        본 연구는 글로벌 한국기업의 효율적인 조직문화관리 방안제시를 목 적으로 한다. 글로벌화라는 경제구조의 변화에 따라 다양한 문화배경을 지닌 인력이 필요하게 되었다. 한국기업에서 다양한 국적의 외국인 근 로자가 증가하고, 해외로 진출하는 기업의 증가로 해외파견 주재원도 증가하고 있다. 이에 문화다양성에 대한 이해는 더욱 중요해졌다. 이처 럼 기업활동이 다국적화되면서 구성원의 문화다양성에 대한 이해능력 이 더욱 요구되는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 한국기업의 다문화집단화가 이루어지고 있다고 보고, 이들에 대한 효율적인 인적관리체계 방법을 제안한다. 이는 글로벌 기업의 효율적인 인적관리체계로, 다문화역량을 갖춘 인재를 양성할 수 있는 프로그램 개발하여야 하고 대학 등 고등 교육에서 기업·무역, 정치·교육, 사회·문화의 영역으로 세분화한 교육을 실시하는 것이다.

        The main purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the problems of the law systems of the safety and maintenance of nuclear facilities and to propose the improvements with respect to the related problems especialy focused on safety management of aquatic products. Therefore, the results of the paper would be helpful to build an effective management law system of safety and maintenance of nuclear facilities and fisheries products. The research methods are longitudinal and horizontal studies. This study compares domestic policies with foreign policies of nuclear plants and aquatic products. Using the above methods, examining the current system of nuclear-related laws and regulations, we have found that there exist 13 Acts including “Nuclear Safety Act”, etc. Safety laws related on nuclear facilities have seven Acts including “Nuclear Safety Act”, “the Act on Physical Protection and Radiological Emergency”, “Radioactive waste control Act”, “Act on Protective Action Guidelines against Radiation in the Natural Environment”, “Special Act on Assistance to the locations of facilities for disposal low and intermediate level radioactive waste”, “Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety Act”. “Act on Establishment and Operation of the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission”. The seven laws are composed of 119 legislations. They have 112 lower statute of eight Presidential Decrees, six Primeministrial Decrees and Ministrial Decrees, 92 administrative rules (orders), 6 legislations of local self-government aself-governing body. The concluded proposals of this paper are as follows. Firstly, we propose that the relationship between the special law and general law should be re-established. Secondly, the terms with respect to law system of safety and maintenance of nuclear plants should be redefined and specified. Thirdly, it is advisable to re-examine and re-establish the Law System for Safety and Maintenance of Nuclear Facilities. and environmental rights like the French Nuclear Safety Legislation. Lastly, inadequate legislation on the aquatic pollution damage should be re-established. It is necessary to ensure sufficient transparency as well as environmental considerations in the policy decisions of the Korean government and legislation of the National Assembly. It is necessary to further study the possibilities of accepting the implications of the French legal system as a legal system in Korea. In conclusion, the safety management of nuclear facilities is not only focused on the secondary industry and the tertiary industry centering on power generation and supply, but also on the primary industry, which is the food of the people. It is necessary to prevent damage to be foreseen. Therefore, it is judged that there should be no harm to the people caused by contaminated marine products even if the “Food Safety Law for Prevention of Radiation Pollution Damage” is enacted.

        As information technology advances, the penetration of smart devices connected to the Internet, such as smart phone and tablet PC, has rapidly expanded, and as sensor prices have fallen the Internet of Things has begun to be introduced in the industry. Today's industry is rapidly changing and evolving, requiring companies to respond to the new paradigm of business. In this situation, companies need to actively manage and maintain customer relationships in order to acquire loyal customers who bring them a high return. The purpose of this study is to suggest a method to manage customer relationship using real time IoT data including IoT product usage data, customer characteristics and transaction data. This study proposes a method of segmenting customers through RFM analysis and transition index analysis. In addition, a real-time monitoring through control charts is used to identify abnormalities in product use and suggest ways of differentiating marketing for each group. In the study, 44 samples were classified as 9 churn customers, 10 potential customers, and 25 active customers. This study suggested ways to induce active customers by providing after-sales benefit for product reuse to a group of churn customers and to promote the advantages or necessity of using the product by setting the goal of increasing the frequency of use to a group of potential customers. Finally, since the active customer group is a loyal customer, this study proposed an one-on-one marketing to improve product satisfaction.

