        본 연구는 현재 우리나라에서 착색료로 사용허가 되어 있지만 아직 분석법이 개발되지 않은 철클로로필린나트륨의 최적 분석법을 개발하기 위하여 진행되었다. 철클로로 필린나트륨은 HPLC-PDA (390 nm), Inertsil ODS-2 column, 1% 초산을 함유한 메탄올-물(80:20, v/v)을 이동 상으로 분석할 때 가장 우수한 분리능과 재현성을 나타내었다. UPLC/MS를 통하여 철클로로필린나트륨의 주유 도체를 확인한 결과 철 클로린 e4(Fe-chlorin e4)와 철 이소클로린 e4(Fe-isochlorin e4)가 피크의 주요 구성성분임을 확인하였다. 최적 분석법의 타당성을 확보하기 위해 직선성, 검출한계, 정량한계, 정확도, 정밀도, 회수율 분석을 실시하였다. 검량선의 R2은 0.9999, 검출한계는 0.1 mg/kg, 정량한계는 0.3 mg/kg로 나타나 직선성, 검출 한계, 정량한계가 모두 우수하였다. 정확도는 일내분석 93.9~100.8%, 일간분석 99.3~104.95%로 나타났고, 정밀 도는 일내분석 2.0~5.4%, 일간분석 4.6~7.7%로 나타났 다. 회수율은 수용성 식품(캔디)과 지용성 식품(샐러드드 레싱)에서 각각 93.3~104.4%(RSD 0.3~4.3%)과 82.6 ~114.9%(RSD 1.2~2.0%)로 나타나 국제표준화 기구(ISO) 의 기준에 적합하였다. 본 연구는 식품 중 함유된 철클 로로필린나트륨을 분석하고 그 유도체를 확인한 결과로 향후 공인분석 방법으로 활용 가치가 클 것으로 기대된다.

        Matsucoccus matsumurae is the main forest insect pest of the Pinus thunbergii and Pinus densiflora in South Korea. In this experiment, we had verified the insecticidal effects of Amitraz, deltamethrin and sulfoxaflor, using ground spraying since the trunk injection has not been greatly effective for the control recently. We divided the methods for three ways to confirm the insecticidal effects by developmental stages. Firstly, in male, only amitraz among the insecticides showed significant mortality. Secondly, in female, none of the treatments showed significant mortality but showed delay synthesize the wax filaments when the amitraz treated. In addition, sulfoxaflor treatment showed significant lower egg production rate. Lastly, in 2nd nymph, all insecticides were not shown insecticidal effect. Above the results shown that the ground spraying of three insecticides for M. matsumurae was not a proper control method.

        Recently domestic manufacturing companies have been experiencing worsening profitability and stunted growth due to the long-term economic recession and the rapid rise of developing countries such as China and Southeast Asia. These difficulties force many companies to concentrate their core competencies on new value creation and innovation in order to gain momentum for new growth. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has been considered as one of viable solutions. Among the various modules in ERP, shop floor control function in the production management module is rather limited. In order to overcome this problem, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) has been used as a subsystem which has a strong information gathering power and flexibility. Both systems interact closely with each other. In particular, ERP requires fast, accurate shop floor information at MES. This paper describes how to synchronize relevant information between ERP and MES with theory of constraints (TOC). The processing time information transmitted from the MES workplace is received at the ERP workplace. In the process, the received processing time is causing information distortion in ERP, when the information gathering standard of MES is different from the ERP information interpretation standard. The Drum-Buffer-Rope theory of TOC was applied to resolve this problem, therefore, information synchronization between both systems was made. As a precondition, the standard time of the upper ERP system was rearranged according to the capacity constraints resource. As a result, standard time restructuring has affected changes in labor costs. Standard labor costs have come close to actual ones, and information synchronization of MES transmission data has improved the reliability of standard product costs, such that it enabled various company-wide restructuring actions to be much more effective.

