고자 실시하였다. 사료첨가용 제제는 전체 제품의 80%를 차지하였고, 다음으로 분뇨살포용 제제 그리고 음수첨가용 제제 순이었다. 대부분의 제제들은 0.1-0.2% 사용을 권장하였으며, 전체 제품의 71%를 차지하였다. 환경개선제 유효성분 중 가장 많은 원 료는 생균으로 전체 제제의 85%를 차지하였고, 다음으로 규산염, 허브 그리고 유기산과 효소로 구성된 제제 순이었다. 환경개선제용 생균제로 이용되는 미생물들은 Bacillus coagulans, B. fermentum, B. thuringiensis, B. licheniformis, B. subtillis, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. fermentum, L. lactis, L. plantarum, L. casei, L. brevis, Streptococcus faecium, Clostridium butyricum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus niger 및 A. oryzae 등이 사용되었다. 냄새제거 효능 평가에서 암모니아 발생 억제 효능을 가진 제품은 전체 제품의 71%이었으며, 48시간까지 효능을 발휘하는 제품은 29%이었다. 암모니아를 30%이상 감소시킨 제품은 암모니아 저감 효능을 나타낸 제품 중 44%를 차지하였고, 24%의 제품이 10% 미만 그리고 나머지 32%의 제품은 10-30% 수준의 저감 효 과를 나타냈다. 황화수소를 30%이상 감소시킨 제품이 32%로 가장 많았고, 8%의 제품이 10% 미만의 그리고 나머지 6%의 제품은 10-30% 수준의 저감 효과를 나타내었다. 이상의 연구 결과, 가축 분뇨의 냄새 방지와 관련하여 다양한 종류의 제제가 국내에 유통되고 있었으며, 앞으로 환경개선제의 효율적 활용 및 관리를 위해서는 정확한 효능분석이 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다.
This study aims to investigate laws and standards(including technical guidelines) related to safety criteria for 22 kitchen machines frequently used in commercial kitchens. The study was based on literature survey, interviews with charge persons in kitchen machines manufacturing companies, cafeteria providing group meals and relevant association, and web surfing. The results showed that there are two types of safety criteria such as legally forced ones by laws and optional ones by national industrial standards or technical guidelines. High pressure safety control act, safety control and business of liquefied petroleum gas act and city gas business act prescribed gas use apparatus safety criteria, rational energy utilization act did those of pressure vessel such large rotary caldron, industrial health and safety act did those of food processing machinery, and electrical appliances safety control act did those of electrical kitchen appliances. Compulsory or optional standards or guidelines related to safety criteria for kitchen machines were presented by 22 kitchen machines. Safety devices shown in the laws, standards and guidelines were also summarized by kitchen machines and their risk factors.