        This study is aimed to take a stock assessment of blackthroat seaperch Doederleinia seaperch regarding the fishing effort of large-powered Danish Seine Fishery and Southwest Sea Danish Seine Fishery. For the assessment, the state-space model was implemented and the standardized catch per unit effort (CPUE) of large powered Danish Seine Fishery and Southwest Sea Danish Seine Fishery which is necessary for the model was estimated with generalized linear model (GLM). The model was adequate for stock assessment because its r-square value was 0.99 and root mean square error (RMSE) value was 0.003. According to the model with 95% confidence interval, maximum sustainable yield (MSY) of Blackthroat seaperch is from 2,634 to 6,765 ton and carrying capacity (K) is between 33,180 and 62,820. Also, the catchability coefficient (q) is between 2.14E-06 and 3.95E-06 and intrinsic growth rate (r) is between 0.31 and 0.72.

        Management of stormwater runoff is considered a nationwide challenge. To deal with this challenge, many researches have been conducted to study initial stage of stormwater fee imposition. The objective of this study was to recommend a framework for stormwater fee imposition not only for funding the stormwater management programs but also for encouraging people to decrease impervious area. This study focused on, regulations, financial resources and international cases related to stormwater runoff management. Polluter pays principle, which is generally recognized environmental policy principle is regarded the basis of stormwater fee imposition. Three components suggested for the stormwater rate structure are 1) stormwater utility revenue requirement, 2) billable equivalent stormwater unit, 3) system unit cost. The key point of stormwater rate structure is the “Equivalent Residential Unit(ERU)”. The concept of an ERU is one residential area with a runoff coefficient. The runoff coefficient is that portion of rainfall that becomes runoff rather than infiltrating into the ground. In addition to this, this study took into account the observed data simulation for the separation of stormwater treatment expenditure from the comprehensive wastewater treatment cost.

        This study was carried out to investigate the vegetation of wetland and terrestrial lands in Jangdo wetland conserved area in Korea and to analyze the characteristics of the vegetation changes in the recent years. From the plant community, there were evergreen broad-leaved forests of the Machilus thunbergii, Castanopsis cuspidata, and Machilus thunbergii-Castanopsis cuspidata communities. Moreover, there were deciduous broad-leaved forests of the Salix koreensis, Mallotus japonicus, Mallotus japonicus-Pueraria thunbergiana and Celtis sinensis communities. Additionally, there were shrub forests of the Rosa multiflora-Rubus hirsutus, grassland of Molinia japonica-Miscanthus sacchariflorus and Miscanthus sacchariflorus-Imperata cylindrica communities, and plantation forest of the Pseudosasa japonica community. The area of the wetland vegetation (15%) was much narrower than that of the terrestrial land vegetation (85%). Comparing these results with those of the past 10 years, the wetland plant communities decreased by one-third and the proportion of neutral or dry plant communities increased. In order to mitigate landization succession of the wetland and maintain native wetland vegetation in this area, the expansion of the Salix koreensis community must be controlled to a suitable scale. In addition, it is urgently required to remove the invasive non-wetland plants, such as Pseudosasa japonica and Pueraria thunbergiana.

        PURPOSES: The objectives of this study are to analyze the current status of pothole during a rainy season and to suggest a future pavement maintenance method via pothole analysis. METHODS: Potholes are caused by moisture submerged in pavement. The pore pressure caused by traffic and environmental loads causes failure between the aggregate and asphalt binder. Thus, heavy rain is a primary pothole creator, especially in aged pavement. To prevent accidents on roadways, Gyeonggi-do has initiated a fast pothole repair program. However, the number of potholes increase every year. In this study, the current status of potholes and maintenance methods are analyzed. Based on these results, a future pavement maintenance method is suggested. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS : Gyeonggi-do’s pothole situation is worse than Seoul’s. Problems were founded, as follows. The amount of potholes was large, and the number increased annually. Pothole management is done at a basic level, because there is no long-term plan. Potholes occur frequently at the same site because of the poor quality of emergency repair. Finally, there is no systematic and comprehensive pavement management. Thus, pothole prevention measures are ill-prepared. Therefore, to reduce potholes and to manage high quality pavement, it is necessary to make a long-term pavement management plan.

