        본 연구에서는, 유기용매를 사용하지 않는 친 환경적인 건식 공정과 초임계 공정을 이용한 Thin-multiwalled carbon nanotube (TWNTs)/아민계 에폭시 첨가제의 복합체 제조에 관하여 연구를 하였다. 제조된 TWNTs/아민계 에폭시 첨가제의 복합체는 우레탄기반의 비스페놀 A 타입의 에폭시 레 진의 경화제로 사용하였다. TWNTs/아민계 에폭시 첨가제의 복합체를 경화제로 사용하여 제조된 에폭 시 레진의 열적 성질을 Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA)를 이용하여 분석 하였으며, 메트릭스상의 carbon nanotube 의 높은 분산성은 SEM을 통하여 확인 하였다. 그 결과, 초임계 공정을 이용하여 제 조된 에폭시 레진의 열적 성질과 매트릭스내의 carbon nanotube 분산성이 건식 공정을 사용 하였을 때 보다 더욱 증가된 결과를 확인 할 수 있었다

        이순신대교 포장을 시작으로 본격적으로 상용화된 에폭시 아스팔트는 현재 국내에 정확한 규정이 마련 되어 있지 않아 입도 및 최적아스팔트첨가량, 에폭시와 경화제의 첨가량 선정에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 일 본의 경우,에폭시 아스팔트를 위한 별도 규정이 마련되어있어 설계 및 제작주문 뿐 아니라 시공시 매우 유용하게 쓰이고 있다. 일본 에폭시 아스팔트 규정을 살펴보면, 표층용 국내 개질아스팔트 규정과는 달리 10mm의 밀입도 골재가 사용되지 않는다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 입도 차이가 에폭시 아스팔트에 주는 영 향을 파악하기 위하여 국내 표층용 WC-1 입도와 일본규정의 입도를 사용하여 공시체를 혼합 및 제작하 고, 이를 실내시험을 통해 물성치를 파악, 실제 일본에서 제작한 에폭시 아스팔트 공시체와 성능을 비교 하였다. 또한, 한국형 에폭시 아스팔트 규정 마련을 위하여 에폭시와 경화제 모두 국내제품을 사용하였으 며, 고형 에폭시에 백색과 흑색의 액상형 경화제 2종류를 준비하여 본 연구에 사용하였다. 본 연구에 사 용된 입도는 그림 1.과 같다. 시험에 사용된 아스팔트 바인더는 PG 64-22 등급의 제품이며, 150℃에서 2시간 보온을 통해 양면 75회 마샬다짐을 실시하여 혼합물을 제작, 실내연평균온도인 25℃와 실내연평균 습도인 60%에서 24시간 양생을 실시

        In this paper, the response of graphite/epoxy laminated composite beams subjected to impact loads without damage, is studied by the use of the developed finite element program. The modified Hertzian contact law considered elasto-plastic process is used to calculate the dynamic responses between the impactor and laminated target. Numerical results are presented to demonstrate the effects on the histories of contact force, deflection, damage energy, strain and stress through the thickness due to stacking sequence. In view of the kinetic energy response, [0/30/0/-30]2S laminate is faster than that of other two laminates due to its flexural stiffness. In special, the distribution of stress through the thickness shows nearly linear despite its discontinuity of stacking sequences for dynamic analysis unlike static analysis in a laminated composites.

        The conductive polymer composites have attracted considerable attention in the field of industry due to their electrical properties. To understand electrical properties of the composites, their volume specific resistance was measured. Electrical conductivity results showed percolation phenomena. Percolation theories are frequently applied to describe the insulator-to-conductor transitions in the composites composed of conductive filler and insulating matrix. It was found that the percolation threshold strongly depends on the aspect ratio of filler particles. The critical concentration of percolation formed is defined as the percolation threshold. The purpose of this study was to examine electrical properties of the epoxy resins filled with nickel. The sample was prepared using vehicle such as epoxy resin replenished with nickel powder, and the evaluation on their practical use was performed in order to apply them to electric and electronic industry as well as general field. The volume specific resistance of epoxy resin composites was 4.666~13.074 when using nickel powder. Weight loss of the conductive composites took place at 350℃~470℃.

