This study designed a “Diagnostic Model for Management Innovation of Medium Enterprises” based on the theoretical background of success factor and management diagnosis model for management innovation of medium enterprises and suggested a measure for utilization of strategic subject and diagnostic model that enterprises can apply. Utilization of medium enterprises management innovation diagnostic model designed through this study would be of help for making a diagnosis of the capability maturity level of enterprises’ current management system and improving it by establishing a challenging capability objective and building a circulation system capable of innovating enterprises. It is expected for enterprises to overcome growing pains and establish a management system capable of achieving outcome (productivity) by repeating measurement and innovation through management diagnosis. In addition, this study provides a method to produce a strategic subject, select priority of implementation and prepare an implementation road map by classifying and filtering management issues produced as a result of management diagnosis in a systematic way. If variables necessary for production of an objective weighted value of scoring and discover of elements for category of diagnostic model and elementary items as well as design of a self-diagnosis questionnaire, measurement of management outcome suggested in this study can be able to be verified and supplemented through case study in the future, it is expected to make the degree of completion as a diagnostic model elevated that may help for growth and development through innovation of medium enterprises.

오늘날 기술의 발전으로 시스템들은 점차 대형화 복잡화 되어가고 있다. 이처럼 점차 대형화 복잡화 되어가고 있는 시스템들은 더욱 커진 사고 및 고장에 대한 위험을 내재하게 된다. 또한 대형 복합 시스템에서 발생하는 사고 및 고장은 바로 큰 재산피해나 인명피해와 직결 될 수 있다. 따라서 체계적인 안전관리의 필요성이 점차 커지고 있다[1]. 이에 대응하여 철도, 항공, 해양 등의 산업에서는 각 산업에 적합한 안전관리체계를 수립하려 노력하고 있으며, 표준 및 매뉴얼을 제정하여 보급에 앞장서고 있다. 국내 철도산업에서도 철도안전법의 재정을 기점을 철도 산업전반에 걸쳐 많은 환경변화가 이뤄지고 있고 이에 대응하기 위해 철도 안전시스템을 바탕으로 한 안전관리체계를 구축하였다. 한편 다양한 운영체계를 갖고 있는 철도시설 및 운영기관이 존재하는 국가 철도 안전관리체계의 안전규제를 체계화하기 위해서는 체계적인 요구사항의 분석에 따른 시스템 아키텍처의 설정이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 아키텍처의 설정은 현재에 대한 분석과 미래의 철도안전시스템의 특성을 구조화하여 향후 비전을 프레임워크로 표현함으로서 구현이 가능해진다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 안전관리체계의 도입 배경 및 도입 현황에 대해서 분석하고, 안전관리의 방식의 변화에 적절히 대응하는 안전관리체계의 구축을 위해 안전관리체계에 대한 아키텍처를 구현하고자 하며 이때, 모델링을 바탕으로 한 접근을 제시한다.

Songji lagoon, one of the major lagoons located along the East coast, is considered to be worth preserving because of its good water quality. To consider ways to manage the water quality of Songji lagoon, this study was conducted by employing the analysis technique for system analysis of the water quality model. This study used WASP model which is a model with hydraulic part and water quality part combined. The model for Songji lagoon used the same value as the coefficients of water quality reaction used for Hwajinpo model. And it was revised and verified with the water quality measured in Songji lagoon. The spatial concentration of water quality of Songji lagoon and Hwajin po exhibited different distribution respectively, yet showing a similar characteristic in physical and water side structure. The major water quality items used in system analysis are BOD, limiting nutrients (N, P). The principal conditions reflected the system analysis are an increase or decrease of Allochthonous pollution load and removal of sediment. The study results show that the water quality of Songji lagoon is considerably changed more in sediment than Allochthonous pollution load. Especially, the management of Nonpoint pollution due to a temporary rainfall is more important among allochthonous pollution load.

본 연구는 최근 하천변 방재시설의 하나로 도입이 추진되고 있는 천변저류지가 가진 다목적 이용가치에 대한 경제적 편익을 산출하고자 연구되었다. 본 연구에서는 천변저류지의 경제적 가치를 산출하기 위해 일반 시장재를 대상으로실험경제학(experimental economics)과 가상가치평가법(contingent valuation)을 접목시킨 CVM-X를 적용하여 지역주민의지불의사금액(WTP)을 산출하였다. 연구대상지는 경기도 동남부를 지나며 한강으로 흐르는 청미천을 시범대상지로선정하여 인근지역인 장호원읍, 이천시, 여주군 주민 430명을 대상으로 표준화설문지를 활용하여 직접인터뷰 방식으로조사하였다. 질문한 지불가치(WTP)의 개념은 해당 천변저류지가 조성되었을 경우 당일교통비, 식비, 시설이용비 등을합산한 개략 방문비용을 묻는 방식으로 진행하였다. 천변저류지의 이용에 따른 경제적 가치를 계산한 결과, 천변저류지조성에 따른 이용객 1인당(1일․1회) 경제적 가치는 7,047원으로 추정되었다.