        건축물을 중심으로 개발된 데이터 스키마인 Industry Foundation Class(IFC)를 토목구조물에 적용하기 위하여 IFC 요소를 확장하는 노력이 진행되고 있지만, BIM소프트웨어에서 확장 IFC 기반의 정보모델을 생성하는 방법이 충분하지 않아 어려움이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 정보관리가 가능한 확장 IFC 기반의 철도 궤도부 정보모델을 생성하기 위하여 독립적인 선형중심의 철도 궤도부 요소모델을 생성하고, 생성된 모델을 기반으로 확장 IFC 기반의 모델을 생성하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 철도 궤도부 요소를 연속적 구조물과 비연속적 구조물로 분류하였다. 연속적 구조물은 선형 기반 소프트웨어에서 생성하였고 이산화된 선형정보 연계를 통해 비연속 구조물을 독립적인 객체로 생성하고 이들을 통합하여 철도 궤도부 정보모델을 생성하였다. 둘째, 철도 궤도부의 정보관리를 위한 분류체계 및 확장 IFC 스키마를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 속성정보와 User-interface를 활용하여 객체의 의미정보를 식별하여 확장 IFC 요소와 매핑하였다. 제시한 방법론을 통하여 오송철도종합시험선로를 대상으로 정보관리가 가능한 확장 IFC 기반의 정보모델을 생성됨을 확인하고 실용성을 검증하였다.

        본 연구는 국내에서 절화국화를 재배하고 있는 27개 농가를 선정하여 시설과 재배현황, 수확 후 관리 및 유통 실태를 조사하였다. 재배농가들의 60%는 PE필름 비닐하우스에서 토양 관비재배 방법으로 절화국화를 재배하고 있었으며, 전남과 부산은 스탠다드 국화를 주로 재배하고 있었다. 자가채취 또는 업체에서 구매한 삽수를 플러그 육묘하여 발근묘를 생산하고 있었으며, 전남지역에서는 주로 재배상에 직접 삽목하고 있었다. 절화국화를 수확한 후 전처리로 열탕처리 또는 수돗물로 물올림을 실시하는 농가가 66.6%로 나타났다. 예냉은 70.4% 농가에서 실시하지 않았으며, 예냉하는 농가들은 주로 2~4℃에서 실시하고 있었다. 절화국화를 수확한 후 유통 물량을 조절하기 위해 70.4%의 농가에서 저장을 하고 있었으며, 2~4℃에서 48시간 이상 저장하고 있었다. 절화국화를 출하 전에 주로 개인별로 선별하고 있었으며, 일부 수출 농가에서만 공동선별을 하고 있었다. 유통에 있어서 모든 농가들은 국내로 출하하고 있었으며, 이들 농가 중 44.4%는 수출을 겸하고 있었다. 국내 시장으로 출하하는 경우, 63.0%의 농가에서 화훼경매장을 이용하고 있었다.

        우리나라는 산업현장에 적합한 인재를 양성한다는 목적 아래 학생들이 정규교육과정 중 일정기간을 특정 기업 또는 기관에서 현장실습을 수행하는 제도를 운영하고 있으며, 해운분야에서는 실습생이 해기사 면허를 취득할 목적으로 선박에 승선하여 일정기간 승선실습교육을 받는 제도가 있다. 최근 해기사 실습생이 현장승선실습 중 사망하는 등의 불미스러운 사건이 발생하였고, 이러한 사건들로 인해서 현장승선실습생 관리제도 개선의 필요성이 제기되었다. 또한 선원법상 실습생은 법적으로 선원의 범위에 포함되어 있지 않기 때문에 인권을 보호하기 위한 제도적 공백이 일부 존재하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 현행 선원법 및 선박직원법상 실습생의 법적 지위, 관리제도 및 교육․훈련에 관한 제도적 검토를 통해서 개선이 필요한 사항을 식별하여 해기사 실습생의 법적 지위를 확립하고 인권보호 및 학습권 보장을 위한 정책 및 법률적 개선방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