        최근에는 다양한 중량의 구조물을 지진으로부터 보호하기 위해 지반으로부터 분리하는 면진장치로써 지반 격리용 받침이 활용된다. 지진의 피해를 저감시키는 설계방법 중에서 면진 설계는 구조물과 지반이 만나는 부분에 면진받침을 사용하는 방식으로 다른 내진/제진 설계 방법과 비교하면 가격대비 효율과 성능이 가장 우수하다. 본 연구에서는 지진 발생 이후 지속적으로 사용 가능한 새로운 개념의 자동복원 면진받침 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이러한 면진받침에 대한 성능을 검증하기 위하여 이론 적립 및 설계를 수행하고 실험체를 제작하여 실제 지진 데이터가 적용된 진동대 실험을 수행하였다. 기본특성실험, 면압의존성 실험, 속도의존성 실험, 변위의존성 실험에서 강도하중이 설계 목표치와 유사하였고, 거동 또한 설계값과 유사함을 확인하였고 이를 바탕으로 면진받침의 성능 검증을 분석하였다.

        범용유한요소프로그램인 Abaqus의 확장유한요소법(XFEM)의 사용성 검증을 위하여 2차원 모델에 적용하여 수치해석을 수행하였다. 기존의 연구에 많이 사용되었던 응집요소(cohesive element) 모델은 균열 경로를 예측하고 요소를 삽입하여야 하는 단점 때문에 실제 균열을 모사하는데 한계가 있다. 이러한 이유로 응력의 방향성 및 특이성을 바탕으로 균열의 경로를 예측하는 확장유한요소법(XFEM)이 균열 해석에 있어서 더 발전된 방법으로 이용되어 왔다. 이번 연구에서는 균열의 경로가 자명한 2차원 모델에 사용하여 응집요소해석과 XFEM에 응집요소의 물성을 적용한 해석을 비교하고 XFEM 적용의 타당성을 확인하였다. 수치해석으로 균열 발생 직전의 응력분포 및 응력 특이성을 확인하고 실제 균열 발생경로와의 비교를 한다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 몇 가지의 한계를 극복하면 실제 복잡한 모델의 실제 균열진전해석을 수행하여 균열을 모사할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        Various studies related to therapeutic horseback riding have been reported to be positive for the therapeutic effect of patients with cerebral palsy; however, most of the previous studies focused on to muscle development with training period related to the physical effects of therapeutic horseback riding. To identify the causes and phenomena of muscular activation of the body through actual therapeutic horseback riding exercise and to promote the excellence of physical effects of therapeutic horseback riding. This study was a nonrandomized prospective positive-controlled trial design. Twelve teenaged males with cerebral palsy were selected who had experienced riding exercise for 8-12 months. This study measured 8 muscle activities of the pectoralis major muscle (PM), biceps brachii (BB), rectus abdominis muscle (RA), latissimus dorsi muscle (LD), spinal erector muscle (SE), rectus femoris muscle (RF), anterior tibial muscle (AT), and external gastrocnemius muscle (EG) by using electromyography (EMG). Muscle activity was significantly higher in horse riding position than sitting on the common chair in all muscles (PM, BB, RA, LD, SE, RF, AT, and EG). The activity of the body muscles according to the difference of horse walking method (walk: WA; sitting trot: ST; and riding trot: RT) of therapeutic horse riding showed the highest muscle activity in the PM muscle at ST, and the highest activity at BB, RA, LD, SE, and AT muscles at ST and RT, and showed the highest muscle activity in RF and EG muscle at RT. The results of this study suggest that intervention for the treatment of cerebral palsy patients can use therapeutic riding exercise as a rehabilitation method.

        Bird screen meshes are installed at the air inlet and outlet ducts of spent fuel storage casks to inhibit the intrusion of debris from the external environment. The presence of these screens introduces an additional resistance to air flow through the ducts. In this study, a porous media model was developed to simplify the bird screen meshes. CFD analyses were used to derive and verify the flow resistance factors for the porous media model. Thermal analyses were carried out for concrete storage cask using the porous media model. Thermal tests were performed for concrete casks with bird screen meshes. The measured temperatures were compared with the analysis results for the porous model. The analysis results agreed well with the test results. The analysis temperatures were slightly higher than the test temperatures. Therefore, the reliability and conservatism of the analysis results for the porous model have been verified.