We selected the risk factors that exist in functional categories in the system connected complicatedly and variously by organizational value chain of corporate, and examined the conceptual model of Enterprise Risk Management System based on the precedent studies.

This thesis introduced a model of diagnosing a company's quality management, and a process of achieving quality innovation based on the model. As for study methods, books and theses related to quality and process innovation were collected for investigation, a survey on internal employees to investigate major issues of quality and standard consciousness was conducted, and 5DP was discussed for balanced process analysis.

A fundamental concepts of business environment changes and the importance of stakeholder's value creation is changing in the business. This study ISO9004: 2009 quality management system of Category 5: Strategy and Policy, Category 10: improvement, innovation and learning (Note) SBK target was to develop a model that is the company's sustained success. Three concepts of the new revision of ISO9004 "in response to environmental changes," "learning", "innovation" (Note) SBK applied to the project settings and talent establish long-term vision was to establish the process as the organization's learning content was TDR for the creation of exceptional and innovative programs were introduced. As a result, (Note) SBK three years of continuous business performance indicator has grown dramatically to more than 50% continued success is going to create business models. But 100 years to accomplish the vision, ISO9004 model needs to extends the entire category as a management system to achieve the optimization needed.

With the trends of massiveness and complexity of construction, the main agents of construction have considered the various types of risk management strategies to minimize the loss caused by the risk factors from the nature of construction project, regional characteristics, and scale of construction. The risk management has been conducted, because the risk factors have exacerbated the condition of construction in terms of the level of productivity, quality of construction, atmosphere, and budget. Based on thε interests regarding risk factor management, the current study suggests the work breakdown structure-based process. Additionally, based on the work breakdown structure, the risk factors on constructions are identified and stratified depending on the level of salience of each risk factor. The purpose of result is to lead Korean Land Corporation understand and control the risk factors properly for the advanced construction process of Korean Land Corporation. Ultimately the current study contribute to advance of efficient risk management strategies by using ANP method, which identify and control the primary risk factos depending on the impact of the interaction and subordinate relationship between risk factors.

The Chicago Convention in 1944 made important contributions to aviation safety improvement, building an aviation safety monitoring system for its signatory countries. As ICAO is now on the verge of changing its supervision system from self-reporting to preventive Continuous Monitoring Approach(CMA) in 2013, we also expect our own safety system to make a progress accordingly. The government is pushing ahead with plans to build an integrated safety management system at government level that satisfies international standards and reflects domestic features. To this end, this report proposes the most effective system-building model, by analyzing the current status of the system that is in use and meets the requirements of international aviation agencies.

본 연구는 생활도로 속도관리 방안으로 선진국에서 추진되고 있는 Zone 30 제도를 우리나라의 도로 및 교통여건에 맞게 도입하고, 시범운영을 통해 시행의 효과를 분석하는 동시에 시행상의 문제점을 분석하여 향후 제도 확산을 사전에 대비하고자 하였다. 시범운영지역으로 선정된 곳은 경찰청 T/F에서 현장 조사 및 전문가 의견을 수렴하여 상가 밀집지역 주변도로 중 편도 2차로 이내의 도로이며, 보행자 통행량이 많고 보행자 사고율 또는 위험성이 높은 경기 고양시 일산구 장항2동 (면적 0.65km2)이다. 우선 Zone 30 제도 검토 측면에서 생활도로와 생활도로구역의 용어를 정의하고, 생활도로 유형화 및 운영방안을 수립하였으며, 시범사업은 대상지에 대한 정밀 조사를 통해 문제점 및 개선점을 도출하고, 그에 따른 시설개선도면을 작성하여 해당 지자체와 협의하여 시설을 설치완료하였다. 시설 설치 전과 후로 나누어 효과분석을 수행한 결과 차량 속도는 시행전에 비해 가로별로 5~15km/h 감소하였으며, 교통사고의 경우도 시행전 25건에서 시행후 19건으로 24%가 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 속도관리 사업의 시행과정이 빠르고 시설비용이 저렴해 전국적인 확산시행이 유리하여 보행자사고 감소에 실질적 기여가 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 시범사업 연구결과를 토대로 생활도로구역 속도관리 사업추진 방안 등을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to present a methodology that can be used by corporations to ensure a product's reliability, safety, and maintainability, with minimal costs, by measuring dependability levels and conducting DEA analysis. The methodology will be a way for corporations to adopt an optimal dependability management system based on a quality management system of ISO 9001:2000 standards.

Recently, the technology is getting to be the most important factor for companies, as the industry is changing fast. The uncertainty and complexity of technology valuation arc higher so that the technology concentrated companies need more developed and high performance technology. This paper reviews the methods of technology valuation for five categories that have been developed by valuation researchers, (1) research of technology diffusion and acceptance model, (2) research of technology valuation, (3) research of technology import and export factor, (4) research of technology valuation model, (5) research of technology transfer and market. And we propose a new technology valuation model using need(market), seed(technology) and deeds(management) factor by cross impact matrix. This model gives us the reference negotiation range for deciding the amount of royalty. I hope this paper induces more research on this field of technology valuation.