        This study was conducted to evaluate the health risk of workers exposed to phenyl glycidyl ether to prevent themfrom developing occupational diseases. The workplaces that coat floor with epoxy were selected and the sampleswere collected and analyzed with NIOSH 1619 Method. Unit risk was calculated according to the animalcarcinogenicity study. Excess cancer risk was also calculated by multiplying unit risk by exposure concentration.Monte Carlo simulation was performed to calculate the median, cumulative 90%, and cumulative 95% value.Phenyl glycidyl ether is a skin, eye irritator and can result in allergic reaction, nausea, intoxication. Unit risk wascalculated as 0.04 (mg/m³)-¹ based on the tumor incidence in rats. Geometric mean and geometric standarddeviation was also calculated as 0.112 ppm and 0.223, respectively by the workplace environment measurements.The median, cumulative 90%, and cumulative 95% value of excess cancer risk were calculated as 0.0244, 0.1328,0.1596, respectively. Not only cumulative 90% and cumulative 95% value but also the median of excess cancerrisk is much higher than 1×10-⁴ by the risk characterization, so there is a possibility of carcinogenesis to workers.Therefore, supervisors or managers of each workplace have to keep doing the risk management of their workplacesfor workers to reduce exposure to phenyl glycidyl ether.

        The natures of fatigue crack growth under Mode Ⅱ loading are studied. End notched flexure beam specimens were used. The effects of adherend thickness, rubber modification and adhesive thickness on fatigue crack growth were examined. The experimental results show that some of these parameters apparently do affect fatigue crack growth. Resistance to ModeⅡ fatigue crack growth are increased by rubber modification. The effects of adhesive thickness and rubber content on fatigue crack growth were explained by von Mises's equivalent stress using BEM analysis. For unmodified epoxy adhesives, the fatigue crack growth properties under Mode Ⅱ loadings were significantly different in all regions. For rubber-modified epoxy adhesives, they were also different in the first and second regions, but in the third region, they were similar

        Magnetostrictive actuator is fabricated with epoxy bonding method instead of sputtering method in this study. Fabrication process and experimental measurement method for magneto-mechanical characteristics is proposed. For the design of highly flexible magnetostrictive actuator, TbDyFe epoxy bonding with SU-8 substrate is adopted. The fabrication process for SU-8 substrate and the epoxy bonding is suggested and magnetostrictive behavior is investigated. Variable magnetic field is applied to measure the various magnetostrictive characteristics and magnetostriction is measured with different waves and different magnitude of magnetic field.

The volume specific resistance of epoxy resin composites was 3.065~13.325 in using copper powder. The weight loss of conductive composites happened from 350℃~470℃.

        Various adhesive materials are used in flip chip packaging for electrical interconnection and structural reinforcement. In cases of COF(chip on film) packages, low temperature bonding adhesive is currently needed for the utilization of low thermal resistance substrate films, such as PEN(polyethylene naphthalate) and PET(polyethylene terephthalate). In this study, the effects of anhydride and dihydrazide hardeners on the low-temperature snap cure behavior of epoxy based non-conductive pastes(NCPs) were investigated to reduce flip chip bonding temperature. Dynamic DSC(differential scanning calorimetry) and isothermal DEA(dielectric analysis) results showed that the curing rate of MHHPA(hexahydro-4-methylphthalic anhydride) at 160˚C was faster than that of ADH(adipic dihydrazide) when considering the onset and peak curing temperatures. In a die shear test performed after flip chip bonding, however, ADH-containing formulations indicated faster trends in reaching saturated bond strength values due to the post curing effect. More enhanced HAST(highly accelerated stress test) reliability could be achieved in an assembly having a higher initial bond strength and, thus, MHHPA is considered to be a more effective hardener than ADH for low temperature snap cure NCPs.