        The objective of this paper is to optimize the cross-section of aluminum decking units used in the bass boats under operating conditions, and to verify the optimized model from the results via by ANSYS software. Aluminum decking unit is needed to endure specific loading while leisure activity and sailing. For a stiffer and more cost-neutral aluminum decking unit, optimization is often considered in the naval and marine industries. This optimization of the aluminum decking unit is performed using the ANSYS program, which is based on the topology optimization method. The generation of finite element models and stress evaluations are conducted using the ANSYS Multiphysics module, which is based on the Finite Element Method (FEM). Through such a series of studies, it was possible to determine the most suitable case for satisfying the structural strength found among the phase-optimized aluminum deck units in bass boats. From these optimization results, CASE 1 shows the best solution in comparison with the other cases for this optimization. By linking the topology optimization with the structural strength analysis, the optimal solution can be found in a relatively short amount of time, and these procedures are expected to be applicable to many fields of engineering.

        대형선박의 발전에 사용되는 증기터빈에는 핵심부품으로서 노즐플레이트가 활용되는데 정밀 산업 이 발전한 요즘에도 오래 전의 설계와 생산방식을 답습하고 있다. 노즐플레이트는 많은 터빈 블레이드와 이너링, 아우터링으로 구성되어 있고 이들을 서로 용접하여 제작한다. 용접 시에 블레이드의 뒤틀림 등으로 인하여 그 용접위치에 약간의 변위가 발생하여 각 블레이드 간의 pitch가 불균일하여지고 이로 인해 플레이트의 성능 저하가 우려된다. 이러한 점을 개선하기 위해 용접식 보다는 pitch의 등간격을 유지시키는데 유리한 조립식 설계로 전환하는 것이 필요하다. 이는 설계 변경을 해야 하며 또한 새로운 설계 시에 그에 대한 응력을 기초로 하는 구조해석과 장시간 사용되었을 경우에 대비하여 내구성 시험이 수반되어야 한다. 본 연구는 터빈 블레이드의 구조 설계를 조립식으로 변경하고 이의 결합성을 검토한 후 사이버 공간상에서 안전성 검증을 통하여 실용 가능성을 입증하고자 한다.

        Structure behaviors resulting from an earthquake are experimentally simulated mainly through a shaking table test. As for large-scale structures, however, size effects over a miniature may make it difficult to assess actual behaviors properly. To address this problem, research on the hybrid simulation is being conducted actively. This method is to implement numerical analysis on framework members that affect the general behavior of the structure dominantly through an actual scale experiment and on the rest parts by applying the substructuring technique. However, existing studies on hybrid simulation focus mainly on Slow experimental methods, which are disadvantageous in that it is unable to assess behaviors close to the actual level if material properties change depending on the speed or the influence of inertial force is significant. The present study aims to establish a Real-time hybrid simulation system capable of excitation based on the actual time history and to verify its performance and applicability. The hybrid simulation system built up in this study utilizes the ATS Compensator system, CR integrator, etc. in order to make the target displacement the same with the measured displacement on the basis of MATLAB/Simulink. The target structure was a 2-span bridge and an RC pier to support it was produced as an experimental model in order for the shaking table test and Slow and Real-time hybrid simulations. Behaviors that result from the earthquake of El Centro were examined, and the results were analyzed comparatively. In comparison with the results of the shaking table test, the Real-time hybrid simulation produced more similar maximum displacement and vibration behaviors than the Slow hybrid simulation. Hence, it is thought that the Real-time hybrid simulation proposed in this study can be utilized usefully in seismic capacity assessment of structural systems such as RC pier that are highly non-linear and time-dependent.