        본 연구에서는 다양한 실내시험을 통하여 국내에서 개발된 에폭시 아스팔트 혼합물의 공용성을 평가하였다. 최대입경 13mm의 밀입도 혼합물을 기초로 하여 아스팔트 바인더의 20% 또는 40%를 국산 및 일본산 에폭시 수지로 치환하여 4종류의 에폭시 아스팔트 혼합물의 배합 설계를 실시하였다. 에폭시 아스팔트의 가사시간이 에폭시 수지가 40% 사용한 경우 3시간, 20% 사용한 경우 6시간 정도임을 확인할 수 있었다. 휠트랙킹 시험, 간접인장 반복시험, 그리고 저온 휨 시험 결과 국산 및 일본산 에폭시 아스팔트 혼합물의 공용성이 일반 아스팔트 혼합물 보다 상당히 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 일부 에폭시 아스팔트 혼합물에서는 수분손상 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 일본산 에폭시 아스팔트 혼합물과 국산 에폭시 아스팔트는 유사한 성능을 나타냈다. 또한 콘크리트 보수재로 개발한 국산 에폭시 아스팔트의 적합성을 평가하기 위하여 추가적으로 열팽창계수, 부착강도, 인장강도를 측정한 결과, 일반 콘크리트와의 부착력은 우수하고 인장강도는 유사한 것으로 나타났으나 열팽창계수는 5배정도 큰 것으로 나타났다.

        본 논문은 에폭시 계열의 폴리머 콘크리트 교면포장 공법의 국내 적용 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 교면포장용 폴리설파이드 에폭시 재료에 대한 물리 역학적 특성을 평가하기 위하여 수행하였다. 강도특성을 평가하기 위하여 압축강도, 휨강도, 접착강도 시험을 수행하였으며 내구특성 평가를 위하여 염소이온침투시험, 동결융해저항성시험, 자외선영향 평가를 실시하였다. 시험결과 압축강도, 휨강도, 접착강도 등은 미국콘크리트협회에서 제시하는 기준을 만족하는 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나 다양한 시험온도에서의 강도 시험결과에서 에폭시 재료가 온도 의존성이 큰 것으로 나타나 향후 국내 적용시 이에 대한 고려가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 휨강도 시험을 통한 처짐에 대한 추종성은 기존 아스팔트 교면포장에 비해 우수한 것으로 평가되었다. 또한 염소이온침투 저항성, 동결융해 저항성 등에 대해서도 우수한 성질을 가진 것으로 평가되었다. 에폭시 슬러리 혼합물에 대한 자외선 영향 평가에서는 강도 증가와 파괴시 변형률 감소가 나타났으나 자외선 노출 후에도 기존 아크릴계 폴리머 콘크리트보다 처짐에 대한 추종성이 양호한 것으로 평가되었다. 따라서 폴리설파이드 에폭시 재료가 교면포장 공법으로 사용하기에 적절한 물리적 특성을 가지고 있다고 판단된다.

        In this study, we experimented that how influence chain extension to waterborne urethane-epoxy hybrid resin for leather garment coatings. First of all, We had analyzed datas by FT-IR, SEM and machanical properties. By instruments analysis measurement we confirmed that synthesis of epoxy and hybrid resin. In this experiment we knew that polyurethane-epoxy hybrid resin have 5 grades of solvent resistance. Tensile strength measured in the polyurethane-epoxy resin(EDA 5.37g, 2.386 kgf/mm2) had the most strong strength.. Also polyurethane-epoxy hybrid resin had better result(EDA 5.37g. 37.4 mg. loss) than other hybrid resins. As hight proportion of EDA in hybid resin, we obtained low elongation and low flexibility. In this result, chain extension of waterborne polyurethane-epoxy hybrid resin showed that how effect in leather coating by ratio of EDA.

        For the synthesis of water soluble acrylic modified epoxyester resin, fatty acid/epoxy ratio of 50/50 was used, and introduced maleic anhydride. Ratio of styrene/acrylic acid of acrylic monomers was fixed 85/15 and ratio of epoxyester/acrylic monomer was controlled 80/20, 75/25, 70/30, 65/35, and degree of neutralization were changed 65%, 80%, to 100%. As a result, 40% solids acrylic modified epoxyester resins were synthesized. Resins were evaluated water soluble stability, drying time, water resistant, storage stability and physical properties. And the white paints were prepared, and were evaluated viscosity, drying time, water resistance, adhesion, sagging, spray workability, gloss, salt spray resistance, skinning, whiteness and flash rust. As a result, the degree of neutralization of 100% and the ratio of epoxyester/acrylic monomer of 75/25 showed the best properties.
